The Internet of Vehicles(IoV)is a networking paradigm related to the intercommunication of vehicles using a *** a dynamic network,one of the key challenges in IoV is traffic management under increasing vehicles to avoid ***,optimal path selection to route traffic between the origin and destination is *** research proposed a realistic strategy to reduce traffic management service response time by enabling real-time content distribution in IoV systems using heterogeneous network ***,this work proposed a novel use of the Ant Colony Optimization(ACO)algorithm and formulated the path planning optimization problem as an Integer Linear Program(ILP).This integrates the future estimation metric to predict the future arrivals of the vehicles,searching the optimal *** the mobile nature of IOV,fuzzy logic is used for congestion level estimation along with the ACO to determine the optimal *** model results indicate that the suggested scheme outperforms the existing state-of-the-art methods by identifying the shortest and most cost-effective ***,this work strongly supports its use in applications having stringent Quality of Service(QoS)requirements for the vehicles.

Aiming at the unbalanced problem of big data classification, this paper proposes a classification method of unbalanced data on the ground of Bayesian optimal neural network model. The method firstly uses Optimized Graph Convolutional Network (OGCN) network to carry out message passing mechanism in data graph, designs neural network model with self-attention pooling and mean maximization pooling, and then uses Bayes optimization to update the posterior probability of optimization function by constantly updating the probability model and evaluating the objective function. Effectively solve the problem of speed and optimal solution of hyperparameter optimization in the neural network model. Secondly, the model is used for data set training to obtain the weight of the entire network. Secondly, the unbalanced data is mixed sampling to reduce the number of negative samples. Finally, the capability of the model was verified on the CiteSeer dataset. Experimental results showed that the accuracy rate, accuracy rate and recall rate of the proposed algorithm were 0.974, 0.982 and 0.973, respectively, which effectively improved the accuracy rate, accuracy rate and recall rate of unbalanced data classification compared with other algorithms. © 2024, Taiwan Ubiquitous Information CO LTD. Soil salinity is a serious land degradation issue in *** is a major threat to agriculture *** irrigation water is applied to leach down the salts from the root zone of the plants in the form of a Leaching fraction(LF)of irrigation *** the leaching process to be effective,the LF of irriga-tion water needs to be adjusted according to the environmental conditions and soil salinity level in the form of Evapotranspiration(ET)*** relationship between environmental conditions and ET rate is hard to be deﬁned by a linear relationship and data-driven Machine learning(ML)based decisions are required to determine the calibrated Evapotranspiration(ETc)***-assisted ETc is pro-posed to adjust the LF according to the ETc and soil salinity level.A regression model is proposed to determine the ETc rate according to the prevailing tempera-ture,humidity,and sunshine,which would be used to determine the smart LF according to the ETc and soil salinity *** proposed model is trained and tested against the Blaney Criddle method of Reference evapotranspiration(ETo)*** validation of the model from the test dataset reveals the accu-racy of the ML model in terms of Root mean squared errors(RMSE)are 0.41,Mean absolute errors(MAE)are 0.34,and Mean squared errors(MSE)are 0.28 mm *** applications of the proposed solution in a real-time environ-ment show that the LF by the proposed solution is more effective in reducing the soil salinity as compared to the traditional process of leaching.

With the large scale adoption of Internet of Things(IoT)applications in people’s lives and industrial manufacturing processes,IoT security has become an important problem *** security significantly relies on the security of the underlying hardware chip,which often contains critical information,such as encryption *** understand existing IoT chip security,this study analyzes the security of an IoT security chip that has obtained an Arm Platform Security Architecture(PSA)Level 2 *** analysis shows that the chip leaks part of the encryption key and presents a considerable security ***,we use commodity equipment to collect electromagnetic traces of the *** a statistical T-test,we find that the target chip has physical leakage during the AES encryption *** further use correlation analysis to locate the detailed encryption interval in the collected electromagnetic trace for the Advanced Encryption Standard(AES)encryption *** the basis of the intermediate value correlation analysis,we recover half of the 16-byte AES encryption *** repeat the process for three different tests;in all the tests,we obtain the same result,and we recover around 8 bytes of the 16-byte AES encryption ***,experimental results indicate that despite the Arm PSA Level 2 certification,the target security chip still suffers from physical *** layer application developers should impose strong security mechanisms in addition to those of the chip itself to ensure IoT application security.

In this study,twelve machine learning(ML)techniques are used to accurately estimate the safety factor of rock slopes(SFRS).The dataset used for developing these models consists of 344 rock slopes from various open-pit mines around Iran,evenly distributed between the training(80%)and testing(20%)*** models are evaluated for accuracy using Janbu's limit equilibrium method(LEM)and commercial tool GeoStudio *** assessment metrics show that the random forest model is the most accurate in estimating the SFRS(MSE=0.0182,R2=0.8319)and shows high agreement with the results from the LEM *** results from the long-short-term memory(LSTM)model are the least accurate(MSE=0.037,R2=0.6618)of all the models ***,only the null space support vector regression(NuSVR)model performs accurately compared to the practice mode by altering the value of one parameter while maintaining the other parameters *** is suggested that this model would be the best one to use to calculate the SFRS.A graphical user interface for the proposed models is developed to further assist in the calculation of the SFRS for engineering *** this study,we attempt to bridge the gap between modern slope stability evaluation techniques and more conventional analysis methods.

The 4D auto-labeling system, with its potential to enhance data annotation efficiency for 3D object detection, has garnered significant attention. However, its adoption has been hampered by the high costs associated with temporally annotated long-sequential training data and limited generalization capabilities across diverse scenarios. In this paper, we hypothesize that a multi-dataset approach can address these challenges and, accordingly, first introduce a Unified training pipeline for multi-dataset 4D Auto-Labeling, namely Uni4DAL. We recognize that this is a challenging task, primarily due to data-level variations and feature-level inconsistencies among various datasets. Motivated by this understanding, we initially propose a series of Data-Level Alignment (DLA) operations to mitigate potential discrepancies between diverse datasets and ensure synchronized training progress across samples from multiple datasets. Furthermore, to address feature-level inconsistencies, we introduce the Mixed Expert Models Voxel Feature Encoding (MoE-VFE) module, which aims to extract both domain-specific and domain-generalizable features. Additionally, we employ a Domain-Adaptive Hard Example Mining (DA-HEM) technique to leverage both data-level and feature-level consistencies, ensuring that the model pays enhanced attention to the challenging samples during multi-dataset training. Finally, comprehensive experiments demonstrate that Uni4DAL significantly improves performance on the nuScenes, Argoverse2, and Waymo datasets, and exhibits greater robustness with insufficient training data. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2025.

Humankind is facing another deadliest pandemic of all times in history,caused by *** from this challenging pandemic,World Health Organization(WHO)considers tuberculosis(TB)as a preeminent infectious disease due to its high infection ***,both TB and COVID-19 severely affect the lungs,thus hardening the job of medical practitioners who can often misidentify these diseases in the current ***,the time of need calls for an immediate and meticulous automatic diagnostic tool that can accurately discriminate both *** one of the preliminary smart health systems that examine three clinical states(COVID-19,TB,and normal cases),this study proposes an amalgam of image filtering,data-augmentation technique,transfer learning-based approach,and advanced deep-learning classifiers to effectively segregate these *** first employed a generative adversarial network(GAN)and Crimmins speckle removal filter on X-ray images to overcome the issue of limited data and *** pre-processed image is then converted into red,green,and blue(RGB)and Commission Internationale de l’Elcairage(CIE)color spaces from which deep fused features are formed by extracting relevant features using DenseNet121 and *** feature extractor extracts 1000 most useful features which are then fused and finally fed to two variants of recurrent neural network(RNN)classifiers for precise discrimination of threeclinical *** analysis showed that the proposed Bi-directional long-short-term-memory(Bi-LSTM)model dominated the long-short-termmemory(LSTM)network by attaining an overall accuracy of 98.22%for the three-class classification task,whereas LSTM hardly achieved 94.22%accuracy on the test dataset.

Memory safety vulnerabilities are high-risk and common vulnerabilities in software testing, often leading to a series of system errors. Fuzz testing is widely recognized as one of the most effective methods for detecting vulnerabilities, including memory safety ones. However, current fuzzing solutions typically only partially address memory usage, limiting their ability to detect memory safety vulnerabilities. In this paper, we introduce MemSpate, a dedicated fuzzer designed to detect memory safety vulnerabilities. Utilizing a more comprehensive memory usage protocol, MemSpate identifies the memory operation sequences that may violate the protocol and estimates the overall memory consumption to exceed an acceptable limit. It then monitors the coverage of these operation sequences and tracks the maximum memory consumption, both of which are used as a new feedback mechanism to guide the fuzzing process. We evaluated MemSpate on 12 real-world open-source programs and compared its performance with 5 state-of-the-art fuzzers. The results demonstrate that MemSpate surpasses all other fuzzers in terms of discovering memory safety vulnerabilities. Weakly-supervised Temporal Action Localization (WTAL) following a localization-by-classification paradigm has achieved significant results, yet still grapples with confounding arising from ambiguous snippets. Previous works have attempted to distinguish these ambiguous snippets from action snippets without investigating the underlying causes of their formation, thus failing to effectively eliminate the bias on both action-context and action-content. In this paper, we revisit WTAL from the perspective of structural causal model to identify the true origins of confounding, and propose an efficient dual-confounding eliminating framework to alleviate these biases. Specifically, we construct a Substituted Confounder Set (SCS) to eliminate the confounding bias on action-context by leveraging the modal disparity between RGB and FLOW. Then, a Multi-level Consistency Mining (MCM) method is designed to mitigate the confounding bias on action-content by utilizing the consistency between discriminative snippets and corresponding proposals at both the feature and label levels. Notably, SCS and MCM could be seamlessly integrated into any two-stream models without additional parameters by Expectation-Maximization (EM) algorithm. Extensive experiments on two challenging benchmarks including THUMOS14 and ActivityNet-1.2 demonstrate the superior performance of our method. © 2024 ACM.

In recent years, large language models (LLMs) based on the Transformer architecture have demonstrated excellent performance in code generation, but there have been fewer studies on data flow languages. This study proposes a scheme for fine-tuning large language models based on the DFCPP dataset. We demonstrate the model's ability to generate dataflow graph (DAG) topologies and achieve significant performance improvements. Experimental results show that the BLEU score of the fine-tuned model in the DFCPP code generation task reaches 0.193, which is an increase of 112.1% compared to the non-fine-tuned model (0.091). This demonstrates the effectiveness of fine-tuning techniques in domain-specific code generation. © 2024 IEEE.
