Evolution mechanism of unmanned cluster cooperation oriented toward strategy selection diversity

When performing tasks,unmanned clusters often face a variety of strategy *** of the key issues in unmanned cluster tasks is the method through which to design autonomous collaboration and cooperative evolution mechanisms that allow for unmanned clusters to maximize their overall task effective-ness under the condition of strategic *** paper ana-lyzes these task requirements from three perspectives:the diver-sity of the decision space,information network construction,and the autonomous collaboration ***,this paper pro-poses a method for solving the problem of strategy selection diversity under two network ***,this paper presents a Moran-rule-based evolution dynamics model for unmanned cluster strategies and a vision-driven-mechanism-based evolu-tion dynamics model for unmanned cluster strategy in the con-text of strategy selection diversity according to various unmanned cluster application ***,this paper pro-vides a simulation analysis of the effects of relevant parameters such as the payoff factor and cluster size on cooperative evolu-tion in autonomous cluster collaboration for the two types of *** this basis,this paper presents advice for effectively addressing diverse choices in unmanned cluster tasks,thereby providing decision support for practical applications of unmanned cluster tasks.

Recently, how to better maintain the frequency information from source images has become a key issue in image fusion. In this article, we first analyze this issue and then propose a frequency-aware generative adversarial network, namely FaGAN, to fuse infrared images and visible images. Specifically, our network is composed of a generator and two discriminators. The generator is used to generate the fused images. The two discriminators are used to distinguish the high-frequency information differences and the low-frequency information differences between the source images and the fused images, respectively. In addition, we propose a specific frequency loss to better constraint the generator, which will better retain the high-frequency information and the low-frequency information in the fused images. Extensive experiments on VIFB (visible and infrared image fusion benchmark) well demonstrate that our network achieves competitive performance in terms of both objective evaluation metrics and visual effect. © 2022 IEEE.

Visual Simultaneous Localization and Mapping (VSLAM) is a research hotspot in the fields of autonomous driving, robotics and computer vision. One of the most important factors that affects the running speed is the optimization algorithm. In this paper, we present a fast and efficient algorithm called FastDogleg. This method can improve the system's overall running speed without affecting its accuracy. We improve the step selection strategy of Dogleg algorithm, which eliminates the dependence on the result of the Newton-Gaussian method at each step;Also, we design the iteration Forced to Exit (FE) strategy to eliminate more errors with fewer iterations;In addition, we adopt the parallel computation to accelerate the construction of the Hessian matrix. Compared with the current popular LM and Dogleg algorithms, the efficiency of the proposed algorithm is more than 3 times higher, which validates the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm. © 2022 IEEE.

Armored vehicles are the main combat equipment on the land battlefield. After discovering armored vehicles, the first task is to identify their fine-grained types, so as to provide more accurate intelligence information for commanders and provide auxiliary decision support for subsequent actions. At present, the research of armored vehicles mainly focuses on target discovery, but ignores the accurate recognition and edge application conditions after discovery. Therefore, to classify the fine-grained armored vehicles, a lightweight adaptive enhanced recognition model is proposed for Jetson NX edge computing device. The model adopts the lightweight RepVGG as the backbone, adds an adaptive enhancement mapping module to the linear classifier head, and transforms the linear classifier head into a nonlinear classifier head, which improves the adaptability of the model in cross-domain transfer learning. At the same time, facing the carrying capacity and power consumption limitation of the combat platform, the re-parameterization technology and the TensorRT optimizer are used to realize the compression, transformation and speed-up of the model on Jetson NX. On the armored vehicle fine-grained recognition dataset, the proposed method achieves good accuracy and fast computational speed. © 2022 IEEE.

The development of the Internet has made mobile devices become an indispensable part of work for people to store and process sensitive data. Protecting data through encryption algorithms is one of the best ways to solve data security problems at the current stage. However, traditional solutions only focus on the security of encrypted data, and cannot guarantee the security of data during the encryption process. Therefore, in view of the security problems of traditional data encryption, A sensitive data protection framework is proposed in this paper. The encryption process is security enhanced by implementing the data encryption process in the Trusted Execution Environment (TEE). The uniqueness and security of the keys are guaranteed by generating the keys related to the device and the application. The prototype system is implemented based on Qemu. Finally, experiments show that this framework has good security and feasibility with little increase in overhead. © 2022 IEEE.

As the scale of current systems become larger and larger and their complexity is increasing gradually,research on executable models in the design phase becomes significantly important as it is helpful to simulate the execution process and capture defects of a system in ***,the capability of a system becomes so important that stakeholders tend to emphasize their capability requirements when developing a *** deal with the lack of official specifications and the fundamental theory basis for capability requirement,we propose a cooperative capability requirements(CCR)meta-model as a theory basis for researchers to refer to in this research domain,in which we provide detailed definition of the CCR concepts,associations and ***,we also propose an executable framework,which may enable modelers to simulate the execution process of a system in advance and do well in filling the inconsistency and semantic gaps between stakeholders’requirements and their *** primary working mechanism of the framework is to transform the Alf activity meta-model into the communicating sequential process(CSP)process meta-model based on some mapping rules,after which the internal communication mechanism between process nodes is designed to smooth the execution of behaviors in a CSP ***,a validation method is utilized to check the correctness and consistency of the models,and a self-fixing mechanism is used to fix the errors and warnings captured during the validation process ***,a validation report is generated and fed back to the modelers for system optimization.

The purpose of this paper is to improve the anti-interference ability of the quadrotor UAV. This paper proposes a non-singular fast terminal sliding mode combined with an active disturbance rejection controller. Firstly, the uncertainty factors, such as model errors and internal and external disturbances of the quadrotor UAV system, are regarded as lumped disturbances, estimated and compensated online by the extended state observer in real-time. According to its underactuated, multivariable, and nonlinear characteristics, it is divided into a position loop and an attitude loop. On this basis, it is transformed into complete drive control by introducing virtual control quantity. The simulation results show that the non-singular fast terminal sliding mode active disturbance rejection controller has better robustness than the cascade active disturbance rejection control. © 2024 IEEE.

Different types of data are generated in each stage of software testing. There are a lot of test case data in the historical test asset library, including some case data with high similarity. Clustering test cases can effectively reduce the resource consumption and time cost of reusing test cases and improve the efficiency of test case recommendation. This paper proposes a reuse-oriented clustering method for test cases. Firstly, test case data of historical test projects of command-and-control system are collected, test case corpus is constructed, and word segmentation experiments are carried out using this corpus. Experimental tools are determined by comparing the experimental effects of current mainstream natural language word segmentation tools with self-defining dictionaries. Then, the keywords of test cases are extracted by keyword extraction algorithm, and the test case package is obtained by Spectral Clustering algorithm based on the test case similarity matrix and keyword similarity matrix. Finally, the validity of the proposed method is verified by experimental comparison on the constructed test case corpus. © 2022 IEEE.

Multi-Object Tracking (MOT) has achieved tremendous progress in the past few years. However, almost all existing joint detection and embedding (JDE) based methods have overlooked the ground-truth annotation qualities affect by occlusion. In this paper, we argue that MOT annotations are often effect by noisy labels. In addition, these noisy labels are actually harmful for the training process of JDE based method. To address this challenge, we propose a novel Multi-Object Tracking method for Noisy Labels, named MOTNL. MOTNL can not only diagnose noisy labels but also choose more high-quality clean labels for model training. Specifically, we first analyze the properties of occluded samples in multi-object tracking video datasets. And design a simple but effective selection mechanism in the Re-ID branch of our MOTNL. Extensive results on different baseline show that training with carefully selected samples leads to significant improvements for different MOT methods. © 2022 IEEE.
