Ambient noise analysis of horizontal to vertical spectral ratio (HVSR) method has been used widely to provide reliable estimates of the site fundamental frequency and to constrain the inversion of near-surface shear wave velocity. The present paper focuses on the site measurement using the aforementioned analysis by means of the HVSR method for characterizing sub-surface dynamic parameters in the City of Banda Aceh, Indonesia. A Guralp CMG-6TD broadband seismometer was used in this study to cover a wide frequency range from 0.033 Hz to 50 Hz in standard operation. The instrument was deployed at two different sites (i.e. Location#1 of Blang Padang and Location#2 of Stadion Dirmutala) in the City of Banda Aceh for at least 2 hours for ambient noise recording. This continuous of 2 hours' microtremor time series was separated into 30 minutes record from which the site fundamental frequency and shear wave velocity of the measured site were deduced. The later sub-surface dynamic parameter was validated using another technique of reflection seismic. This investigation suggests the fundamental frequency of 0.45 Hz at Location#1 and of 0.65 Hz at Location#2. The estimated shear wave velocity of the top 30 m, Vs,30 of this investigation is 165 m/s at Location#1 and 156 m/s at Location#2. Both the site fundamental frequency and shear wave velocity are important for infrastructure design in the high seismic region of Banda Aceh, Indonesia.

The aim of this research is to determine the removal efficiency of Cd (II) based on the pH variation and the optimum pH on the batch method, the adsorbent height variation and flow rate in continuous flow column which using tofu solid waste industry which was immobilized silica as adsorbent, also to characterize and to identify functional groups of the absorbent using the FTIR analysis. The pH variation used was 2,3,4,5, and 6. Adsorbent height variation used was 2 cm and 4 cm. Then, variation of flow rate used was 5 ml/min and 10 ml/min. Determination of pH optimum was done using One-Way Anova analysis and continued with Duncan test and descriptive analysis based on the table and graphic. The analysis data of the removal efficiency of Cd (II) in continuous flow column was explained by the descriptive analysis. The pHPCZ was 8.4. The pH optimum was 6 with the removal efficiency 48.14%. The removal efficiency of Cd (II) in continuous flow column for the adsorbent height variation 2 cm and 4 cm which were 38,22% and 43,42% respectively. The removal efficiency of Cd (II) in continuous flow column for the flow rate 5ml/min and 10ml/min each by 38.22% and 39.01%. The result of FTIR analysis of the adsorbent conducted before the adsorption shown that there were functional groups of C=O (vibrate at 1651.07 cm-1), Si-O-Si (462.92 cm-1 and 1095.6 cm-1), O-H (3425.58 cm-1), and N-H (3749.62 cm-1). While, the result of the FTIR analysis after the adsorption shown that there were Si-O-Cd (956.72 cm-1) and Cd-N (412.78 cm-1).

Rambutan fruit peels contain cellulose and hemicellulose compounds which are used in the heavy metal adsorption process. However, lignin compounds that bind cellulose and hemicellulose cause the active site to be covered. To make an adsorbent that has good performance, it is necessary to remove lignin from the material (delignification). This study aims to determine the activated adsorbent performance to remove Ni (II) and Cu (II) from the solution. The activation method using 0.1 M NaOH and 1% Formaldehyde mixture by soaking material for 2 hours at 80°C. The adsorption process was carried out a batch at 30°C by investigating the effect of initial pH, treatment time, and fitting model between Langmuir and Freundlich isotherm. Metal concentration in the solution was determined by Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy (AAS), identification of functional groups on the surface of the adsorbent by Fourier Transform Infra-Red (FTIR), and the adsorbent morphological structure was characterized by Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM). The experimental results show that the lignin on the raw material has been lost which is indicated by the loss of peaks of 1716.81 and 1216.67 on the FTIR spectra. The surface morphology of the adsorbent becomes more porous on the results of SEM image. Freundlich isotherm models are more suitable for both Ni (II) and Cu (II) metals. Adsorption capacity from experimental was obtained 64.015 mg/g and 41.121 mg/g for Ni2+ and Cu2+, respectively.

Diabetes poses a considerable global health challenge, with varying levels of diabetes knowledge among healthcare professionals, highlighting the importance of diabetes training. Large Language Models(LLMs)provide new insights into diabetes training, but their performance in diabetes-related queries remains uncertain, especially outside the English language like Chinese. We first evaluated the performance of ten LLMs: Chat GPT-3.5, Chat GPT-4.0, Google Bard, Lla MA-7B, Lla MA2-7B, Baidu ERNIE Bot, Ali Tongyi Qianwen, Med GPT, Huatuo GPT, and Chinese Lla MA2-7B on diabetes-related queries, based on the Chinese National Certificate Examination for Primary Diabetes Care in China(NCE-CPDC) and the English Specialty Certificate Examination in Endocrinology and Diabetes of Membership of the Royal College of Physicians of the United Kingdom. Second, we assessed the training of primary care physicians(PCPs) without and with the assistance of Chat GPT-4.0 in the NCE-CPDC examination to ascertain the reliability of LLMs as medical assistants. We found that Chat GPT-4.0 outperformed other LLMs in the English examination, achieving a passing accuracy of 62.50%, which was significantly higher than that of Google Bard, Lla MA-7B, and Lla MA2-7B. For the NCE-CPFC examination, Chat GPT-4.0, Ali Tongyi Qianwen, Baidu ERNIE Bot, Google Bard, Med GPT, and Chat GPT-3.5 successfully passed, whereas Lla MA2-7B, Huatuo GPT,Chinese LLa MA2-7B, and Lla MA-7B failed. Chat GPT-4.0(84.82%) surpassed all PCPs and assisted most PCPs in the NCE-CPDC examination(improving by 1%–6.13%). In summary, LLMs demonstrated outstanding competence for diabetes-related questions in both the Chinese and English language, and hold great potential to assist future diabetes training for physicians globally.

Sorghum is one of the plants that can be processed into functional beverages containing elements of nutrients or non-nutrients that provide positive effects on health of the body. A descriptive qualitative research, this study aims to obtain product formulation and to initiate the process of market segmentation analysis. The study was conducted in two stages. The first stage was optimization using a Two-Factor Randomized Block Design, with three replications. The first design was performed by applying Flavour Addition (R): R1 used Ginger Flavour and R2 used Pandan Flavour. The second design was performed by applying Sweetener Addition (P): P1 used Cane Sugar and P2 used Brown Sugar. The aspects observed included physical, organoleptic, and chemical aspects. When analyzing the data, organoleptic test was performed by using Friedman test while chemical test was performed by using variance analysis, followed by using 5% Duncan test. The second stage was introducing sorghum-based functional beverages as new products to the public to initiate the process of market segmentation analysis, and the results showed that product formulation had been successfully obtained and sorghum-based functional beverages as new products were accepted by 78.6% of consumers, including the quality in terms of physical, organoleptic, and chemical aspects.

In this study, organic waste was co-biodried with sludge cake to determine which mixing ratio gave the best result. The organic waste was consisted of dried leaves and green leaves, while the sludge cake was obtained from a waste water treatment plant in Bekasi. The experiment was performed on 3 lab-scale reactors with same specifications. After 21 days of experiment, it was found that the reactor with the lowest mixing fraction of sludge (5:1) has the best temperature profile and highest moisture content depletion compared with others. Initial moisture content and initial volatile solid content of this reactor's feedstock was 52.25% and 82.4% respectively. The airflow rate was 10 lpm. After biodrying was done, the final moisture content of the feedstock from Reactor C was 22.0% and the final volatile solid content was 75.9%.The final calorific value after biodrying process was 3179,28kcal/kg.

This paper presents the design to the implementation of the proportional, integral and derivative (PID) remote control system of robot manipulator using Matlab-based Internet network. These studies seek the solution of distance operations, time constraints, and monitoring the operation response of robot manipulator motion as robot that possible to carry dangerous objects which is should be monitored remotely during the operation. PID control system that is controlled remotely by the client and server systems. The monitoring process of robot manipulator is Matlab-based. Testing is done by doing observation to the speed response of the DC motor as the robot's axis driver on open loop system condition, and then doing observation using PID control system. The test of axis robot driver has also been carried out with a variety of no-load and load conditions. The test results showed the motor driver of robot will work optimally when using PID control system. The data acquisition and the stability of data communication between the client and server are affected by the condition of the existing data transfer on the network and also the distance from the server to the plant.
