This research aims to develop an application for selecting the best new tenant at PT Angkasa Pura II Sultan Thaha Jambi Airport Branch by utilizing Weighted Product (WP) method as the decision support system. Our approach is descriptive research with data analysis technique using four prospective tenants coded A_1 to A_4. The data was collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature study. The steps for selecting the best new tenant using the WP method include determining the criteria, sorting the suitability of alternatives and criteria, determining the weight of each criterion and its normalization, calculating the score, S value as an alternative preference, and calculating the ranking, V value as the final alternative preference. Based on the final calculation results, the new tenant coded A_4 is the best alternative based on the data collected from the Financial Management (FHFM) Unit and the Commercial Unit, with a value of V_4 is 0.294.

The development of parks in the city of Bandung, especially the northern part, has related to the history of the town of Bandung during the Dutch colonial period. Ijzermanpark (1919) is a park with the best landscape design, with a neat and colorful flower garden design equipped with a fountain garden feature. It changed its name to Ganesha Park after Indonesian independence day. Ganesha Park has continued as a public park that is used for family recreation. The landscape elements in Ganesha Park are also equipped to support this park. This study aims to determine how completely it was developed and how it influenced its function as a public park. The research method using the descriptive qualitative method by identifying and analyzing the phenomena described in the details. From this research, it was found that some elements of the Ganesha Park landscape were preserved, some had been replaced, and some were completely new. These elements become a unitary landscape which is expected to increase the comfort of activities in Ganesha Park.

The use of concrete in construction is very common even though there are several problems such as structure massive self-weight and it causes the increment of the seismic load carried by structure. Therefore, engineers usually prefer the use of hollow cross-section in reinforced concrete since it gives higher structural efficiency. This research was done to analyze Hollow Concrete Column (HCC) using finite element method with the help of MIDAS FEA application to obtain an efficient and effective model ratio between the hollow-core variation which use CFRP (Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer) as rebar. The analysis result shows that for the solid cross-section sample, the use of CFRP correlates to the needs of force resistance because the effectivity curve shows that the line intersects with one another at some variety moment capacity. It also shows even though the effectivity increases with the increment of the hollow ratio, there is a capacity reduction of +5.5% for each 5% increment. From the analysis, it shows that the hollow sample with CFRP rebar will give the best effectivity rate at a 30 % hollow-core ratio.

The increasing demand for cement in the world of construction can have an extraordinary effect, especially in the production of cement which produces CO2. So we need an alternative material as a substitute and even replace the role of cement. Utilization of coal waste in the form of fly ash is in the spotlight to be maximized. Therefore this research was conducted as an alternative contribution to the solution using geopolymer concrete in terms of setting time and compressive strength with variations in the addition of cement. The method used is experimental in the laboratory which produces qualitative data for further numerical calculations. Tests focused on the setting time and compressive strength of concrete using 5 mix designs with cement variations ranging from 10%, 20%, 30%, 40% of the use of fly ash. The results of the setting time with the highest duration, namely 100% FA=1.5, 95 minutes initial setting time and 225 minutes final setting time, then decreased to the lowest duration, namely 60% FA: Pc 40%=1.5. The initial setting time is 15 minutes and the final setting time is 37 minutes. The highest concrete compressive strength results in the MD 4 mix design with 70% FA mixture: Pc 30%=1.5, which is 43.3 MPa. While the lowest compressive strength is the design mix MD 1 with a mixture of 100% FA=1.5 of 21.8 MPa.

The number of accidents is in line with the number of vehicles produced and sold Various attempts have been made to improve road safety, especially by adopting the IRAP model. IRAP is a persuasive handling activity before the occurrence of an accident. Traffic condition will be the determining factor for SRS calculation. Hereby the base score of 4 varieties according to SRS calculation on long Jenderal Sudirman Street, 4.1 (Vehicle Occupant), 4.2 (Motorcyclist), 3 (Bicyclist), and 2.8 (Pedestrian). Star rating growth can be achieved by improving some substantial attributes such as a pedestrian fence, cycling sign, 40 Kmph speed limit sign, and intersection sign. The result of the BCR calculation shows a value of >1 which signifies that it is worth doing by improving the 4 attributes. Final star rating after being handled yield a significant score of 4.6 (Vehicle Occupant), 4.2 (Motorcyclist), 3 (Bicyclist) dan 5 (Pedestrian).

In this pre-research, this is an initial study using LiDAR to detect weather conditions in real time. In 5G communication, the opportunity to use an integrated IoT connection is given because the path is used, one of which is millimeter wave. This is applied to disaster conditions, namely flood and landslide detection. Data obtained briefly within one month in data processing needs to be added so that the real sensor power is obtained in the outdoor position because the sensor is used as needed. LiDAR has problems when used in rainy conditions which form polarization scattering or light scattering is formed by moving raindrops, especially when the rain is getting heavier. The position of LiDAR in this study is able to detect sunny conditions with an available level of 97.99% and rain outage is still 0.3%, this in heavy rainy conditions needs further research.
