Different from other deep scalable architecture-based NAS approaches, Broad Neural Architecture Search (BNAS) proposes a broad scalable architecture which consists of convolution and enhancement blocks, dubbed Broad Convolutional Neural Network (BCNN), as the search space for amazing efficiency improvement. BCNN reuses the topologies of cells in the convolution block so that BNAS can employ few cells for efficient search. Moreover, multi-scale feature fusion and knowledge embedding are proposed to improve the performance of BCNN with shallow topology. However, BNAS suffers some drawbacks: 1) insufficient representation diversity for feature fusion and enhancement and 2) time consumption of knowledge embedding design by human experts. This paper proposes Stacked BNAS, whose search space is a developed broad scalable architecture named Stacked BCNN, with better performance than BNAS. On the one hand, Stacked BCNN treats mini BCNN as a basic block to preserve comprehensive representation and deliver powerful feature extraction ability. For multi-scale feature enhancement, each mini BCNN feeds the outputs of deep and broad cells to the enhancement cell. For multi-scale feature fusion, each mini BCNN feeds the outputs of deep, broad and enhancement cells to the output node. On the other hand, Knowledge Embedding Search (KES) is proposed to learn appropriate knowledge embeddings in a differentiable way. Moreover, the basic unit of KES is an over-parameterized knowledge embedding module that consists of all possible candidate knowledge embeddings. Experimental results show that 1) Stacked BNAS obtains better performance than BNAS-v2 on both CIFAR-10 and ImageNet, 2) the proposed KES algorithm contributes to reducing the parameters of the learned architecture with satisfactory performance, and 3) Stacked BNAS delivers a state-of-the-art efficiency of 0.02 GPU days. The development of cloud computing has brought about rapid changes in the data application environment. The contradiction between the availability of data fusion and privacy protection is increasing. Traditional information security focuses on hiding attributes, while big data privacy protection pays more attention to access control and data using methods. As a semi-structured representation model, XML data is an ideal carrier for heterogeneous data exchange and unstructured data storage. This paper deeply studies several problems involved in user’s individual access process for XML data privacy preserving, and proposes prior knowledge as dynamic context. Based on the innovative privacy bipartite graph and the XML document semantic encoding, we propose the XML data privacy preserving model DCPPM and the algorithm KCQ to resist reasoning attack. The scheme to preventive response of the real-time inference attack in the actual operation process is realized. Finally, the example verification and experimental data show that the proposed model can effectively protect the safe use of private data and sensitive data in real time, which has certain theoretical and practical significance. © 2018 Totem Publisher, Inc. Visual Simulation of Multiple Fluids in computer Graphics： A State-of-the-Art Report

Realistic animation of various interactions between multiple fluids, possibly undergoing phase change, is a challenging task in computer graphics. The visual scope of multi-phase multi-fluid phenomena covers complex tangled surface structures and rich color variations, which can greatly enhance visual effect in graphics applications. Describing such phenomena requires more complex models to handle challenges involving the calculation of interactions, dynamics and spatial distribution of multiple phases, which are often involved and hard to obtain real-time performance. Recently, a diverse set of algorithms have been introduced to implement the complex multi-fluid phenomena based on the governing physical laws and novel discretization methods to accelerate the overall computation while ensuring numerical stability. By sorting through the target phenomena of recent research in the broad subject of multiple fluids, this state-of-the-art report summarizes recent advances on multi-fluid simulation in computer graphics.

This paper mainly analyzes the stability of high-dimensional fractional-order gene regulatory network systems with time delay. Based on the judgment of eigenvalues, this paper proposes sufficient information about the stability of high-dimensional fractional-order gene regulatory network systems with time delay. Conditions, and by analyzing the characteristic equations, the bifurcation conditions of the high-dimensional fractional-order gene regulatory network system with time delay are derived. Finally, the theoretical part of this paper is verified by numerical simulation.

Reduced reference perceptual quality model and application to rate control for 3D point cloud compression

In rate-distortion optimization, the encoder settings are determined by maximizing a reconstruction quality measure subject to a constraint on the bit rate. One of the main challenges of this approach is to define a quality measure that can be computed with low computational cost and which correlates well with perceptual quality. While several quality measures that fulfil these two criteria have been developed for images and video, no such one exists for 3D point clouds. We address this limitation for the video-based point cloud compression (V-PCC) standard by proposing a linear perceptual quality model whose variables are the V-PCC geometry and color quantization parameters and whose coefficients can easily be computed from two features extracted from the original 3D point cloud. Subjective quality tests with 400 compressed 3D point clouds show that the proposed model correlates well with the mean opinion score, outperforming state-of-the-art full reference objective measures in terms of Spearman rank-order and Pearson¡¯s linear correlation coefficient. Moreover, we show that for the same target bit rate, rate-distortion optimization based on the proposed model offers higher perceptual quality than rate-distortion optimization based on exhaustive search with a point-to-point objective quality metric. © 2020, CC-BY.

For linear time-invariant (LTI) systems, we consider a switching control composed of a collection of static output feedback controllers and an output dependent switching law so that the closed-loop system is asymptotically stable when the controllers are switched under the switching law. Both certain and uncertain LTI systems are dealt with. Multiple Lyapunov functions and a piecewise observer are proposed to implement the switching law, and sufficient conditions are derived for the existence condition and the computation of multiple Lyapunov functions and static output feedback gains.

This paper describes a formation of hybrid coatings on a Ti-2Ta-3Zr-36Nb *** is accomplished by plasma electrolytic oxidation and a dip-coating technique with poly(adipic anhydride)((C6H8O3)n)that is loaded with drugs:amoxicillin(C16H19N3O5S),cefazolin(C14H14N8O4S3)or vancomycin(C66H75Cl2N9O24·xHCl).The characteristic microstructure of the polymer was evaluated using scanning electron microscopy and confocal *** on the surface treatment,the surface roughness varied(between 1.53μm and 2.06μm),and the wettability was change with the over of time.X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analysis showed that the oxide layer did not affect the polymer layer or loaded ***,the drugs lose their stability in a phosphate-buffered saline solution after 6.5 h of exposure,and its decrease was greater than 7%(HPLC analysis).The stability,drug release and concentration of the drug loaded into the material were precisely analyzed by high-performance liquid *** results correlated with the degradation of the polymer in which the addition of drugs caused the percent of degraded polymer to be between 35.5%and 49.4%after 1 h of material immersion,depending on the mass of the loaded drug and various biological responses that were ***,all of the coatings were cytocompatible with MG-63 osteoblast-like *** drug concentrations released from the coatings were sufficient to inhibit adhesion of reference and clinical bacterial strains(***).The coatings with amoxicillin showed the best results in the bacterial inhibition zone,whereas coatings with cefazolin inhibited adhesion of the above bacteria on the surface.

This paper introduces a seven-level switched capacitor multilevel inverter that achieves triple voltage gain while reducing the number of components, employing a single DC source, two switched capacitors, and ten semiconductor switches. The War Strategy Optimization (WSO) algorithm is employed for selective harmonic elimination (SHE), enhancing switching angles with swift convergence and reducing total harmonic distortion (THD) to around 11%. The inverter features built-in self-voltage balancing with zero voltage and zero current switchings (ZVS/ZCS), eliminating additional balancing circuits and minimizing inrush currents. The test results for 48 V input generates a maximum output voltage of 144V at 50Hz, under dynamic load and modulation conditions, validating the robustness of the design. Analysis indicates that the suggested SCMLI features a reduced peak inverse voltage (PIV) and necessitates fewer components, rendering it a more cost-effective option for high-power and renewable energy applications.

Memetic Algorithms are traditionally composed of an evolutionary framework and one or more local search elements. However, modern generation Memetic Algorithms do not necessarily follow a pre-established scheme and are hybrid structures of various types. By following these modern trends, the present paper proposes an original and unconventional adaptive memetic structure generated by the hybridisation of a set of theoretical computational models, namely P Systems, and an evolutionary algorithm employing adaptation rules and moving operators inspired by Evolution Strategies. The resulting memetic algorithm, namely Adaptive Optimisation Spiking Neural P System (AOSNPS), is a tailored algorithm to solve optimisation problems with binary encoding. More specifically AOSNPS is composed of a family of parallel spiking neural P systems, each of them generating a binary vector representing a candidate solution on the basis of internal probability parameters and an adaptive Evolutionary Guider Algorithm that evolves the probabilities encoded in each P system. Numerical result shows that the proposed approach is effective to solve the 0/1 knapsack problem and outperforms various algorithms proposed in the literature to solve the same class of problems.
