Identification of magnetite nanoparticles synthesized from natural iron sand with a chemical treatment that is by using thecoprecipitation method on temperature and heated spaces, using a pair of acids and bases, i.e. HCL as a solvent NH4OH and as its precipation. The Crystal structure, the percentage of elements, the particle size and properties of the magnetism material characterization by XRD, XRF identification testing, and permagraph. From the results obtained in the Analysis that the value of the percentage purity of Fe3O4 are derived from Natural Sands before Extraction is of 81.42%, and once on extract 86.73% increase to its purity. From the results of the analysis of properties of ferrite magnet to Fe3O4from sand iron retrieved the value of Saturation Magnetization (Ms) produced amounted to 0.29 T, or residual magnetization Remanence (Br) of 0081 T, and Coercivityy(Hc) amounted to 1.82 kA/m expected data analysis results may explain the comparison characteristics in structure and magnetic properties of material with a natural sand Fe3O4 Aldrich so it can be an additional related information value added (added value) the local SDA.

Food security of a country is classified ideal if the food needs of the people have been met in terms of quantity and nutrition evenly. One alternative in achieving national food security is food diversification. Analog rice is one of the diversification of foods made from various kinds of flour as the ingredients. It is an alternative food substitute for rice. The purpose of the present study was to create and test the characteristics of analog rice made from sago flour and arrowroot flour. The parameters observed were water content, water absorption and texture. The treatment of the research was the variation of the ratio between sago flour and arrowroot flour, namely: 50:50, 60:40, 70:30, 80:20, and 90:10. This research produces analog rice with water content ranging from 11.250%-13.325%, water absorption capacity of 175%-208%, and analog rice texture from the ratio 90:10.

Network planning is one of the management techniques used to plan and control the implementation of a project, which shows the relationship between activities. The objective of this research is to arrange network planning on house construction project on CV. XYZ and to know the role of network planning in increasing the efficiency of time so that can be obtained the optimal project completion period. This research uses descriptive method, where the data collected by direct observation to the company, interview, and literature study. The result of this research is optimal time planning in project work. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that the use of the both methods in scheduling of house construction project gives very significant effect on the completion time of the project. The company's CPM (Critical Path Method) method can complete the project with 131 days, PERT (program Evaluation Review and Technique) Method takes 136 days. Based on PERT calculation obtained Z = -0.66 or 0,2546 (from normal distribution table), and also obtained the value of probability or probability is 74,54%. This means that the possibility of house construction project activities can be completed on time is high enough. While without using both methods the project completion time takes 173 days. So using the CPM method, the company can save time up to 42 days and has time efficiency by using network planning.

A breakthrough in the multimedia field is needed by creating varied learning strategies to attract students' interest in learning. The purpose of this study is to create learning media M-Learning to support the learning process in Vocational High School and to know the level of prevalence M-Learning as a medium of learning. The research method using Research and Development which has eight stages: 1) Identification of Research Needs, 2) Purpose Formulation, 3) Formulation of material items, 4) Formulation of success tools, 5) Media manuscript formulation, 6) Tests or product trials, 7) Revisions, 8) Manuscripts are ready to be produced. This media is developed using Android Studio. The result of this research is a dynamic Android-based application that is run online as a supporter of learning. The results of validator assessment and student response can be obtained from the media expert value at 65% in the sense of valid, acquiring a low score due to a lot of revision of the application. According to the material experts, the media obtains the value of 85% which means valid, and a validity score of 94.7% is obtained from students' responses that mean valid. The conclusion shows that validator assessments of learning media can be used as supporting self-study, especially for multidiscipline students.

Success in implement irrigation area management activities is highly dependent on data availability. The existence of a realtime, fast, and accurate information is very important. The data and information needed must be easily accessible to interested parties. Development of an irrigation network information system is carried out by converting data into coordinate form using ArcGIS software. Visual studio software is used to display all data that has been processed. Spatial-based irrigation network information systems built using ArcGIS and Visual Studio software can easily obtain information about channel conditions, rating curves, channel profiles and channel photos. the availability of spatial-based irrigation network information systems facilitates the management of irrigation networks.

Orthotropic Levy-type solution plates considering shear deformation were solved by using the Spectral Element Method (SEM). In SEM, the exact solution of structural dynamic related problems can be solved by using the frequency-dependent shape functions. The solutions of SEM are accurate in decreasing the amount of Degree Of Freedoms (DOF) to discard the cost and computational disadvantages in the Finite Element Method (FEM). This study investigates the free vibration problems of orthotropic Levy-type solution plates solutions based on the two variable Refined Plate Theory (RPT). SEM for orthotropic Levy-type solution plates in the frequency domain was formulated to solve free vibration problems. The differential governing equations of the orthotropic plate element in SEM are formulated into the form of transcendental stiffness matrices. The boundary conditions of the spectral element model consist of four edge-type DOFs at each side of the orthotropic Levy-type solution plates. The natural frequencies of the plate are calculated by means of the Wittrick-Williams procedure. The numerical investigations are presented to show the accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness of SEM without any discretization scheme.

The method that used in this study is the concept of yield value (earned value analysis) review trends in schedule variants and cost variants for a period during the project. Structures constructed with materials from earth have attracted the interest of modern building designers because of many advantages that this old methodology is offering. The healthy internal climate and the low environmental footprint are the most significant advantages. In addition, there is an important asset of traditional earth block buildings in rural towns that need retrofitting to continue serving as houses. To this direction, externally bonded fiber meshes by using soil-based renderings, could provide a compatible and reversible method of strengthening. The experimental investigation of this study is focusing on constructing masonry wallet specimens with stabilized and compressed earth blocks and testing them under combined constant vertical with cycling horizontal loading, strengthened with and without externally bonded fiber meshes. Physio-mechanical characteristics of earth blocks have been determined. Two types of fiber meshes were used: glass fibers and stainless steel fibers. The bond between wall and fibers was achieved with soil-based renderings and a limited number of dowels (18) symmetrically embedded to the masonry with soil-based grout. Finally, three model walls were constructed and tested under horizontal cyclic loading sequence together with vertical normal stress of 1,1Mpa. The results showed that the strengthening methodology that was utilized was efficient and almost doubled the bearing capacity of the wall. Summarizing, it could be said that the use of earth blocks for construction purposes is a promising alternative methodology. The utilized strengthening technique proved to be efficient.

To avoiding those problems, organization need equip with updated security tools to protecting data and network. As computer network growing rapidly, currently security become important to prevent from attack, both from outside and inside the network. In line with that, new vulnerability grown on everyday basis and resulting increment number of intrusion and attack. Unfortunately, each intrusion and attack have a different pattern and unique behavior, continuous development and research on intrusion detection is mandatory. By statistic, in 2017 attack associated with XSS attack is grew 39% compared with 2015.
