The transportation service of the land, sea and air transportation of Papua Province is still very low, due to geographical, topographic, soil conditions and social constraints that hamper infrastructure development. The development of the road network is only focused on meeting the accessibility needs of the production centers to the distribution centers. The phenomenon of inequality that occurs in the world and the territory of Indonesia also occurs in the province of Papua. The gap between regions can be seen primarily by the lagging regions of the Central Highlands of Papua with other regions, especially with the coast of the North Coast of Papua. Identified there are still 14 (fourteen) isolated points/areas, where the development has not touched at all (Regional Development Planning Board of Papua Province, 2007). Many obstacles faced in the implementation of road pavement projects in Papua Constraints encountered, among others, very difficult geographical conditions, unpredictable weather, material, and In addition, security problems and customary rights issues in Papua are also a constraint on the implementation of infrastructure development roads in Papua that have an impact on cost performance. Data collection was conducted on 45 construction service companies in Papua. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data based on questionnaires and interviews, while secondary data based on data collected from various agencies, both government agencies and private agencies, namely Public Works, Central Bureau of Statistics, and others. From the results of this study there are five issues that are most considered to be the biggest risk that affects the time is the risk of uncertain weather, material damage to the project due to the transportation process, the dismantling of storage & the low quality of materials, the lack of expertise, the risk of political and social stability on site. The effect of leachate recirculation with enzyme cellulase addition on waste stability in landfill bioreactor

Landfill bioreactor with leachate recirculation is known to enhance waste stabilization. However, the composition of waste in Indonesia is comprised by organic waste which is lignocellulosic materials that considered take a long time to degrade under anaerobic condition. To accelerate the degradation process, enzyme addition is ought to do. Cellulase is an enzyme that can catalyse cellulose and other polysaccharide decomposition processes. Therefore, operation of waste degradation using leachate recirculation with a cellulase addition to enhance waste stabilization was investigated using anaerobic bioreactor landfill. The experiment was performed on 2 conditions; leachate recirculation with cellulase addition and recirculation only as a control. The addition of cellulase is reported to be significant in decreasing organic content, represented by volatile solid parameter. The volatile solid reduction in the cellulase augmented reactor and control reactor was 17.86% and 7.90%, respectively. Cellulase addition also resulted in the highest cellulose reduction. Settlement of the landfill in a bioreactor with enzyme addition (32.67%) was reported to be higher than the control (19.33%). Stabilization of landfill review by the decreasing rate constant of the cellulose and lignin ratio parameter was more rapidly achieved by the enzyme addition (0.014 day-1) compared to control (0.002 day-1).

BigNeuron is an open community bench-testing platform with the goal of setting open standards for accurate and fast automatic neuron tracing. We gathered a diverse set of image volumes across several species that is representative of the data obtained in many neuroscience laboratories interested in neuron tracing. Here, we report generated gold standard manual annotations for a subset of the available imaging datasets and quantified tracing quality for 35 automatic tracing algorithms. The goal of generating such a hand-curated diverse dataset is to advance the development of tracing algorithms and enable generalizable benchmarking. Together with image quality features, we pooled the data in an interactive web application that enables users and developers to perform principal component analysis, t-distributed stochastic neighbor embedding, correlation and clustering, visualization of imaging and tracing data, and benchmarking of automatic tracing algorithms in user-defined data subsets. The image quality metrics explain most of the variance in the data, followed by neuromorphological features related to neuron size. We observed that diverse algorithms can provide complementary information to obtain accurate results and developed a method to iteratively combine methods and generate consensus reconstructions. The consensus trees obtained provide estimates of the neuron structure ground truth that typically outperform single algorithms in noisy datasets. However, specific algorithms may outperform the consensus tree strategy in specific imaging conditions. Finally, to aid users in predicting the most accurate automatic tracing results without manual annotations for comparison, we used support vector machine regression to predict reconstruction quality given an image volume and a set of automatic tracings.

Compression strength testing model on clay soil stabilization using variations of cement composition

The title of this study is 'Compression Strength Testing Model on Clay Soil Stabilization Using Variations of Cement Composition'. The focus of this test is the addition of different compositions of cement and clay. Composition of this test is 100% soil + 0% cement, 70% soil + 30% cement, 50% soil + 50% cement and 30% soil + 70% cement. The next stage of drying is done for 0 days, 5 days, 10 days, 15 days and 20 days. The test is performed by unconfined compression test machine for each sample dried within the time specified above. The cement used is Portland composite cement type (Portlant Cement Composite / PCC). The conclusion is obtained from the results of tests that have been done that the soil composition of 100% + 0% cement land indicates if the longer drained the value of the compressive strength will decrease. However, in the other composition 70% of soil + 30% cement, 50% soil + 50% cement and 30% soil + 70% cement show that the longer drying is done for each composition the relationship between strain and stress shows an increase along with the duration of drying done. However, if analyzed for the largest compressive strength value of this test was found in the 50% + 50% cement sample showing the largest compressive strength (qu) compared with the other samples.

Activated carbon characteristics of tabah bamboo that physically activated under different activation time

Activated carbon is a versatile porous material that widely applied to purify, deodorize, decolorize, remove or reduce some gases harmful constituents and storage of gas. For different application different characteristics of activated carbon is required. This paper concerns to find out the characteristics of activated carbons derived from tabah bamboo (Gigantochloc nigrociliata) that physically activated with different activation holding time. Prepared tabah bamboo was carbonized by heating up to the temperature of 800 °C for two hours. The char produced was powdered and then activated physically by heating up to 800 °C, soaked at that temperature during each 1, 1.5 and 2 hours under 100 mL/min N2 flow. Activated carbons manufactured were characterized by proximate and ultimate analyses and SEM observation. The results show that the highest fix carbon (82.52%) and lowest ash (5.91 %) was obtained at 1 hour soaking time with moisture and volatile contents were 3.56% and 8.00 % respectively; the highest carbon (C) content of 84.16 % was yielded at soaked time of 1.5 hours; SEM observation shows that there were significant differences of morphology structure between raw material and activated carbons for all of the soaking time variations. The pores structures have been formed in the activated carbons produced.

Economic analysis of biomass gasification for generating electricity in rural areas in Indonesia

The gaseous fuel from biomass gasification might reduce the consumption of diesel fuel by 70%. The investment cost of the whole unit with a capacity of 45 kWe was about IDR 220 million in 2008 comprised of 24% for gasification unit, 54% for diesel engine and electric generator, 22% for transportation of the whole unit from Bandung to the site in South Borneo. The gasification unit was made in local workshop in Bandung, while the diesel-generator was purchased also in a local market. To anticipate the development of biomass based electricity in remote areas, an economic analysis has been made for implementations in 2019. A specific investment cost of 600 USD/kW has been estimated taking account to the escalation and capacity factors. Using a discounted factor of 11% and biomass cost in the range of 0.03-0.07 USD/kg, the production cost of electricity would be in the range of 0.09-0.16 USD/kWh. This production cost was lower than that of diesel engine fueled with full oil commonly implemented in many remote areas in Indonesia at this moment. This production cost was also lower than the Feed in Tariff in some regions established by Indonesian government in 2017.

We present a new algorithm for the computation of polyhedral positive invariant sets. A set given by its half-spaces is used to yield an optimized positive invariant set w.r.t. a given autonomous system. The algorithm requires the solution of a single semi-definite program followed by a linear program. Extensions to the plant uncertain case, and to a symmetric set case are presented. Two numerical examples demonstrate the algorithm usage and capabilities.

Characteristics of Leachate and Their Effect on Shallow Groundwater Quality (Case study : TPA Cipayung, Depok)

The problems arising from landfill activity is leaked leachate that is not absorbed well into leachate stabilization pond which furthermore contaminates shallow groundwater around landfill, include Cipayung landfill. The aims of this study is to determine the characteristics of leachate and their effect on shallow groundwater quality around landfill based on temperature, pH, Total Suspended Solids (TSS), Biological Oxygen Demand (BOD), Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), Total Nitrogen (TN), Mercury (Hg), and fecal coliform. Data were analyzed based on leachate samples at influent point, effluent point, and 7 sampling points of residents's well with distance variation every 100 meters within 300 meters radius having leachate stabilization pond as benchmark. According to the standard of Indonesia's Ministry of Environment and Forestry law No. 59 of 2016, the results showed that leachate quality was still above the standard of BOD, COD, and Total Nitrogen parameters; 4178.0 mg/L, 70556.0 mg/L and 373.3 mg/L for influent point, and 3142.0 mg/L, 9055.2 mg/L, and 350 mg/L for the effluent point. Pollution Index of shallow groundwater is between lightly and moderately contaminated. This study showed that the further the distance between sampling point and leachate stabilization pond is, the lower the Polution Index is.

The 2013 curriculum requires teachers to be more productive, creative, and innovative in encouraging students to be more independent by strengthening attitudes, skills and knowledge. Teachers are given the options to create lesson plan according to the environment and conditions of their students. At the junior level, Core Competence (KI) and Basic Competence (KD) have been completely designed. In addition, there had already guidebooks, both for teacher manuals (Master's Books) and for learners (Student Books). The lesson plan and guidebooks which already exist are intended only for learning in the classroom/in-school. Many alternative classrooms and alternatives learning models opened up using educational technology. The advance of educational technology opened opportunity for combination of class interaction using mobile learning applications. Mobile learning has rapidly evolved in education for the last ten years and many initiatives have been conducted worldwide. However, few of these efforts have produced any lasting outcomes. It is evident that mobile education applications are complex and hence, will not become sustainable. Long-term sustainability remains a risk. Long-term sustainability usually was resulted from continuous adaptation to changing conditions [4]. Frameworks are therefore required to avoid sustainability pitfalls. The implementation should start from simple environment then gradually become complex through adaptation steps. Therefore, our paper developed the framework of mobile learning (m-learning) adaptation for grade 7th (junior high school). The environment setup was blended mobile learning (not full mobile learning) and emphasize on Algebra. The research is done by R&D method (research and development). Results of the framework includes requirements and adaptation steps. The objective of this study is to evaluate the cooling capacity of evaporative cooling pad system using gunny sack and kerosene stove wick as pad material with variations on water temperature and water discharge of pad material wetting water and its appropriate to the use as an alternative pad material for commercial purpose of CELdek. The variety of pad material that can be used as a cooling medium in evaporative cooling pad system is very wide. Therefore it is need to analyze the performance of alternative pad materials variety in terms of cooling capacity. For this purpose, the test were conducted with three level water discharge (649.98 ml/min; 1299.96 ml/min; 1949.94 ml/min) and three different pad wetting water temperature (10 ± 1°C, 15 ± 1°C; 25 ± 1°C) for each pad material and for the thickness level of pad materials is arranged for gunny sack and kerosene stove wick with the thickness pad level respectively at 0.5; 1.0; 1.5; 2.0; 3.0 mm, in density of 3×2 mm, 2×1 mm and 6.0; 12.0 mm. In this research, 23 cylinder pad with wrapped material pad is arranged in staggered and placed perpendicular to the air flow direction, with length of 75 cm and diameter of 50 mm. The air suction velocity is keep constant on 0.818 m3/s, and discharge water is arranged using water distribution line contained 69 hole, in which for one hole has 28.3 ml/min, therefore to obtain water discharge for the first, second, and third water discharge would has opening hole for respectively 23, 46 and 69 holes,.the experiment is completed for three times repetitions for each discharge water, water temperature of every pad materials. According to the results of this study, it was found that the gunny sack at 3 mm thickness, 1949.94 ml/min water discharge and water temperature 15 ± 1°C has an average temperature drop,ΔT of 4.6°C with cooling capacity of 4.68 kW, while for the kerosene stove wick at 12 mm thickness, 1949.94 ml/min water discharge and water temperature 15 ± 1°C has the average
