Visually, the construction of Bhayangkara Hospital is not in accordance with Green Hospital guidelines. For each hospital planning with the concept of Green Hospital is an effort to realize sustainable health services. The purpose of the study was to examine and evaluate the implementation of the Green Hospital indicator in the construction of the Bhayangkara Sartika Asih Hospital Bandung and provide solutions to the Green Hospital indicators that were not appropriate. The research method uses the index scale of the Green Hospital guideline assessment tool of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia in 2018. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The research instrument uses an observation sheet, the data analysis technique uses a green hospital guide index scale. The results showed that the index scale assessment showed that the Bhayangkara Hospital building had implemented several Green hospital indicators. However, there are several indicators of green hospital that are not appropriate in the construction of the Bhayangkara Hospital building. The conclusion of the research shows that the index scale shows that the Bhayangkara Hospital building gets a total of 57% with a gold predicate, some indicators still need to be improved.

Planning with the Green Hospital concept is an effort to achieve environmentally friendly building certification issued by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia. Hospital is a building that plays a role in improving health so that it has a positive impact on a good quality of life. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Green hospital in the aspects of the location and landscape of the Bhayangkara Sartika Asih hospital building in Bandung. Evaluation on the location and landscape aspects of the Bhayangkara Sartika Asih hospital building produces a rating and recommendations that will serve as a reference for the future. This study uses the standard guidelines for the Green Hospital of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia in its measurement. The results of the evaluation, the Bhayangkara Sartika Asih hospital building received 4 implementation points with a percentage of 57.14%. Then from the measurement results of the building’s existing condition, technical recommendations are made. So that the hospital can implement several Green hospital indicators that are not yet available or not yet suitable.

A hotel is a medium-rise structure that is part of thrapidly developing infrastructureng in the Indonesian city of Surakarta. Assuring building is resilient to earthquake loads and that the state of the structure can be predicted when an earthquake strike. Retrofitting a building is done to keep it operational; the objective of retrofitting a structure is to make it more efficient; identifying the location of a building’s weak point is an efficient way to do retrofitting. The hotel’s performance level analysis s based on the published version of the regulation standards (ATC 40), SNI 1726:2012 and SNI, 2847:2013. The result on thisofnalysis obtained performance indicators of the building without a shear wall (structure A) such as base shear x-direction V (4677.8 kN) and y-direction V (2854.1 kN), which is larger than the total lateral load due to earthquake (2114.5 kN), displacement (D) on the roof for x-direction (0.027 m) and for y-direction (0.009 m). Spectral displacement (Sd) x-direction 0.025 m and y-direction 0.064 m, for Spectral acceleration (Sa) x-direction 0.6 (g) and for y-direction 0.31 g. The result on this analysis obtained performance indicators of the building with a shear wall (structure B), such as base shear x-direction V (30539.39. kN) and y-direction V (1299.1) which is larger than total lateral load due to earthquake (2114.5 kN), displacement (D) on the roof for x-direction (2.06E-07 m) and for y-direction (2.42E-05 m). Spectral displacement (Sd) x-direction 0.003 m and y-direction 0.002 m, for Spectral acceleration (Sa) x-direction 0.5 (g) and for y-direction 0.038 g. The performance of each type of structure is immediate occupancy. Plastic hinges develop naturally in the third step, as demonstrated by ETABS pushover analysis. Indonesia has potential geothermal energy reaching 28,617 MegaWatt which is 40 of the total world geothermal potential. There are many areas with geothermal potential in Indonesia that have not been explored, especially exploitation related to their utilization. One area on Java Island that requires further investigation is Telomoyo Volcano. This study aims to look at the geothermal system and estimate the reservoir temperature using the geothermometer. Geothermometer methods are used for temperature calculations involving the concentrations of Na, K, Ca. The results of the analysis show that the type of fluid is Chloride water. The results of plotting the concentrations of sodium (Na), potassium (K), and magnesium (Mg) show that they are all in the immature water zone. The estimated temperature of the subsurface reservoir of Pakis Dadu hot spring is ± 188 °C and Dukuh Temple hot spring is ± 171 °C. 5. The geothermal system in the study area is classified as a liquid-dominated system. According to the lineament analysis and the fault fracture density map indicate that the manifestations emerge on the surface from the outflow zone, which is controlled by the existence of geological structures. The utilization of geothermal potential in the research area as hot spring baths and high-temperature reservoirs that are good for being developed into geothermal power plants.

Composite materials are a combination of several materials to form a new material with specific properties. Chemical compatibility of the constituent materials is a factor that affects the characteristics of composite materials. Currently, composite phase change materials (PCM) are commonly applied as thermal energy storage systems. This study investigated the characteristics of beef tallow/rice husk charcoal/plaster PCM composite. The weight fraction of rice husk charcoal used was 10%. To prevent leakage of beef tallow from the composite structure, the researcher used polyvinyl acetate (PVAc) to cover the tallow/RHC composite before mixing it with plaster material. As much as 30% of the tallow/RHC/PVAc composite weight fraction is integrated into the plaster. PCM composite was made by using a direct incorporation method. The FTIR test results on the PCM composites produced showed good chemical compatibility among different components. The scanning electron microscope results showed the formation of microcapsules where the rice husk charcoal and polyvinyl acetate functions as a wrapper/capsule for beef tallow. This composite is suitable for application in building walls as thermal energy storage.
