There are some problems in traditional network architecture, such as traffic can not be real-time scheduling, business information can not be visualized, operation and maintenance is complex, and fault location efficiency is low. In order to meet the needs of “digital Petroleum” network infrastructure construction, a company introduced SdN technology into the campus office network, and carried out network optimization management and innovation practice, this paper puts forward a network transformation scheme based on SdN “The network follows the people”, through deploying SdN control server and adjusting the network equipment configuration, the office network can be expanded flexibly and maintained efficiently, to meet the needs of different types of application traffic classification management and intelligent precision scheduling, effectively improve the level of intelligent network management.

Multi-variant execution framework can protect software security. For the problem of performance loss caused by too many voting times in the existing multi-variant execution framework, this paper proposes a multi-variant voting algorithm based on dynamic feedback, which can make the multi-variant continuously improve its corresponding voting strategy at runtime. Using this algorithm, the multi-variant can get a stable voting range, reduce the number of voting, and effectively improve the performance of multi-variant.

The virtualization technology in cloud environment brings some data and privacy security issues to users. Aiming at the problems of virtual machines singleness, homogeneity and static state in cloud environment, a negative feedback dynamic scheduling algorithm is proposed. This algorithm is based on mimic defense and creates multiple virtual machines to complete user request services together through negative feedback control mechanism which can achieve real-time monitor of the running state of virtual machines. When virtual machines state is found to be inconsistent, this algorithm will dynamically change its execution environment, resulting in the attacker's information collection and vulnerability exploitation process being disrupting. Experiments show that the algorithm can better solve security threats caused by the singleness, homogeneity and static state of virtual machines in the cloud, and improve security and reliability of cloud users. © 2020 IEEE.

In recent years, the application of visual processing algorithm based on deep network on mobile terminal has become a popular research problem. In this paper, a new face loss function is designed to solve the problems of limited computing power and storage resource of mobile devices when face detection is applied to mobile terminal. The face detection algorithm based on SSH (single stage headless face detector) is improved in two aspects: firstly, the feature of sample data is extracted by using the lightweight convolutional neural network based on MobileNet, which can effectively reduce the amount of parameters and calculation of the model;Secondly, the deformable convolution layer is introduced into the detection module of SSH network to improve the modeling ability of face deformation. At the same time, the method of knowledge distillation is introduced. The high-precision large network model is used as the teacher network, and the small network model of the improved SSH algorithm is used as the student network to further improve performance of the detection model. Experimental results on the wider face dataset show that the proposed method can significantly reduce the complexity of the model, effectively reduce the size of the face detection model and improve the speed of model detection, while ensuring the detection accuracy. Therefore, the proposed method is expected to be better applied to face detection equipment in mobile terminals. © 2020 IEEE.

In this paper, a novel quad-mode resonator based on stub-loaded stepped impedance resonator with self-coupled structure is proposed and utilized to realize ultra-compact wideband bandpass filter with controllable bandwidth. By introducing the self-coupled structure, more compact size with 7.32 mm×7.60 mm and more design freedoms have been realized. Then, a wideband filter covering the lower UWB band (BW: 2.06-6.18 GHz, FBW: 102%) is designed to validate the proposed design procedure. The filter was then simulated, fabricated and measured to compare with the theoretical predictions. A good agreement between the simulated and measured results validates the effectiveness of the proposed novel resonator and corresponding filter design technique.

This article proposes a dual-band bandpass filter (BPF) based on stub-loaded resonator (SLr) with the second passband independently tunable. Varactors loaded on the end of the central stub are employed to independently tune the second passband. Two shunt quarter-wavelength open stubs and source-load (S-L) coupling are applied to generate transmission zeros (TZs) to enhance the selectivity and improve the out-band rejection. For verification, a tunable dual-band BPF is designed, fabricated and tested, which realizes frequency tuning range (FTr) of the second passband from 2.24 to 2.71 GHz with constant fractional bandwidth (CFBW) of 1.5±0.4%. The simulated and measured results are in good accordance.

The 3d NoC, which blends 3d IC with NoC, overcomes the performance bottleneck of 2d NoC. However, the conventional buffered routers in 3d NoC have the problem of consuming a large amount of resources. In this paper, we propose 3d minimally buffered router using priority deflection (3d MinBPd). This router is the 3d extension of MinBWd and introduces TSV Buffers at the same time. Then, a priority-based deflection routing algorithm is proposed, which only needs local information to compute the priority of flit. The experimental results show that the performance of the 3d MinBPd is better than the reference objects’ under the network of 8 × 8 × 4, which is similar to the traditional buffered routers’ in the low and medium packet injection rate. © Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2019.

We propose a modified PFNF routing algorithm based on the structure of WUdN, which is an adaptive routing algorithm. The algorithm has the characteristics of simple operation, low complexity, and fast response, and we prove that the algorithm is deadlocks free. The algorithm is simulated in a 16 × 16 network through the discrete time simulator NS-3. Compared with f-cube fault-tolerant routing algorithms, the results show that the modified PFNF algorithm can improve the throughput by 8% and reduce the average delay by 10% under saturated traffic. © Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2019.

With the growing amount of information and data, object-oriented storage systems have been widely used in many applications, including the Google File system, Amazon S3, Hadoop distributed File system, and Ceph, in which load balancing of metadata plays an important role in improving the input/output performance of the entire system. Unbalanced load on the metadata server leads to a serious bottleneck problem for system performance. However, most existing metadata load balancing strategies, which are based on subtree segmentation or hashing, lack good dynamics and adaptability. In this study, we propose a metadata dynamic load balancing(MdLB) mechanism based on reinforcement learning(rL). We learn that the Q_learning algorithm and our rL-based strategy consist of three modules, i.e., the policy selection network, load balancing network, and parameter update network. Experimental results show that the proposed MdLB algorithm can adjust the load dynamically according to the performance of the metadata servers, and that it has good adaptability in the case of sudden change of data volume.

Extracellular polymeric substances (EPSs) recycled from excess sludge in wastewater treatment plant are biological macromolecules and high value-added materials, because of containing abundant characteristic functional groups. In this work, using EPSs as an intercalation agent between two-dimensional (2d) transition metal carbide and nitride (MXene) nanosheets, EPS-intercalated MXene (EPS-M) membranes were successfully constructed for reverse electrodialysis (rEd) salinity gradient energy harvesting. The interlayer spacing of MXene nanosheets in the EPS-M membranes was constrained effectively at 1.48 ± 0.02 nm regardless of environmental conditions. For the optimized EPS-M membrane with 10 % EPS mass content, the ultimate strength was 71 MPa, which was 6 times higher than that obtained by pristine MXene membrane. The typical groups such as hydroxyl and carboxyl groups present in EPS enhanced the negative surface charge of EPS-M membranes, resulting in high ion permeability and cation selectivity. The enhanced hydrophilicity induced by EPS contributed to the reduced membrane resistance. A model (0.5 M/0.01 M NaCl solutions) was used to investigate the salinity gradient power generation of sea water/secondary effluent of WWTP in rEd process with EPS-M membrane;and the maximum output power density reached 5.89 W m−2, which was 1.86 times higher than that obtained using the pristine MXene membrane. This study opens a novel application of high value-added recycled EPS, which can be considered as a cost-effective biological composite material to improve MXene 2d membrane performance compared to the macromolecules such as nanofiber and cellulose. © 2025 Elsevier B.V.
