The node localization is one of the key technologies in most applications of Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs), moreover the error of distance measurements to some extent affected the nodes localization's precision. Aiming at the influence of RF signal by various disturbing, which lead to ranging imprecise, this paper provided an improved limiting the average filtering algorithm (ILAFA), calibrated range measurement between nodes and optimization of beacon node in sensor network, then localizing nodes by using Weighted Least Square Estimates(WLSE). Experiments and simulations show that this algorithm improves the accuracy of estimates of distance and yields better performance than traditional RSSI trilateral algorithm in the same conditions.

Feature selection techniques have become an apparent need for diagnostic methods such as a least squares support vector machine (LS-SVM). Most researchers use wavelet transform coefficients of the time-domain transient response data obtained from filtered analog circuits as features to train a LS-SVM classifier to diagnose faults. But wavelet coefficient features have certain disadvantages such as no physical meanings. Thus, in this paper, two new feature vectors with clearly defined meanings based on a time-domain response curve and a frequency response curve of a filter are proposed, respectively. In addition, a statistical property feature vector which represents global properties of the time-domain response curve or the frequency response curve is proposed. The results from the simulation data and real data for a biquad filter showed the following: (1) these proposed conventional time-domain and frequency features, which are already familiar to designers of filtered analog circuits, have good diagnostic accuracy-all above 91% for the example circuit; (2) the best accuracies using the proposed statistical property feature vector are 100% for time-domain simulation data, and for both real experiment data ; (3) the diagnostic accuracy using the proposed combined feature vector is more accurate than conventional feature vectors; (4) an LS-SVM can be used to diagnose faults in a real analog circuit that only has a few fault samples.

In recent years, the formal verification of Web service compositions is gradually becoming a hot research area. As a mainstream technique for formal verification, model checking is able to not only overcome the shortcoming of traditional software test techniques that they cannot generate the complete set of test cases, but also automatizes the verification process. In this paper, the authors propose and implement an epistemic model checking approach for the verification of Web service compositions by modeling them as multi-agent systems. After analyzing the BPEL control flow, the authors first propose a formal model for the BPEL activities and give the semantics of the implementation of the BPEL activities. By taking the so-call transition seven-tuple as the intermediate form, the authors further develop two automatic transform algorithms, one converts the BPEL process to the set of seven-tuples and the other converts this set of seven-tuples to the input language of MCTK (a model checker for multi-agent systems developed by the authors), such that can finally implement the verification by MCTK. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithms can effectively verify not only the temporal logical specifications, but also the temporal epistemic logical specifications, which are proper to multi-agent systems.

By the method of tangential velocity in the paper, The error model was established, the analysis software was developed, some error patterns and decisive parameters were analyzed, the measures to amend, additionally, were proposed .In order to solve the difficult problem of synthetic control for trajectory position and motion, studied the spatial and time characteristics of trajectory movement and the relation between geometric parameter and dynamic state parameter. The trajectory geometry functional, on the one hand it is not time-varying mapping, can be simplified through mathematical transformation, thus the space of geometric mapping can be extended. On the other hand, setting the time for the trajectory parameter of functional is about the displacement of a special motion equation. The functional structure of differential equation is the product of the geometric parameter functional and its time-derivative. Proposed a new method for trajectory control: tangential velocity method which with the motion parameter that controls the trajectory to achieve, with the variation of the reference to control the motion processing. After experiment and simulation, proved that is a good way to control the machine tool trajectory can achieve a comprehensive control for geometry and motion, reduce the computational error, improve the trajectory accuracy, and enhance the adaptive ability to environment for path planning. © 2010 IEEE.

In this paper, we define the fitting energy by a new kernel function, which is to do in the range of an image what traditional filters do a small neighborhood of the same location. We combine the advantages of the LBF model and our model by taking domain and range kernel functions into account. The new level set method with domain and range kernel functions has been tested and assessed on different modalities of medical images. Experiments prove our simulation results demonstrate that our model has better segmentation results compared with the LBF model. © 2010 IEEE.

The EnDat2.2 interface protocol developed by HEIDENHAIN company lately with its high-speed, bi-directional and pure digital features can meet the requirement of rapid responses, dramatically cut down the overall system's cost and greatly reduce the space requirements of the system's installation. Therefore, it is widely used in Numerical control system like CNC system and photoelectric encoder. China's first Micro-area X-ray Fluorescence Analyzer used a HEIDENHAIN encoder with this protocol to improve the three micro-platform positioning accuracy. However, considering the complexity of the connection interface to host computer and the high cost of dedicated interface card, the application adopted a new way to fulfill the serial data's transmission tasks rather than dedicated receiver IC. Based on soft-macro, as well as Field Programmable Gate Array FPGA, the idea here is to provide a general EnDat interface module which has the ability of realizing serial encoder data acquisition (RS232/RS485) of EnDat interface. This paper introduces the design idea partly, focuses on methods of the hardware and software design. It was proved by experiments that this design could implement data acquisition.
