The development of the construction is growing rapidly, both large-scale projects and small-scale projects. In practice, when the project is seen in terms of cost and resources, construction has limitation. With this limitation, a construction project management is needed. Schedule planning and cost planning for a project is one part of construction project management. Apart from quality, the achievement of a project can be in terms of cost and time. A symptom of poor project management will cause irregularities in terms of project completion time and in terms of cost. With good project management it will be possible to take preventative measures so that the project is carried out according to plan. Planning work schedules and planning costs that have been incurred must be measured in advance. In its implementation, a project may experience delays, acceleration, or on time according to the project plan schedule. In terms of cost, implementation in a project may experience advantages or disadvantages. Schedule and cost management planning is something that cannot be separated from each other. In this study will examine what are schedule management's indicators and cost management's indicator that influential or most important in interior construction.

Construction on peat soil has its own difficulty and challenge due to its properties of low shear strength, high compressibility, high water content, and flammable material. Indonesia ranked 4th on peat land area around the world after Canada, Russia, and United States. Based on recent mapping, peat land covers 14,9 million hectare in Indonesia. This paper presents the finding from literature studies regarding peat soil, construction on peat soil, case studies for road infrastructure construction on peat soil at West Borneo, Indonesia, and provide analysis and recommendation for the problems faced. Construction on peat soil requires special attention, especially on the design and execution. In the event where construction must be performed on a peatland which thickness is < 3m, the approach recommended is peat removal and replacement. If the peat thickness is 3-10 m, adopt the preloading, construction with vertical and sand drain, lightweight fills, surface mattress, stone column, etc. If the peat thickness is < 10m, use pile as foundation. Unit price contract is preferable over lumpsum contract due to the high uncertainties of peat soil. Environment impact due to construction on peat soil need to be accounted for, also the risk of peat fires need to be considered if dewatering used.

Timeliness of implementation is one of the variables in the implementation of construction projects. Evaluation and acceleration of delays projects will generally affect the use of project resources. Project delays can be overcome by making efforts, among others, with the Crashing Method which will affect various alternative costs resulting from Crashing. This study aims to understand that the delay in the construction project schedule will have an impact on the new schedule and the impact of costs that occur due to the acceleration carried out so that the project life is in accordance with the plan. Furthermore, it was analyzed for the need for additional workforce groups or only to maintain the addition of overtime. This research was conducted with descriptive analytic method, which is a research that will explain the conditions in the field in detail about project schedule delays by analyzing the magnitude of escalation of labor costs due to the acceleration of the duration of each activity so that the project schedule returns to the plan age.

Self-compacting concrete (SCC) is beneficial in concrete casting process as it does not need any tools for consolidation process. In addition, the utilization of High content fly ash in has proven in improving mechanical properties of concrete although the slow strength development is an issue to coop with. This paper presented an experimental program on the mechanical properties test of high strength self-compacting concrete incorporated with high content fly ash. The mix proportion for the concrete was prepared based on ACI high strength concrete with the design strength of 45 MPa. The mechanical properties test consists of slump flow test, compressive strength test development, flexural strength test and water absorption test of concrete. The slump flow test was tested for fresh concrete and the strength development test was tested at the age of 14, 28 and 56 days. In addition, test for flexural strength specimen and absorption specimens were tested at the curing age of 56 days. Moreover, the high strength normal concrete specimen was prepared as control mix design. The result shows, less water was need to reach design flowability for Self-Compacting Concrete High content fly ash concrete and it gives impact to lower water absorption for the type of concrete. In addition, at the curing age of 56 days the compressive strength of high strength high content fly ash-self compacting concrete was comparable to the normal concrete.

This work is intended to compare the SEVNB and the SCF methods for fracture toughness testing. Both of the test methods are applied to a silicon nitride. Both methods are standardized and both have some minor shortcomings with respect to practicability and match of the theoretical description of the test situation with the actual test situation. SEVNB is easy to perform, but uses a notch of known depth (+ small micro-cracks of unknown size in front of a notch) instead of a crack, SCF uses a presumably residual stress-free indentation crack which is sometimes difficult to measure, not always semi-elliptical, as assumed to apply the evaluation formula, and may be accompanied by lateral cracks. Both methods will be analysed with respect to possible experimental errors. Variations of the SCF method are applied in order to examine how pre-cracks can be introduced which can be detected on the fracture surface. The geometry of the SCF-pre-crack is varied by applying different loads and by removing different amounts of material. The geometry of the Knoop pre-cracks system is investigated. The results help to identify conditions under which the SCF method can be used successfully to measure the fracture toughness of silicon nitride ceramics.

Every electronic device has a disadvantage that is heat generated from the components contained in the device while operating. The heat that occurs during the process can affect the effectiveness of these electronic devices. The cooling fan is directed to a heat source from an electronic device with the aim of maintaining the device's performance temperature. However, the cooling fan used still has some disadvantages in terms of dimensions. Therefore, research on synthetic jets is carried out as an innovation in cooling. This study aims to find wave characteristics as a source. Optimum frequency selection to support cooling. As well as the ideal height of synthetic jets to heat sources. The method used in the research is direct and computer-based data retrieval for CFD. The use of triangular waves as a source of cooling with a frequency of 80 Hz at an altitude of 8 cm can reduce rapidly. However, the lowest final temperature comes from a height of 2 cm which is 28.1 °C.

Cooling effectiveness using a cooling fan on an electronic device becomes a benchmark. Speaker- based synthetic jets that are becoming innovations today work on the principle of zero input mass, producing air in the cavity with an oscillating membrane which results in the suction phase occurring in the orifice hole. The generated air then flows through the orifice to pound the heat source as a forced convection cooler. Speakers used as oscillating actuators resemble waveforms using sine, square, and triangular wave functions with frequencies of 80, 100, and 120 Hz. Air flow simulation created using Fluent CFD. The use of wave variations has different characteristics. Triangular waves indicate the final test temperature reaches 27oC, with an optimum frequency of 80 Hz. Air flow created in the form of vortex flow with a type of turbulent flow. The electric power consumption of cooling fans reaches ten times the consumption of synthetic jet power.

Economic growth, technology and social culture has driven changes in consumer behavior and needs that continue to grow, one of which is the need to continue to improve themselves. This is supported by the number of beauty clinics that stand. As a company engaged in the field of suits, beauty clinics must be able to make consumers feel satisfied with the services provided. This research helps consumers determine the beauty clinic services that consist of 3 alternatives, namely Erha Clinic, London Beauty Center and Natasha Skin Care. The method used in this study is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The AHP method will break down complex multi-factor or multi-criteria problems into a hierarchy. Where with hierarchy, a complex problem can be broken down into groups which are then arranged into a hierarchical form so that the problem will appear more structured and systematic. This research will produce priority weight values for each beauty clinic, which based on the largest weight is an alternative beauty clinic with the best service quality.
