BACKGROUND Liangshan,officially the Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture,is an autonomous prefecture occupying much of the southern portion of Sichuan *** has been a remote and deeply impoverished area and also has the largest population of ethnic Yi people in China(1).For many years,due to geographical environment conditions,traffic conditions,and other historic restrictions,the human immunodeficiency virus(HIV)epidemic in Liangshan Prefecture has become the focus of HIV prevention and control in China since the first acquired immunodeficiency syndrome(aids)case was reported in this area in 1995(2-3).

On December 29,2019,the health authorities in Hubei Province and Wuhan City received a report of a cluster of pneumonia cases of unknown etiology from a local hospital,and all four patients were employees of the Wuhan Huanan Seafood Wholesale Market(HN market for short)(1).By January 8,2020,chinese authorities had identified a new virus 2019 novel coronavirus(2019-nCoV)linked with the outbreak of disease,which has been named novel coronavirusinfected pneumonia(NCIP)(2).On 15 January,the National Health Commission(NHC)issued guidelines for the diagnosis,treatment,prevention,and control of *** guidelines directed case monitoring,reporting,diagnosis,treatment,management,close contact management,and laboratory testing.

Human immunodeficiency virus/acquired immunodeficiency syndrome(HIV/aids)is still a threat to global public health,with around 38 million people living with HIV by the end of 2019(http://***).Until now,there is not a routine cure therapy available for HIV/aids.[1]Anti-HIV inhibitors,such as reverse transcriptase inhibitors,protease inhibitors,integrase inhibitors,and entry inhibitors,were all applied in HIV/aids patients.[1]Combined antiretroviral therapy(cART)can effectively control HIV replication,but cannot eradicate the HIV reservoir.[1]HIV reservoir is the major barrier for HIV cure and is the major cause for HIV rebound after anti-HIV treatment interruption.

Background:Many issues,such as severity assessment and antibody responses,remain to be answered eagerly for evaluation and understanding of *** lesion is one of key pathogenesis of the *** would be helpful to understand the disease if an investigation on antigenemia and association was conducted in the patients with SARS-CoV-2 ***:A total of 156 patients admitted to the First People’s Hospital of Hefei or Anhui Provincial Hospital on January to February 2020 were involved in this ***-CoV-2 nucleocapsid(NP)antigen,specific IgM/IgG antibodies,and RNA were detected in sequential sera from three COVID-19 patients,and additional 153 COVID-19 patients by means of NP-antigen capture enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,colloidal gold quick diagnosis,and real-time RT-PCR,*** clinical types of COVID-19 patients were classified into asymptomatic,mild,moderate,severe,and critical,following on the chinese guideline of COVID-19 diagnosis and *** demographic and clinical data of patients were obtained for comparable ***:NP antigen was detected in 5 of 20 sequential sera collected from three COVID-19 patients with typically clinical symptoms,and 60.13%(92/153)expanded samples collected within 17days after illness *** SARS-CoV-2 RNA segment was detected in these *** NP positive proportion reached a peak(84.85%,28/33)on 6 to 8days after illness *** NP concentration and positive proportion were increased with the increase of clinical severity of *** to NP negativepatients,NP positive patients had older age[years,medians(interquartileranges(IQR)),49(6)vs.31(11)],lowerpositive proportion of NP specific IgM[27.17%(25/92)vs.59.02%(36/61)],and IgG[21.74%(20/92)vs.59.02%(36/61)]antibodies,and longer duration[days,medians(IQR),24(10)vs.21(13)]from illness to ***:SARS-CoV-2 NP antigenemia occurred in COVID-19,and presented highly prevalent at early stage of the ***

As the novel coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)pandemic spreads rapidly across the globe many unanswered questions about the basic biology and epidemiology of the disease hamper our response strategies and limit our ability to achieve control and prevent a rebound or so-called“second wave”.One such crucial question is:To what degree do asymptomatic cases contribute to transmission?Early,small studies on this subject have found wide ranging estimates of the prevalence of asymptomatic carriers,and just a handful of studies so far have documented viral shedding by asymptomatic cases[1].We recently re-examined China’s COVID-19 case report data to investigate this question[2].This Editorial aims to describe how asymptomatic cases contribute to transmission and what the implications are for control strategies.

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the prevalence and influencing factors of hyperlipidemia among HIV/aids patients with second-line antiretroviral therapy(ART) in the high incidence area of aids in Henan province of ***:The standard medical record registers in Henan Province was used as the data source to collect the information of HIV/aids patients with second-line ART in *** was hyperlipidemia was defined according to the 2016 chinese guidelines for the management of dyslipidemia in *** regression for univariate and multivariate analysis to explore the influencing factors of hyperlipidemia among HIV/aids patients with second-line *** results showed as odds ratio(OR) and 95% confidence interval(CI).RESULTS:A total of 2886 HIV/aids patients with second-line ART were included in this study,of which 978 patients were hyperlipidemia(33.9%).Patients with female,hyperglycemia,and CD4 cell count greater than 500 cells/μL had a higher prevalence of hyperlipidemia,which were 37.0%,49.0% and 41.3%,*** analysis showed that CD4 cell count of 350-500 cells/μL(OR=1.72,95%CI :1.26,2.38),CD4 cell count of more than 500 cells/μL(OR=2.49,95%CI :1.85,3.38) and glucose > of 6.2mmol/L(OR=2.08,95%CI :1.64,2.65) were all related risk factors for hyperlipidemia,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Male(OR=0.72,95%CI :0.61,0.85) and Hb<110g/L(OR=0.59,95%CI :0.45,0.76) were protective factors for the occurrence of hyperlipidemia,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05) CONCLUSION:Our study showed that HIV/aids patients with second-line ART had a higher prevalence of ***,CD4 cell count,glucose > 6.2mmol/L and hemoglobin < 110g/L were the influencing factors of ***,due to the limitations of the retrospective study,the results may be biased,so it is necessary to conduct a prospective study to confirm.
