3D formation drillability field is crucial for drilling optimization and control due to its vital role in describing the spatial formation environment. Conventional geostatistical and machine learning methods are introduced to establish the ***, the modeling accuracy should be further improved to meet the high-level requirement of drilling engineering. In this paper, a novel deep learning-based spatial modeling method is proposed for 3D formation drillability field. First of all, the drilling process and its characteristics are described and analyzed. After that, long short-term memory（LSTM）, a deep learning method is proposed to establish the 3D formation drillability field model. The inputs of the model are the ground and depth coordinates and the output of the model is the formation drillability. Finally, 3D modeling and final test experiments are executed and the drilling data are from Xujiawei area, Northeast china. The results show the effectiveness of proposed method in modeling accuracy compared with four conventional methods（Random forest, Support vector regression, Scattered Interpolation, and Kriging）.

Alarm systems are commonly deployed in modern industrial facilities for monitoring of process ***,due to the presence of nuisance alarms and alarm floods,the efficiency of many real alarm systems is much *** that problems,such as chattering alarms,redundant alarms,and false alarms,can be well solved,alarm floods are still difficult to *** an alarm flood situation,a number of alarms appear and overwhelm the plant operators;as a result,the operator may overlook the critical alarms and thus the situation may get *** paper studies the root cause analysis of alarm floods,and proposes a Few-Shot Learning(FSL) approach to diagnose faults under alarm flood situations based on alarm event sequences extracted from alarm and event(A&E) *** with the existing methods based on continuous-valued process data,the proposed method does not need to conduct feature selection or dimension reduction,and thus is more straightforward and computationally *** addition,the proposed method only requires a few shots of faulty data to train a fault diagnosis model,and thus shows better applicability in *** experimental results on the Vinyl Acetate Monomer(VAM) benchmark dataset showed the superiority of the proposed model against the state-of-the-art approaches.

This paper investigates the finite-time state estimation problem for a class of discrete-time nonlinear singularly perturbed complex networks under a new dynamic event-triggered mechanism(DETM). This new DETM is devised to adjust the date packet transmissions flexibly with hope to save network resources. By constructing a new Lyapunov function dependent on the information of the singular perturbation parameter(SPP) and DETM, a sufficient condition is derived which ensures that the error dynamics of state estimation is finite-time stable. The parameters of the state estimator are given by means of the solutions to several matrix inequalities and the upper bound of the SPP can be evaluated simultaneously. The effectiveness of the designed state estimator is demonstrated by a numerical example.

Slope entropy (SlopEn) has been widely applied in fault diagnosis and has performed excellent performance, while SlopEn suffers from the problem of thresholds selection. Aim to further enhance the identifying capability of SlopEn in fault diagnosis, on basis of the SlopEn, the concept of hierarchy is combined and proposed new complexity feature, namely hierarchical slope entropy (HSlopEn). Meanwhile, the white shark optimizer (WSO) is applied to optimize the both HSlopEn and support vector machine (SVM), and WSO-HSlopEn and WSO-SVM are proposed respectively. Then, a dual-optimization fault diagnosis method for rolling bearing based on WSO-HSlopEn and WSO-SVM is put forward. Firstly, different types of bearing signals are input and decomposed into several nodes by hierarchical decomposition. Then taking the recognition rate as the fitness function, the parameters of HSlopEn and SVM are determined adaptively by WSO. After that, the WSO-HSlopEn of the nodes are extracted and single-feature and multi-features extraction are performed. Finally, the diagnosis results are output by WSO-SVM. Experimental results demonstrated that whether under single-feature or multi-features, based on WSO-HSlopEn and WSO-SVM fault diagnosis method has the highest recognition rate compared to other hierarchical entropies;moreover, under multi-features, the recognition rates are all higher than 97.5%, and the more features we select, the better the recognition effect will be. when five nodes are selected, the highest recognition rate reaches 100%. © 2022, The Authors. In the smelting process of a blast furnace(BF),the oxygen enrichment operation is an important operation to control the gas utilization rate(GUR).It affects the development of GUR by changing the BF states on multiple time *** at the problem that oxygen enrichment has multi-time-scale effects on GUR,this paper establishes a multi-time-scale prediction model based on mechanism analysis and data ***,the influence of oxygen enrichment on BF state is analyzed through the ironmaking mechanism,and three mechanism chains of oxygen enrichment affecting GUR are ***,the GUR data is decomposed to obtain the multi-time-scale components and the frequency distribution of each *** on the above analysis,the multi-time scale relationship between the three mechanism chains and the GUR components is ***,a multi-time-scale prediction model of oxygen enrichment on GUR based on BP neural network is established by combining the relationship between the mechanism chain and GUR.

In recent years,streaming media services have been widely used in data room management *** order to record the user operations,host machine alarms and reminder in real time,target detection algorithms for streaming media have played an important *** target detection methods,limited by detection speed,are not suitable for such real-time ***,in this paper,we applies SSD（Single Shot MultiBox Detector） algorithm to data room management ***,we constructs a host operating image data set,and then perform data amplification by adding noise and ***,the SSD model is used to train a ***,after obtaining the target detection results,the NMS（Non-Maximum Suppression）algorithm is used to avoid the redundant detection *** the same time,some improvement measures are put forward to solve the problem of small target,leading to the difficulty of feature extraction and low detection *** experimental results demonstrate that the model can detect and track the target better in the video and meet the requirements of the real-time performance and accuracy of the system.

In this paper, we focus on the formation control problems of MAS over a directed graph with actuator and communication attacks. The considered system is composed of a leader, some followers and an attacked communication network. Firstly,a new distributed observer is proposed to estimate the leader information despite communication attacks. Then, for high-order nonlinear systems, we develop an adaptive control strategy to solve the actuator attack by using Nussbaum function and backstepping technique, so that the agent with actuator attacks can follow the leader’s trajectory. Finally, a simulation example is proposed to verify the results of this paper.

Capacity Optimization of a Hybrid Energy Storage system Considering Wind-Solar Reliability Evaluation Based on a Novel Multi-Strategy Snake Optimization Algorithm

When the capacity configuration of a hybrid energy storage system (HESS) is optimized considering the reliability of a wind turbine and photovoltaic generator (PVG), the sequential Monte Carlo method is typically adopted to simulate the normal operation and fault probability of wind turbines and PVG units. The capacity optimization configuration model of the HESS is constructed with the life cost cycle (LCC) as an objective and the loss of power supply probability (LPSP) as constraints. The variational mode decomposition is used to decompose the unbalanced power in the wind-PV microgrid. The maximum power of the optimized the battery bank and the supercapacitor bank are used to determine the frequency division point, and the high-frequency power and low-frequency power are respectively allocated to the supercapacitor bank and the battery bank. When the snake optimizer (SO) is used to solve the nonconvex capacity optimization configuration model of the HESS, poor accuracy and stability are significant problems. The opposition-based learning, adaptive weight factor, and Lévy flight strategy are introduced in the algorithm framework. Twenty-three test functions show that multi strategy snake optimizer (MSO) significantly improves the accuracy and convergence speed compared with SO. Nine optimization algorithms including MSO are used to solve the capacity optimization problem of the HESS. The results show that MSO is superior to other algorithms in performance and numerical accuracy. It can reduce the LCC 4.5% and ensure that the capacity of the HESS meets the load demand when the wind turbine and PVGs are in a fault state. © 2022, The Authors. All rights reserved.

To the common unsteady inverse heat conduction problem in the industrial field, a real-time solution strategy of improving whale optimization algorithm (IWOA) and parameter-adaptive Proportional-integral-differential (PID) is proposed in the paper. This strategy improves the initial solution distribution, global search capability and population diversity generalization of traditional WOA, which effectively improves the parameters-adaptive capability of PID. In solving the unsteady inverse heat conduction problem, the IWOA-PID feedback control model is first established to adaptively obtain the optimal PID parameters at each time. Then, the deviation between the calculated temperature and the measured temperature of the measured point obtained by solving the direct heat conduction problem (DHCP) is used as the system input. Finally, the real-time heat flux at the boundary of the heat conduction system is solved iteratively. The experimental results shown that the inverse algorithm proposed in the paper can accurately retrieve the variation of the boundary heat flux in real-time, and has good resistance and self-adaptability. © 2022, The Authors.
