Instantaneous frequency is a primary parameter used for analyzing vibration signals of rolling bearings under harsh working conditions, which contains rich information besides the rotating speeds of the shaft. Such vibration signals exhibits characteristics of non-stationary and multi-components. The generalized demodulation time-frequency analysis approach is a novel signal processing method, which is suitable for processing non-stationary and multi-component signals. Its novelty lies in that the signal whose time-frequency distributions are curved paths can be transformed into that whose time-frequency distributions are linear paths paralleling time axis by using generalized demodulation. In this paper, to deal with the vibration signals under variable working speed condition, the generalized demodulation as well as a band-pass filter is used to separate the interested component from original vibration signal. The analysis results demonstrate the validity of the proposed approach.

A fully homomorphic encryption system hides data from unauthorized parties while still allowing them to perform computations on the encrypted data. Aside from the straightforward benefit of allowing users to delegate computations to a more powerful server without revealing their inputs, a fully homomorphic cryptosystem can be used as a building block in the construction of a number of cryptographic functionalities. Designing such a scheme remained an open problem until 2009, decades after the idea was first conceived, and the past few years have seen the generalization of this functionality to the world of quantum machines. Quantum schemes prior to the one implemented here were able to replicate some features in particular use cases often associated with homomorphic encryption but lacked other crucial properties, for example, relying on continual interaction to perform a computation or leaking information about the encrypted data. We present the first experimental realization of a quantum fully homomorphic encryption scheme. To demonstrate the versatility of a a quantum fully homomorphic encryption scheme, we further present a toy two-party secure computation task enabled by our scheme.

KAGRA, the underground and cryogenic gravitational-wave detector, was operated for its solo observation from February 25 to March 10, 2020, and its first joint observation with the GEO 600 detector from April 7 to April 21, 2020 (O3GK). This study presents an overview of the input optics systems of the KAGRA detector, which consist of various optical systems, such as a laser source, its intensity and frequency stabilization systems, modulators, a Faraday isolator, mode-matching telescopes, and a high-power beam dump. These optics were successfully delivered to the KAGRA interferometer and operated stably during the observations. The laser frequency noise was observed to limit the detector sensitivity above a few kilohertz, whereas the laser intensity did not significantly limit the detector sensitivity.

Nowadays privacy leakage related with big data spells big trouble for ***,we provide data security and privacy protection through encrypted data but at the expense of *** homomorphic encryption allows to perform unlimited chaining of mathematical operations on encrypted data making it possible for some legal companies and institutions to use *** to Gentry's scheme,fully homomorphic scheme over the integers can make complicated matters simplified but have not been widely applied due to the low *** this paper,a new improved FHE scheme based on DGHV scheme is *** reduce the public key size significantly by introducing a pseudo-random number generator and encrypting with a cubic form rather than a linear form in the public key elements,which makes our scheme more *** part of our work is proving the scheme is semantically secure under the error-free approximate GCD ***,we propose a system model in purpose of illustrating the practical application of FHE scheme in big data.

Penetration Test is one of the most important test techniques for exposing the top-ranked web vulnerability SQL Injection Vulnerability (SQLIV). However, the insufficiency of testing accuracy and efficiency has become increasingly severe since the continual emerging of many new kinds of SQLIV types with different response analyzing methods. To solve this problem, this paper proposes a Response-Driven Attacking Model (RDAM), which is based on systematic response analyzing and attacking tree model. The empirical study shows the effectiveness of the proposed approach.

Logic flaws within web applications will allow malicious operations to be triggered towards back-end database. Existing approaches to identifying logic flaws of database accesses are strongly tied to structured query language （SQL） statement construction and cannot be applied to the new generation of web applications that use not only structured query language （NoSQL） databases as the storage tier. In this paper, we present Lom, a black-box approach for discovering many categories of logic flaws within MongoDB- based web applications. Our approach introduces a MongoDB operation model to support new features of MongoDB and models the application logic as a mealy finite state machine. During the testing phase, test inputs which emulate state violation attacks are constructed for identifying logic flaws at each application state. We apply Lom to several MongoDB-based web applications and demonstrate its effectiveness.

Soft robots have recently evoked extensive attention due to their abilities to work effectively in unstructured environments. As an actuation technology of soft robots, dielectric elastomers exhibit many intriguing attributes such as large strain and high energy density. This work presents a novel dielectric elastomer based soft crawling robot inspired by inchworms. To fill the need of control of the soft robot, a model describing the interaction between the dielectric elastomer actuator and the environment is proposed, which takes inertia, viscoelasticity and friction into consideration. The model can well describe the robot's dynamic performances and the modelling approach used here can be extended to other dielectric elastomer actuators with complicated geometries for control purposes. The obtained model allows us to design a feedforward plus feedback control scheme for the robot to achieve desired motion. Simulation shows fast response and good tracking performances which are further confirmed by the experiments.

Chimera states in spatiotemporal dynamical systems have been investigated in physical, chemical, and biological systems, and have been shown to be robust against random perturbations. How do chimera states achieve their robustness? We uncover a self-adaptation behavior by which, upon a spatially localized perturbation, the coherent component of the chimera state spontaneously drifts to an optimal location as far away from the perturbation as possible, exposing only its incoherent component to the perturbation to minimize the disturbance. A systematic numerical analysis of the evolution of the spatiotemporal pattern of the chimera state towards the optimal stable state reveals an exponential relaxation process independent of the spatial location of the perturbation, implying that its effects can be modeled as restoring and damping forces in a mechanical system and enabling the articulation of a phenomenological model. Not only is the model able to reproduce the numerical results, it can also predict the trajectory of drifting. Our finding is striking as it reveals that, inherently, chimera states possess a kind of “intelligence” in achieving robustness through self-adaptation. The behavior can be exploited for the controlled generation of chimera states with their coherent component placed in any desired spatial region of the system.

In cloud computing, data is duplicated to prevent data loss. One way to achieve data consistency in such a distributed computing systems is to use a blockchain. Based on practical Byzantine fault tolerance (PBFT), a specific type of blockchain, this paper proposes a synchronous Byzantine fault tolerance (SBFT) algorithm that not only maintains data consistency, but also has much higher efficiency than other general blockchain algorithms. We provide experimental results that demonstrate the algorithm's data consistency, efficiency, and reliability.

As for a pipe-line plant subjected to complex logical control specifications, an approach is proposed to generate the control codes via Petri net such that the plant is run as concurrently as possible. A PN model, called the plant net, is designed to represent the whole process of a pipe-line system. In this plant net, the tasks, including fluid transportation from one tank to another and cleaning tank, are represented by operational places, and level sensors in tanks are modeled by labels assigned with transitions. Further, conflict structures are used to describe the conflict relations among tasks due to the shared valves and pipes. By introducing a priority order in the transitions, an algorithm is presented to compute the control commands for valves based on this plant net. A beer filtration plant is taken as an example to illustrate the method.
