In this paper, a projection-base algorithm is proposed for solving the constrained L 1 -minimization problem. Furthermore, the algorithm is utilized to sparse signal reconstruction. The L 1 -minimization is first converted into some equations which are described by the projections onto a hyper box set and the nonnegative quadrant. Then a iterative algorithm is proposed for solving the L 1 -minimization problem. Next, the algorithm is applied to sparse signal reconstruction described as an L 1 -minimization problem subject to L ∞ -norm noise constraint, or equivalently bound constraint. Finally, several experiments are presented to show the performance of the proposed algorithm.

In order to solve the bionic quadruped robot movement control problems, a improved method with particular attention on toe trajectory is proposed. The kinematic equation of legs is established through motion analysisJoint angle functions are solved by inverse kinematics employing legs phases in typical gait planning and the displacement for rods of hydraulic cylinders by mechanism. The toe trajectory is calculated to ensures the smoothness of the robot moving. Experimental results show that the robot walks stably on the even surface, the undulation of body has small amplitude, and the design of prototype is rational and efficient.

This paper proposes a new application of skin effect suppression technology [1]-[4] for long wiring on high-speed & low-delay I/O board (typical wiring length; 200 to 1000 mm). This proposal will overcome the difficulty to further reduce the transmission losses on the I/O board with >50 Gbps data rate, which is currently performed by lowering dielectric substrate losses and surface smoothing of Cu conductor. A major challenge in this paper is to demonstrate the skin effect suppression by electroplated magnetic/conductor multilayer, instead of sputter-deposited thin film in literature [2]-[4], in order to meet coming cost-effective, thick (>5 μm), large area, and high throughput mass productivity requirements. High frequency (>10 GHz) estimation of complex permeability and measurements of low resistance devices are also investigated.

A novel dynamic intuitionistic fuzzy TOPSIS method is proposed to evaluate the agents when the expert evaluation values are Intuitionistic Fuzzy Numbers (IFNs). Similar to Positive Ideal Solution (PIS) in traditional TOPSIS, Positive Ideal Agent (PIA) is an ideal agent which achieves the best values in all the expert evaluations. Negative Ideal Agent (NIA) is the worst in every expert's evaluation. Then agent similarity to PIA and that to NIA are calculated. The relative ideal closeness of each agent is defined as a combination of the corresponding two similarities, which indicates the agent's relative capabilities. To deal with varied numbers of agents and experts, the update mechanisms are presented. A numerical example demonstrates the validity of our approach.
