According to the radioactive characteristics of thorium ore and for the industrial production needs of thorium deposits in Baiyune, an online detection system for thorium ore concentrator with ten pulse counting was developed to realize real-time detection and ore beneficiation. The influence of the belt speed, ore shape, belt thickness, distance from the detector to the belt and other factors in the detection system on the ? energy exposure rate (intensity) in the incident NaI(Tl) crystal and the crystal detection efficiency are derived theoretically. Finally, it is made about the error evaluation of the online system in industrial production. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Suppression of stimulated Brillouin and Raman scatterings using an alternating frequency laser and transverse magnetic fields

A novel scheme to suppress both stimulated Brillouin scattering(SBS) and stimulated Raman scattering(SRS) by combining an alternating frequency(AF) laser and a transverse magnetic field is proposed. The AF laser allows the laser frequency to change discretely and alternately over time. The suppression of SBS is significant as long as the AF difference is greater than the linear growth rate of SBS or the alternating time of the laser frequency is shorter than the linear growth time of SBS. However, the AF laser proves ineffective in suppressing SRS, which usually has a much higher linear growth rate than SBS. To remedy that, a transverse magnetic field is included to suppress the SRS instability. The electrons trapped in the electron plasma waves(EPWs) of SRS can be accelerated by the surfatron mechanism in a transverse magnetic field and eventually detrapped. While continuously extracting energy from EPWs, the EPWs are dissipated and the kinetic inflation of SRS is suppressed. The one-dimensional particle-in-cell simulation results show that both SBS and SRS can be effectively suppressed by combining the AF laser with a transverse magnetic field with tens of Tesla. The total reflectivity can be dramatically reduced by more than one order of magnitude. These results provide a potential reference for controlling SBS and SRS under the related parameters of inertial confinement fusion.

Research on Comparison and Evaluation Studies of Several Smoothing Denoising Method Based on γ-ray Spectrum Detector

The extraction of spectral parameters is very difficult because of the limited energy resolution for NaI （TI） gamma-ray detectors. For statistical fluctuation of radioactivity under complex environment, some smoothing filtering methods are proposed to solve the problem. These methods include adopting method of arithmetic moving average, center of gravity, least squares of polynomial, slide converter of discrete funcion convolution etc. The process of spectrum data is realized, and the results are assessed in H/FWHM（ Peak High/Full Width at Half Maximum） and peak area based on the Matlab programming. The results indicate that different methods smoothed spectrum have respective superiority in different ergoregion, but the Gaussian function theory in discrete function convolution slide method is used to filter the complex y-spectrum on Embedded system nlatform, and the statistical fluctuation of y-snectrum filtered wall.

Seawater uranium extraction is a key technology for environmental sustainability with significant potential applications. For the first time, this work synthesized a CTAB/Bent-MOF808 with strong stability, abundant coordination functional groups, and low cost, and assessed its adsorption effectiveness for U (VI) in carbonate solutions. The study explores how pH, contact time, uranium concentration, temperature, carbonate, halide salts, phosphorus, and Ca/Mg ions influence uranium adsorption, with a focus on mechanistic insights through characterization and modeling. Under optimal conditions (temperature of 25 °C, pH 8.0, with a sodium bicarbonate concentration of 2 mmol L −1 and a U(VI) concentration of 50 mg L −1 ), which are similar to the real seawater environment, CTAB/Bent-MOF808 demonstrated superior uranium adsorption performance compared to MOF808 and CTAB/Bent in U(VI)–CO 3 solutions. Under high initial pH, NaHCO 3 , Ca/Mg ions, and halide ion concentrations, the complex's uranium adsorption capacity and removal rate are reduced due to competitive adsorption between ions, as well as increased electrostatic repulsion on the surface. The sorption process was identified as monolayer homogeneous chemical adsorption process by analyzing it with quasi second order kinetic models and Langmuir isotherm models. The inhibitory effect of halide ions is as follows: I − > F − > Br − > Cl − . XPS suggested that the complexation of bromide anion with –COOH and electrostatic attraction could be crucial processes for uranium adsorption. This study offers theoretical insights into uranium extraction from natural uranium-bearing waters and highlights the expanded potential of MOF-based adsorbents in this process, enhancing both efficiency and application scope.

The global surge in population and economic growth has intensified energy consumption reliant on fossil resources, leading to environmental degradation. Biogas, while offering a renewable alternative, requires CO₂ purification. This study addresses the critical knowledge gap in integrated waste-to-value approaches by investigating the synergistic coupling of biogas purification effluent utilization with Chlorella vulgaris USU1 cultivation for lipid production. This novel integration facilitates simultaneous high-quality biofuel generation and significant CO₂ utilization, thereby enabling absorbent regeneration in a closed-loop system. Utilizing packed absorption column-derived effluent (PACDE) containing KHCO₃-PZCOO^- complex solutions as the nutrient medium, this study systematically optimized cultivation parameters to maximize both biomass production and carbon utilization efficiency. Under optimized conditions (24:0 light intensity, 50-rpm agitation, 0.6 initial absorbance), the system achieved 58.3 % CO₂ biofixation efficiency with a maximum biomass concentration of 8.64 g/L. Biochemical characterization revealed a composition of 23 % carbohydrates and 56 % proteins, with the fatty acid profile predominantly comprising palmitic (29.7 %), oleic (27.6 %), and linoleic (24.1 %) acids. Notably, the USU1 strain demonstrated superior lipid accumulation capability with 31.19 % yield, surpassing previously reported values for comparable strains. Economic analysis established favorable metrics with capital costs of IDR 4505/L, operating expenses of IDR 1155/L, and profit gained of IDR 8991/L, yielding a net profit of IDR 3331/L. Mass balance assessment demonstrated valorization of carbon inputs with approximately 2.97 kg CO₂ annually while generating 1175 L of lipid-rich microalgae oil and 3745 L of reusable biofertilizer effluent. This paper analyzes the hazards of the ice-covered sag of the overhead ground wire of the transmission line, understands and grasps the causes of the excessive grounding sag of the high-voltage power line. To reduce the overhead ground wire ice sag, based on the conductor LGJ- 240/30 type, ground of GJ- 50 type ground of high voltage transmission lines ice sag problem as the research object, using shape memory alloy material temperature deformation characteristics has designed two kinds of overhead ground wire ice sag, using memory alloy temperature of phase transformation point of turning force on ground wire, make it keep safe distance between wires, and auxiliary deicing, automatically. The stress, sag, tension and gravity of the ground wire are calculated with the typical overhead ground wire design, and the memory alloy spring is selected. According to the design scheme, the simulation test is carried out and the feasibility of the design scheme is proved. © 2021 IEEE.

High-speed machine tool working table restrains the machining accuracy and machining efficiency,so lightweight design of the table is an important *** nature,leaf has developed a plate structure that maximizes the surface-to-volume *** can be seen as a plate structure stiffened by *** with a high-speed machine tool working table,leaf veins play a role of supporting part which is similar to that of stiffening ribs,and they can provide some new design ideas for lightweight design of the *** this paper,distribution rules of leaf veins were investigated,and a structural bionic design for the table was achieved based on regulation of leaf ***,statistical analysis on geometric structure of leaf veins was carried out,and four distribution rules were ***,relevant mechanical models were developed and analyzed in finite element *** on the results from mechanical analysis on those relevant models,the four distribution rules were translated into the design rules and a structural bionic design for the working table was *** simulation and experimental verifications were carried out,and results showed that the average displacement of the working table was reduced by about 33.9%.

With development of embedded database technology, network performance of mobile-device and standardization of data management have a significant change. For characteristics of high reliability and real-time that Wi-Fi Commodity Rapid Positioning System terminal has, embedded database SQLite3 is proposed to manage system bulk data like storing, operating maintaining. Combined with enterprise requirement, this paper analyses the processing in database design and SQLite3 operate procedure under ARM-WindowsCE5.0. Besides the detail of porting SOLite3 based on ARM-Windows CE5.0 is also stated in the paper. Finally the test results show that SQLites3 embedded in the Product Rapid Positioning System is stable and reliable. © 2011 IEEE.
