With the development of the internet technology, a large amount of softwares have emerged to meet users' increasing needs. At the mean time, software systems have been faced with a problem that they must adapt to the dynamic network environment. It is obvious that a variety of software development models have been proposed in the past few decades. However, the majority of these methods are gradually unadaptable to new circumstances. In this paper, we proposed a new software development model integrating collective intelligence, service and ecosystem. On the one hand, we have introduced the model in detail. On the other hand, We took a practical example to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed model.

Background:The pandemic of the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)has caused substantial disruptions to health services in the low and middle-income countries with a high burden of other diseases,such as malaria in sub-Saharan *** aim of this study is to assess the impact of COVID-19 pandemic on malaria transmission potential in malaria-endemic countries in ***:We present a data-driven method to quantify the extent to which the COVID-19 pandemic,as well as various non-pharmaceutical interventions(NPIs),could lead to the change of malaria transmission potential in ***,we adopt a particle Markov Chain Monte Carlo method to estimate epidemiological parameters in each country by fitting the time series of the cumulative number of reported COVID-19 ***,we simulate the epidemic dynamics of COVID-19 under two groups of NPIs:(1)contact restriction and social distanci ng,and(2)early ide ratification and isolation of *** on the simulated epidemic curves,we quantify the impact of COVID-19 epidemic and NPIs on the distribution of insecticide-treated nets(ITNs).Finally,by treating the total number of ITNs available in each country in 2020,we evaluate the negative effects of COVID-19 pandemic on malaria transmission potential based on the notion of vectorial ***:We con duct case studies in four malaria-endemic coun tries,Ethiopia,Nigeria,Tanza nia,and Zambia,in *** epidemiological parameters(i.e.;the basic reproduction number R°and the duration of infection D1)of COVID-19 in each country are estimated as follows:Ethiopia(Rq=1.57,D1=5.32),Nigeria(Ro=2.18,D1=6.58),Tanzania(Ro=2.47,D1=6.01),and Zambia(R0=2.12,D1=6.96).Based on the estimated epidemiological parameters,the epidemic curves simulated under various NPIs indicated that the earlier the interventions are implemented,the better the epidemic is ***,the effect of combined NPIs is better than contact restriction and social di st a ncing *** treating

Semantic Web Annotation using Deep Learning with Arabic Morphology

In order to realize the vision of Semantic Web, which is a Web of things instead of Web of documents, there is a need to convert existing Web of documents into Semantic content that could be processed by machines. Semantic annotation tool could be used to perform this task through using common and public ontologies. Due to exponential growth and the huge size of Web sources, there is a need to have a fast and automatic Semantic annotation of Web documents. The aim of this paper is to investigate the use of word embeddings from deep learning algorithms to semantically annotate the Arabic Web documents. To enhance the performance of the Semantic annotation, we utilized the complex morphological structure of Arabic words. Moreover, evaluating the performance of the proposed framework requires selecting a set of domain ontologies with relevant and annotated related documents. The proposed framework produces Semantic annotations for these documents by using different standard output formats. The initial results show a promising performance that will support the research in the Semantic Web with respect to Arabic language.

Cloud storage represents the trend of intensive,scale and specialization of information technology,which has changed the technical architecture and implementation method of electronic records ***,it will provide a convenient way to generate more advanced and efficient management of the electronic data ***,in cloud storage environment,it is difficult to guarantee the trustworthiness of electronic records,which results in a series of severe challenges to electronic records *** from the definition and specification of electronic records,this paper firstly analyzes the requirements of the trustworthiness in cloud storage during their long-term preservation according to the information security theory and subdivides the trustworthiness into the authenticity,integrity,usability,and reliability of electronic records in cloud ***,this paper proposes the technology framework of preservation for trusted electronic ***,the technology of blockchain,proofs of retrievability,the open archival information system model and erasure code are adopted to protect these four security attributes,to guarantee the credibility of the electronic record.

In this paper, the stability of networked control systems with channel noise, bandwidth, packet dropouts and delay constraints are studied. The stability of networked control system is analyzed by frequency domain method. The performance of a communication network is reflected by time delay, noise, packet dropouts and network bandwidth. By frequency domain analysis and spectrum decomposition technique, the minimum SNR expression of stable networked control systems is *** addition, the minimum value of system stability is determined by the time delay, packet dropouts, bandwidth of the communication network, and the locations of unstable poles and non-minimum phase zeros of the given model. The final results show the relationship between the stability of the networked control systems, the structural characteristics of the given model(such as the position of non-minimum phase zero and unstable poles) and the parameters of the communication network(delay, packet dropouts and bandwidth). Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is illustrated by a numerical example.

The characteristics of human emergency behaviour under the emergency are a crucial scientific issue in basic emergency management research. The analysis of time dynamic aspects of human behaviour based on electronic footprint data provides a new method for quantitative investigation of this problem. Previous studies generally assumed that human behaviours were randomly distributed in time, but few studies studied the impact of emergencies and carried out prediction methods through social media data. Using mobile QQ space communication data, this paper from four kinds of emergencies and one kind of conventional event data, digging out the statistical characteristic on the time dimension of human communication behaviour, and in case of any emergencies, such as public security mode of evolution, to explore intrinsic emergency regularity of the impact of human communication behaviour model and further predict human behaviour characteristics. We found that the communication peaks accompanying an emergency are local in time, resulting in a communication avalanche that importantly engages eyewitness social networks. In mobile QQ space communication, the probability distribution of the interval time of the Posting behaviour sequence shows the statistical characteristics of power-law and approximate exponential tail. Compared with most of the typical Posting behaviour, the probability distribution of the interval time of the Posting behaviour sequence is higher. At the same time, the mnemonic is lower than most of the typical Posting behaviour, with a weak anti- mnemonic. These result are theoretically helpful in understanding the regularity of the impact of emergencies on human communication behaviour patterns and have potential application value in predicting the impact degree of crises and the analysis and classification of human social attributes. © 2021, CC BY.

Cavity optomechanical (COM) sensors, enhanced by quantum squeezing or entanglement, have become powerful tools for measuring ultra-weak forces with high precision and sensitivity. However, these sensors usually rely on linear COM couplings, a fundamental limitation when measurements of the mechanical energy are desired. Very recently, a giant enhancement of the signal-to-noise ratio was predicted in a quadratic COM system. Here we show that the performance of such a system can be further improved surpassing the standard quantum limit by using quantum squeezed light. Our approach is compatible with available engineering techniques of advanced COM sensors and provides new opportunities for using COM sensors in tests of fundamental laws of physics and quantum metrology applications. A main focus of machine learning research has been improving the generalization accuracy and efficiency of prediction ***,what emerges as missing in many applications is actionability,i.e.,the ability to turn prediction results into *** effort in deriving such actionable knowledge is few and limited to simple action models while in many real applications those models are often more complex and harder to extract an optimal *** this paper,we propose a novel approach that achieves actionability by combining learning with planning,two core areas of *** particular,we propose a framework to extract actionable knowledge from random forest,one of the most widely used and best off-the-shelf *** formulate the actionability problem to a sub-optimal action planning (SOAP) problem,which is to find a plan to alter certain features of a given input so that the random forest would yield a desirable output,while minimizing the total costs of ***,the SOAP problem is formulated in the SAS+ planning formalism,and solved using a Max-SAT based *** experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness and efficiency of the proposed approach on a personal credit dataset and other *** work represents a new application of automated planning on an emerging and challenging machine learning paradigm.

In this paper, we have proposed a novel time-frequency analysis method implementing adaptive variational mode decomposition (AVMD) and Wigner-Ville Distribution (WVD) to visualize the local features of ship radiated noise. Unlike the traditional methods are invalid under low signal to noise ratio (SNR), the proposed method is suitable for constructing time-frequency (TF) image with the capability of mining the local feature information accurately. Firstly, we employ complete ensemble empirical mode decomposition with adaptive noise (CEEMDAN) on the raw signal to determine the numbers of variational modes which is equal to intrinsic mode functions (IMFs) numbers. Secondly, we perform VMD algorithm to extract the local features absolutely by decomposing the raw signal into IMFs, where we set the IMFs gained by CEEMDAN as the input parameter of VMD. Finally, we adopt Wigner-Ville distribution (WVD) to draw TF signatures of all the IMFs, then superpose them to reconstruct the objected signal that can solve the cross-item problem. We have conducted the comparative experiments by the real oceanic data. Under the different SNRs, we have verified the effectiveness and robustness of the proposed method, also obtained better performance in terms of resolution than compared algorithm.
