Aiming at the shortage of electro-hydraulic robot in terms of system fluctuation and response speed compared with electric robot. The static and dynamic characteristics of a load-sensitive electro-hydraulic robot electro-hydraulic driving system are simulated based on AMESim software in this paper. By analysing the static and dynamic characteristics of the system, the theoretical knowledge is combined with the simulation results. The factors that affect the stability of the system are emphatically explored to provide ideas for optimizing and improving the stability of the electro-hydraulic driving system of load-sensitive electro-hydraulic robots. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Cascade voltage transformers (hereinafter referred to as CTV) are widely used in power grids, and a good insulation condition is a prerequisite for their safe and reliable operation. 110kV CTV tan δ can be affected by changes in environmental factors (such as temperature and humidity), and sometimes the tanδ can be abnormal or even fail to reflect the actual state of the equipment. This paper takes a JCC6-110 CTV which has been operated for many years as the research object, and makes a comprehensive and detailed study on the influence of temperature on CTV tanδ, and researches the change of CTV tanδ under different temperature conditions, proposes the CTV insulation equivalent circuit model, obtains tanδ and capacity data through different wiring methods and derives the model parameters, and establishes the insulation equivalent circuit model influenced by temperature factors. The insulation equivalent circuit model with the influence of temperature factors is proposed, and the method of correcting tanδ to the standard atmospheric conditions is proposed. The model was simulated using MATLAB/Simulink software to verify the correctness of the insulation equivalent circuit model considering the effect of temperature on tanδ under fault conditions, and the model can be applied to the conversion and correction of the effect of temperature on CTV tanδ during field testing. © 2023 IEEE.

As an important part of power transmission, the safe operation of high-voltage cables is crucial. Partial discharge of 110 kV cable during operation is one of the main causes of cable failure, and it is of far-reaching theoretical significance and practical application value to monitor and analyze the signal generated by partial discharge. The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between partial discharge and highfrequency current signal of 110 kV cable, and to identify whether partial discharge occurs by analyzing the characteristics of highfrequency current signal. © 2024 IEEE.

Most existing nuclear radiation measurement circuits are implemented based on PCB board-level technology, which has low integration, significant signal loss, and is susceptible to environmental interference, thus preventing the achievement of high-precision measurements in complex radiation fields. Consequently, this paper presents research on thick-film integrated circuits for nuclear radiation measurement. Resistors, capacitors, wires, and the interconnections of devices, are fabricated on an Al2O3 ceramic substrate through a combination of film-forming and surfacemount technologies. A thick-film integrated circuit has been developed for the pre-amplification, filtering, and peak holding of nuclear radiation detectors. This circuit offers advantages such as high integration, minimal parasitic effects, radiation resistance, and robust anti-interference capabilities. An energy spectrum measurement system has been constructed, utilizing the dedicated thick-film integrated circuit developed in this paper, achieving an energy resolution of 6.2% at 662 keV for the 3-inch NaI(Tl) detector, and 3.0% at 662 keV for the 3-inch LaBr3(Ce) detector, and 4.5% at 59.5 keV for the 5mm×5mm quasi-hemispherical CZT detector. The energy spectrum measurement results indicate that the thick-film integrated circuit exhibits exceptional performance and possesses significant application potential within the domain of nuclear radiation detection. © 2024 IEEE.

As an important parameter characterizing the insulation performance of high-voltage equipment, tan delta is commonly used in the regular maintenance and fault inspection of high-voltage equipment. During the tan delta measurement of high-voltage equipment, it is found that the ambient humidity will affect the measurement results. In order to avoid this effect leading to the misjudgment of the insulation condition of the equipment. In this paper, a current transformer model LB6-110, which has been operated for more than 10 years, is taken as the test object, and the method of controlling the humidity change is adopted. Through five different test wiring methods to measure tanδ, summarize and analyze the effect of humidity on tan delta under different test wiring, and put forward the optimal wiring method to avoid the effect of humidity. © 2023 IEEE.

Manufacturing industry plays an important role in the country, and the optimization of factory facility layout design in basic manufacturing industry will affect the problem that needs to be solved urgently. The problem of facility layout optimization is not only an engineering research problem, but also more complex in practice, with high practicality. However, its interdisciplinary characteristics are also very obvious. Based on the principle of discrete system simulation, the initial model of the camshaft production line is established on the basis of determining the camshaft production process and the specific parameters of each machine tool. Secondly, according to the established model, discuss the working efficiency of each equipment, the working condition of the station, the failure efficiency of the production line and the bottleneck process, etc., run the model and analyze the results. According to the analysis of the simulation results of the model, it is gradually improved. Finally, the mass production of camshaft production line is discussed, and the initial population, individual fitness function, genetic parameters, etc. are analyzed. On this basis, genetic algorithm is used to optimize the scheduling problem, and the results are compared with the previous ones to verify whether the results are effective. © 2022 IEEE.

As an important equipment in substations, 110kV current transformers play a role in measurement, control, and protection. Insulation defects are prone to occur during operation, and preventive tests should be conducted regularly on current transformers. By measuring the tan δ of 110kV current transformers under different temperature and humidity conditions, the existing temperature and humidity conversion comes from the former Soviet Union. Due to changes in equipment materials, structures, etc., the original conversion factor may not be applicable now. The experiment studied the problem of the influence of temperature and humidity on the current transformer tanδ due to the lack of on-site measurement. The experimental results were statistically analyzed using data analysis software such as Matlab, and a method for correcting the influence of temperature and humidity on the measurement results was obtained through Gauss Newton iteration. This provides a reference for on-site judgment of the insulation condition of current transformers. © 2024 IEEE.

In order to study whether the vegetation touching single-phase conductor faults of low voltage distribution lines can lead to hill fires, a 400V low voltage bare conductor simulated tree line fault experimental platform was built. The possibility of vegetation ignition caused by vegetation contact fault in low voltage distribution lines is studied by analyzing the leakage current flowing through vegetation., the temperature rise of vegetation and the traces of carbonization on the surface. The results show that the bamboo with high water content touches the single-phase conductor fault temperature rise obviously., there are obvious charring traces near the fault point in the test., and the maximum temperature reaches 95.3 °C, the maximum leakage current is 180mA., and there is no discharge phenomenon in the test. High water content will limit the maximum temperature near the fault point to be less than the boiling point of water., and the temperature rise will accelerate the loss of water., leading to a decrease in leakage current., and eventually the temperature drop at the fault point gradually stabilizes., indicating that a single-phase conductor fault on a low voltage distribution line with vegetation touching it will not cause a fire. The results of the study are of great significance for the prevention of hill fires on low voltage distribution lines through forested areas. © 2023 IEEE.

In this paper, BP neural network model is used to study and analyse the teaching reform of signal and system course. Referring to the structure of BP neural network, the quality evaluation index system of signal and system course is established. On this basis, the factors influencing students' examination results are predicted, and the questionnaire is designed and BP neural network is used for prediction. The mean square deviation of the result is 0.7788. Through the correlation coefficient analysis of the data obtained, we can get the major factors that affect students' final scores. In view of this, the paper puts forward the direction and specific measures of teaching reform of this course. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.
