A new consequent-pole hybrid-excited permanent magnet machine with DC-biased current (CPHEPM-DC machine) is proposed in this paper. The tooth located in the stator can be divided into two types: the main tooth and the auxiliary tooth. The five-phase multifunctional winding is adopted, which can be regarded as both the armature winding and the excitation winding. There are nine U-typed permanent magnets (PMs) placed in the rotor to improve the power density. In order to verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis, some electromagnetic properties, including the back electromotive force (back-EMF), the average output torque and the cogging torque are analyzed by the finite element (FE) method.

As an important equipment in substations, 110kV current transformers play a role in measurement, control, and protection. Insulation defects are prone to occur during operation, and preventive tests should be conducted regularly on current transformers. By measuring the tan $\delta$ of 110kV current transformers under different temperature and humidity conditions, the existing temperature and humidity conversion comes from the former Soviet Union. Due to changes in equipment materials, structures, etc., the original conversion factor may not be applicable now. The experiment studied the problem of the influence of temperature and humidity on the current transformer $\tan \delta$ due to the lack of on-site measurement. The experimental results were statistically analyzed using data analysis software such as Matlab, and a method for correcting the influence of temperature and humidity on the measurement results was obtained through Gauss Newton iteration. This provides a reference for on-site judgment of the insulation condition of current transformers.

Cascade voltage transformers (hereinafter referred to as CTV) are widely used in power grids, and a good insulation condition is a prerequisite for their safe and reliable operation. 110kV CTV tan δ can be affected by changes in environmental factors (such as temperature and humidity), and sometimes the tanδ can be abnormal or even fail to reflect the actual state of the equipment. This paper takes a JCC6-110 CTV which has been operated for many years as the research object, and makes a comprehensive and detailed study on the influence of temperature on CTV tanδ, and researches the change of CTV tanδ under different temperature conditions, proposes the CTV insulation equivalent circuit model, obtains tanδ and capacity data through different wiring methods and derives the model parameters, and establishes the insulation equivalent circuit model influenced by temperature factors. The insulation equivalent circuit model with the influence of temperature factors is proposed, and the method of correcting tanδ to the standard atmospheric conditions is proposed. The model was simulated using MATLAB/Simulink software to verify the correctness of the insulation equivalent circuit model considering the effect of temperature on tanδ under fault conditions, and the model can be applied to the conversion and correction of the effect of temperature on CTV tanδ during field testing.

Manufacturing industry plays an important role in the country, and the optimization of factory facility layout design in basic manufacturing industry will affect the problem that needs to be solved urgently. The problem of facility layout optimization is not only an engineering research problem, but also more complex in practice, with high practicality. However, its interdisciplinary characteristics are also very obvious. Based on the principle of discrete system simulation, the initial model of the camshaft production line is established on the basis of determining the camshaft production process and the specific parameters of each machine tool. Secondly, according to the established model, discuss the working efficiency of each equipment, the working condition of the station, the failure efficiency of the production line and the bottleneck process, etc., run the model and analyze the results. According to the analysis of the simulation results of the model, it is gradually improved. Finally, the mass production of camshaft production line is discussed, and the initial population, individual fitness function, genetic parameters, etc. are analyzed. On this basis, genetic algorithm is used to optimize the scheduling problem, and the results are compared with the previous ones to verify whether the results are effective.

Hill fire hazards on transmission and distribution lines due to various factors affect the safe operation of the lines. The current study does not consider the effect of ground capacitance current on fire impedance characteristics under the line. This paper takes 35 kV line under the mountain fire flame impedance characteristics as the test object, build different to ground capacitance of the mountain fire test platform, put forward the mountain fire ground fault theoretical model, through simulated line under the mountain fire test on the flame completely bridged gap order eucalyptus, shrubs and straw flame impedance characteristics of curve fitting, verify the vegetation mountain fire triggered by the line single-phase grounding is a high resistance ground, research and analysis of the vegetation flame impedance characteristics of the impact mechanism. Experimental research shows that the occurrence of mountain fire fault line fault degree and ground capacitance current is positively correlated; flame temperature is one of the main factors affecting flame impedance, flame impedance and flame temperature does not strictly show a negative correlation; different vegetation types triggered by mountain fire flame impedance characteristics vary greatly, arc discharge will seriously weaken the vegetation flame insulation characteristics, flame completely bridged gap stage before and mid-term flame impedance of the main influencing factors are flame temperature and flame height, flame completely bridged gap stage late flame impedance of the main influencing factors into the ash content of vegetation. The study of vegetation flame impedance characteristics can provide technical reference for transmission and distribution lines to prevent line failures caused by hill fires.

As an important part of power transmission, the safe operation of high-voltage cables is crucial. Partial discharge of 110 kV cable during operation is one of the main causes of cable failure, and it is of far-reaching theoretical significance and practical application value to monitor and analyze the signal generated by partial discharge. The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between partial discharge and highfrequency current signal of 110 kV cable, and to identify whether partial discharge occurs by analyzing the characteristics of highfrequency current signal.

In this paper, a new consequent-pole hybrid excited (HE) machine with segmented stator (CHE-SS machine) is proposed, which can be applied in some variable speed applications. To decrease the torque ripple, the segmented structure is adopted in the stator. The stator tooth can be divided into two types: the primary tooth and the secondary tooth. The field winding is placed on the primary tooth. The armature winding is placed on the secondary tooth. The U-typed permanent magnets (PMs) are placed in the rotor to improve the torque density and the rigidity. To validate the superiority of the proposed machine, some electromagnetic properties, such as the back electromotive force (back-EMF), the output torque and the cogging torque are simulated and analyzed by the finite element (FE) method. The FE-predicted results show that this proposed machine can exhibit excellent performances.

This paper presents a novel direct-drive electric traction system that incorporates a disk permanent magnet (PM) motor, which shows practical potential to urban rail trains. The disk PM motor can be directly mounted on the train wheel, which realizes the direct contact of power and load. First, conceptual structure of the direct-drive system is described. Then, the motor structure and its specifications are presented from the viewpoint of replacing the asynchronous motor of the existing ALSTOM 04A02 urban rail system. Machine parameters are calculated and 3-D finite element (3-D FEM) simulation is carried out to analyze magnetic field distribution. Design results demonstrate that the disk PM motor has distinguished advantages in power density and efficiency over the asynchronous motor in use, which would be more suitable for heavy-load rail trains. At last, the influence of harmonic current from the inverter on the harmonic torque of the disk PM motor is studied, and results demonstrate that the 6 th harmonic torque is the main factor affecting the torque ripple and could be suppressed by further optimizing the machine parameters. This work can provide some reference for improving the train traction system, and has reference values to other electric traction systems.

To overcome the shortcomings of low automation, low test precision, and inaccurate control precision in the micro-lubrication device, a minimal quantity lubrication (MQL) system with high accuracy was designed. The system is composed of sensors (e.g. flow sensor, air pressure sensor), microcontroller unit (MCU), and control mechanism (e.g. peristaltic pump, air pressure valve), which can realize the functions of automatic detection, signal processing, and control in real-time. Concurrently, the improved PID control algorithm (GA_PID) based on genetic algorithm (GA) to optimize PID parameters makes the whole control system to achieve rapid response and accurate control. In this study, the MQL system with an improved PID control algorithm has high stability and has engineering application value due to its high efficiency of regulating parameter performance.

Global warming is a pressing issue, accompanied by both rising temperatures and local extreme cold events. This paper analyzes the relationship between global warming and extreme weather events through quantitative analysis of climate data. Focusing on the United States as a representative of regions experiencing extreme cold, a neural network model is developed to predict these events. Results indicate that rising global temperatures positively correlate with increased snowfall in the US, while negatively impacting US winter temperatures. This suggests that as global average temperatures increase, US winters become colder with more snow. The study concludes that global warming and local extreme cold events are not contradictory but strongly correlated phenomena.
