The development of information and communication technology, especially the internet provides opportunities to improve the ability of lecturers to deliver courses to students without being limited by distance and time. This can be done by utilizing e-learning which will accelerate the transfer of knowledge and skills. E-learning is distance education that utilizes various digital tools and platforms. These tools and platform are used to support interaction, lectures and delivery of instructions between lecturers and students. This study will discuss the use of work system methods and the use of e-learning technology in a business entity. The work system methods are used to design information systems. Meanwhile e-learning technology in a business entity serves lecturers and students, conduct lectures at private universities in increasing knowledge dissemination, educational affordability and the use of technology and information as its support. The result of this research is the works system method model which refers to the analysis of data from the internet accessibility survey of students, analysis of its components, the system development cycle, the revision of the vision, mission and resources in private universities and recommendations of opportunities for the development of higher quality e-learning implementation.

High performance polysulfone (PSf) membrane has been prepared for treating of batik palembang wastewater. Many investigations attempted the use of polysulfone (PSf) membranes to filtrate dilute contaminant in textile wastewater. The matrix membrane is a mixture of PSf which is produced by adding inorganic materials to obtain a polymer that functions to manufacture the membrane by increasing hydrophilicity and impurity resistance. MMM were fabricated from a dope solution containing PSf/LiCl/DMF at different additives composition. Antifouling properties of membranes could be enhance with 0.0 - 10 wt.% LiCl that has been added into dope solution. Pure water permeation flux analysis (PWP), AFM and FESEM. From the results of research on FESEM, the PSf / LiCL membrane showed a fairly symmetrical cross-sectional structure containing two layers. The layers of the tiny finger-like structure on the edge of the perforated fibers and the holes like the larger fingers are mixed with the macrovoid layer in the middle section. PWP flux is not proportional to mean rough outer surface but higher water permeation. Therefore, PSf/LiCl exhibited a better performance that resulted a much lower fouling tendency than the naked membrane in batik Palembang wastewater treatment.

The utilization of natural resources and the environment to improve the community's welfare is an unavoidable choice. The environment used should still protect the environment. This study aims to provide an overview of the company's efforts to implement its obligation to preserve the environment using a different type of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program, which were community development and green marketing. The method used was a survey by taking the population at two different places, Jakarta and Pangkal Pinang. The sampling technique was done using a purposive method to obtain samples that meet the company's CSRreceiver's criteria. The number of the respondent from the first population is 44 respondents and from the second population is 100 respondents. Data analysis was done using simple and multiple linear regression. The results showed that CSR's implementation had a significant impact on education, health, and poverty reduction. CSR activity by the company was accepted by society activities directly in the form of counseling and mentoring. CSR activities conducted on marketing activities by implementing Green Marketing found that pricing and promoting an environmentally sound positive impact on consumers' willingness to buy back the product. In contrast, the product is not significantly influential.

The Indonesian government is accelerating road and bridge infrastructure to connect regions in the last 10 years. In the construction of the bridge, the latest technology used is to use precast box girders as the main girder. The main problem in the implementation of the construction is delays due to delays in production time at the precast factory. So, it is very important to know what factors affect the delay. The purpose of this research is to identify the factors that affect the delay in the production time of precast box girders. This method of research is designed as mix method. The data collection technique used are the Delphi method, survey, and focus group discussion. While the data analysis technique used is quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, 7 main factors affect the delay in the production time of precast box girders, namely aspects of human resources, material aspects, equipment aspects, financial aspects, design aspects, document completeness aspects, and force majeure aspects. By knowing the factors that affect the delay in the production time of precast box girders, corrective actions can be planned to intervene in these influencing factors to minimize delays.

The local government of a city as an organization depends on decision makers in government management to support the vision and mission of the city to achieve eco-city goals based on data and information from several knowledge domains. Knowledge management is seen as an increasingly important scientific discipline that encourages the creation, sharing and utilization of knowledge in an organization. Knowledge management is also related to the concept of intellectual capital, the most valuable organizational resource. Knowledge sharing systems are designed to help decision makers and stakeholders share their knowledge. Most knowledge management systems in organizations are designed to share the explicit knowledge of individuals, organizations and finally distributed to the community. This research is the approach in the development model that can be used in the governance to achieve eco-city goals. Complex knowledge about eco-cities requires policies that are based on current knowledge and can be implemented immediately with a thorough understanding of all aspects. The results of this study are understanding the problem of knowledge sharing as a valuable organizational asset, designing a knowledge sharing systems model, and improving systems to improve the quality of knowledge.

Synthetic zeolite is considered a more effective adsorbent due to its high purity and high removal efficiency. On the other hand, acid mine drainage contains various metal ions, such as zinc, copper, iron, and manganese which are toxic for the ecosystem in a certain concentration. One of the solutions to remove these metal ions is through adsorption. Therefore, the study of adsorption and desorption of zinc and copper onto synthetic zeolite was conducted. The synthetic zeolite was synthesized from coal fly ash and the acid mine drainage was prepared artificially. The adsorption experiment was carried out using a batch system. NaCl, H2SO4, and HNO3 were used as desorption agent. The adsorption studies revealed that the removal efficiency of both Zn2+ and Cu2+ onto the studied adsorbent decrease with the increase of adsorbate concentration. While the adsorption selectivity for multi-system synthetic AMD solution by the studied adsorbent were found to the order of Fe2+> Cu2+> Zn2+> Mn2+.After being reused three times, the synthetic zeolite shows a decrease in for Zn2+ and Cu2+ adsorption efficiency of about 10%. Furthermore, the desorption study shows the ineffective use of NaCl, H2SO4, and HNO3 as desorption agents in this study.
