The powerful function mining ability of the gene expression programming algorithm has obvious advantages in predicting dependent variables under multi-influence factors. PCA can obtain the key characteristics of the main influencing factors by the data reduction processing, and the generalized regression neural network can effectively overcome the disadvantage of slow training of the traditional neural network. Taking the cost of civil engineering in subway tunnels as an example, this paper introduces the Shapley value method for a combined prediction based on the prediction results of the above two optimal single prediction models and determines the weight of the two models based on the error of allocation. The results of the study show that the combined prediction model based on the Shapley value method reduces the error better than the single prediction model and further improves the prediction accuracy. © 2022 IEEE.

This paper proposes the Direction-of-Arrival (DOA) estimation algorithms based on the moving array with and without model mismatch. Firstly, without model mismatch, dividing the uniform linear subarray extracted from the extended model based on the moving array into two parts, two selected receive signal vectors are obtained. By calculating the auto-covariance matrix and the cross-covariance matrix of these receive signal vectors, the DOAs can be estimated though eigenvalue decomposition. As for the model mismatch case, another receive signal vector can be gotten by introducing more delays, then, the DOAs can be obtained similarly with the proposed algorithm without model mismatch. Simulation results testify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithms, and provide the suggestions of the scope of application of two proposed algorithms.

The autonomous system is an extremely complex and multidisciplinary system, and the overall goal of this paper is to study safety testing methods for autonomous systems to enhance the robustness of autonomous systems. In order to realize an autonomous system with high reliability and robustness, this paper summarizes the security defect detection methods for autonomous systems from the two dimensions of static analysis and dynamic testing and expounds on the syntax-level, semantic, and system-level testing methods for autonomous systems. © 2023 IEEE.

In the field of test and evaluation of weapon and equipment, capability Evaluation of military software is crucial to meet the mission requirements as much as possible. In order to improve the accuracy and reliability of the evaluation conclusion, a capability requirement satisfaction evaluation method, based on multi-task scenario flow and inspired by software scenario testing, is proposed in this paper. This method combines qualitative analysis with quantitative calculation. Firstly, it analyzes the typical mission scenarios and generates scenario flow diagram. Subsequently, it calculates capability importance scores according to the mapping between events and capability indicators. Then, it uses a capability requirement satisfaction function to calculate the capability value and analyzes the correlation between capability indicators based on the functional dependency network. Finally, the effectiveness of the method is verified by a case. The results show that this method can identify the shortcomings and constraints of the software capability, and expand software evaluation work from "quality assurance" to "capability assurance".

Electromagnetic pulse(EMP)is a kind of transient electromagnetic phenomenon with short rise time of the leading edge and wide spectrum,which usually disrupts communications and damages electronic equipment and *** is challenging for an EMP sensor to measure a wideband electromagnetic pulse without distortion for the whole ***,analyzing the distortion of EMP measurement is crucial to evaluating the sensor distortion characteristics and correcting the measurement *** fidelity is usually employed to evaluate the distortion of an ***,this metric depends on specific signal waveforms,thus is unsuitable for evaluating and analyzing the distortion of EMP *** this paper,an associated-hermite-function based distortion analysis method including system transfer matrices and distortion rates is proposed,which is general and independent from individual *** system transfer matrix and distortion rate can be straightforwardly calculated by the signal orthogonal transformation coefficients using associated-hermite *** of a sensor *** is then visualized via the system transfer matrix,which is convenient in quantitative analysis of the *** of a current probe,a coaxial pulse voltage probe and a B-field sensor were performed,based on which the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed distortion analysis method is successfully verified.

There has been a growing number of software supply chain vulnerabilities disclosed annually, posing increasingly formidable challenges to vulnerability validation. Timely validation plays a critical role in mitigating the security risks across the entire software supply chain. Whenever a new vulnerability is disclosed, it may be difficult to generate a corresponding PoC for verification in a short time. Expediting the validation process can be achieved through reference to similar PoC reports, potentially reducing this time. Retrieving similar PoC reports manually is labor-intensive and time-consuming due to their distributed nature across different data sources. Moreover, PoC reports encompass diverse trigger methods, including code, instruction, and action. There is a limitation in the current modeling of different types of trigger methods in PoC reports, as it mainly focuses only on code-based trigger methods while disregarding other types of trigger methods. To tackle the issues, this Ph.D. research uses graph-based method to model all types of PoC and proposes a PoC report recommendation model utilizing graph neural network (PR-GNN) to provide related PoC reports when facing a new vulnerability. In this work, a collection of heterogeneous PoC reports from various sources is assembled and modeled as PoC heterogeneous graphs. PR-GNN accurately measures similarity by incorporating graph-level embedding comparison and fine-grained comparison of trigger method type nodes. To our knowledge, this research represents the first attempt to provide more accurate and efficient recommendations for PoC reports to assist security professionals in timely vulnerability verification and maintaining software supply chain security.

This paper studies the Cramer-Rao bound (CRB) for direction-of-arrival (DOA) estimation based on moving array. Two cases that may appear in some applications are discussed, namely the case with more extended antenna number than the source number (overdetermined case) and the opposite case (underdetermined case). Firstly, the CRB of DOA estimation for the moving array under the overdetermined case is derived. Then, we deduce the CRB of DOA estimation for the moving array under the underdetermined case and the scope of application for this CRB is also given. Several numerical examples for the derived CRBs are provided by considering both the overdetermined and underdetermined cases.

The simple optical frequency comb (OFC) with tunable free spectra range (FSR) based on the optoelectronic oscillator (OEO) is proposed and experimentally demonstrated. Thanks to the gain switching effect when the big microwave signal, which is generated by the OEO, is directly modulated to the laser, no optical modulator or microwave source are employed in the system. The FSR can be tuned from 4.33GHz to 7.1GHz by simply changing the bias current of the laser. There are at least 9 combs within the 10-dB power fluctuation. When FSR is 5.4GHz, the phase noise of basic microwave signal reaches to-122dBc/Hz@10kHz. © 2022 IEEE.

Open-source software (OSS) greatly facilitates program development for developers. However, the high number of vulnerabilities in open-source software is a major concern, including in Golang, a relatively new programming language. In contrast to other commonly used OSS package managers, Golang presents a distinctive feature whereby commits are prevalently used as dependency versions prior to their integration into official releases. This attribute can prove advantageous to users, as patch commits can be implemented in a timely manner before the releases. However, Golang employs a decentralized mechanism for managing dependencies, whereby dependencies are upheld and distributed in separate repositories. This approach can result in delays in the dissemination of patches and unresolved vulnerabilities. To tackle the aforementioned concern, a comprehensive investi-gation was undertaken to examine the life cycle of vulnerability in Golang, commencing from its introduction and culminating with its rectification. To this end, a framework was established by gathering data from diverse sources and systematically amalgamating them with an algorithm to compute the lags in vulnerability patching. It turned out that 66.10% of modules in the Golang ecosystem were affected by vulnerabilities. Within the vulnerability life cycle, we found two kinds of lag impeding the propagation of vulnerability fixing. By analyzing reasons behind non-lagged and lagged vul-nerabilities, timely releasing and indexing patch versions could significantly enhance ecosystem security. © 2024 ACM.

To analyze and optimize the weapon system of systems(WSOS)scheduling process,a new method based on robust capabilities for WSOS scheduling optimization is ***,we present an activity network to represent the military *** member systems need to be reasonably assigned to perform different activities in the *** we express the problem as a set partitioning formulation with novel columns(activity flows).A heuristic branch-and-price algorithm is designed based on the model of the WSOS scheduling problem(WSOSSP).The algorithm uses the shortest resource-constrained path planning to generate robust activity flows that meet the capability ***,we discuss this method in several test *** results show that the solution can reduce the makespan of the mission remarkably.
