Dynamic community detection algorithm based on hyperbolic graph convolution

Purpose:Community detection is a key factor in analyzing the structural features of complex ***,traditional dynamic community detection methods often fail to effectively solve the problems of deep network information loss and computational complexity in hyperbolic *** address this challenge,a hyperbolic space-based dynamic graph neural network community detection model(HSDCDM)is ***/methodology/approach:HSDCDM first projects the node features into the hyperbolic space and then utilizes the hyperbolic graph convolution module on the Poincare and Lorentz models to realize feature fusion and information *** addition,the parallel optimized temporal memory module ensures fast and accurate capture of time domain information over extended ***,the community clustering module divides the community structure by combining the node characteristics of the space domain and the time *** evaluate the performance of HSDCDM,experiments are conducted on both artificial and real ***:Experimental results on complex networks demonstrate that HSDCDM significantly enhances the quality of community detection in hierarchical *** shows an average improvement of 7.29%in NMI and a 9.07%increase in ARI across datasets compared to traditional *** complex networks with nonEuclidean geometric structures,the HSDCDM model incorporating hyperbolic geometry can better handle the discontinuity of the metric space,provides a more compact embedding that preserves the data structure,and offers advantages over methods based on Euclidean geometry ***/value:This model aggregates the potential information of nodes in space through manifoldpreserving distribution mapping and hyperbolic graph topology ***,it optimizes the Simple Recurrent Unit(SRU)on the hyperbolic space Lorentz model to effectively extract time series data in hyperbolic space,thereby enhancing computing efficiency by eliminating t

Twitter plays an important role in understanding the consumer sentiment about the products. The advanced analytics and Natural Language Processing (NLP) are used to extract actionable insights from this data and useful for a business to improve features and address issues on time for better customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. Most of the current models suffer from a lack of effective ways to handle subtle sentiment analysis because of a lack of contextual understanding and proper feature extraction. Most traditional models cannot combine and optimize features that lead to obtaining sentiments. This leads to overfitting and problems caused by local minima. The proposed Emotion-Enhanced BERT (EE-BERT) model is an extension of the standard BERT to learn contextual embeddings in user sentiment. In this work, data preprocessing includes text cleaning, tokenization, dealing with emojis and emoticons, and lemmatization with the best quality data. The proposed work is basically a dual-stream architecture extended with butterfly optimizer. First, the advanced tokenization and semantic understanding techniques is used for extracting textual features. Second, the emotion-enhanced features extracted through emotion-hash vectorization to enhance the model's contextual awareness in social media data. This provides a unified framework that combines the feature extraction methods to enhance the accuracy in sentiment analysis. It demonstrated with an impressive accuracy of 98.2% on sentiment in posts and comments with 0.15 losses. The proposed work is free from overfitting and local minima in product quality enhancement. © 2024 IEEE.

Diabetes prediction is crucial for early intervention and personalized treatment. This study uses a multimodal strategy, including prediction algorithms, downsampling, feature engineering, exploratory data analysis (EDA), cross-validation, and classification techniques. EDA is used to understand diabetes-specific features, while downsampling ensures fair representation of instances with and without diabetes. Classification algorithms categorize people into appropriate diabetes risk groups using machine learning. Cross-validation evaluates predictive models in various data scenarios. The study emphasizes the value of specialized methods and domain-specific expertise in diabetes prediction, emphasizing the need for accurate risk assessment in healthcare decision-making and the potential for proactive interventions. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2025.

Assessments have demonstrated that the human lip and its motions provide a wealth of knowledge about the identity and substance of communication. However, due to large differences in illumination condition, head perspective, and background, obtaining strong and precise lip image segmentation in natural settings remains difficult. This paper recommends Deep Masked Input UNet that categorizes the Gender based on the lip segmentation with high precision. For implementation, 10,132 face images from the KAGGLE Lip Segmentation dataset were used. The dataset includes 5066 images of the face and 5066 segmented lip images. The proposed Deep Masked Input UNet starts by masking the original picture with a segmented lip image to create masked face images with lips segments. Utilizing the Relu Activation function, Deep Masked Input UNet with contracting and expansion was enabled. The masked lip images are fitted to the proposed Deep Masked Input UNet and traditional CNN models. The results show that the suggested Deep Masked Input UNet model performs better in lip segmentation and gender classification, with a high accuracy of 98.95%. © 2024 IEEE.

With the development of hardware devices and the upgrading of smartphones,a large number of users save privacy-related information in mobile devices,mainly smartphones,which puts forward higher demands on the protection of mobile users’privacy *** present,mobile user authenticationmethods based on humancomputer interaction have been extensively studied due to their advantages of high precision and non-perception,but there are still shortcomings such as low data collection efficiency,untrustworthy participating nodes,and lack of *** this end,this paper proposes a privacy-enhanced mobile user authentication method with motion sensors,which mainly includes:(1)Construct a smart contract-based private chain and federated learning to improve the data collection efficiency of mobile user authentication,reduce the probability of the model being bypassed by attackers,and reduce the overhead of data centralized processing and the risk of privacy leakage;(2)Use certificateless encryption to realize the authentication of the device to ensure the credibility of the client nodes participating in the calculation;(3)Combine Variational Mode Decomposition(VMD)and Long Short-TermMemory(LSTM)to analyze and model the motion sensor data of mobile devices to improve the accuracy of model *** experimental results on the real environment dataset of 1513 people show that themethod proposed in this paper can effectively resist poisoning attacks while ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of mobile user authentication.

Prevailing research concentrates on superficial features or descriptions of images, revealing a significant gap in the systematic exploration of their connotative and aesthetic attributes. Furthermore, the use of cross-modal relation detection modules to eliminate noise from comprehensive image representations leads to the omission of subtle contextual information. We present Vanessa, a visual connotation and aesthetic Attributes understanding network for multimodal aspect-based sentiment analysis. It incorporates a multi-aesthetic attributes aggregation (MA3) module that models intra- and inter-dependencies among bi-modal representations as well as emotion-laden aesthetic attributes. Moreover, we devise a self-supervised contrastive learning framework to explore the pairwise relevance between images and text via the Gaussian distribution of their CLIP scores. By dynamically clustering and merging multimodal tokens, Vanessa effectively captures both implicit and explicit sentimental cues. Extensive experiments on two widely adopted benchmarks verify Vanessa's effectiveness. © 2024 Association for Computational Linguistics.

This paper explores a data-driven disease recommendation system for medical professionals based on symptoms. The technology examines symptom patterns to recommend diseases from large datasets by utilizing collaborative filtering and data analytics. To provide individualized disease recommendations based on symptom severity, it goes through data preprocessing and uses techniques like collaborative filtering and cosine similarity. Even if the technology is promising, disease predictions might be strengthened. It seeks to support early disease prediction and offer patients and healthcare professionals individualized guidance. This system demonstrates the potential of technology in healthcare decision-making using a basic Tkinter application. Accurate identification of plant diseases is important for ensuring the safety of agricultural *** neural networks(CNNs)and visual transformers(VTs)can extract effective representations of images and have been widely used for the intelligent recognition of plant disease ***,CNNs have excellent local perception with poor global perception,and VTs have excellent global perception with poor local *** makes it difficult to further improve the performance of both CNNs and VTs on plant disease recognition *** this paper,we propose a local and global feature-aware dual-branch network,named LGNet,for the identification of plant *** specifically,we first design a dual-branch structure based on CNNs and VTs to extract the local and global ***,an adaptive feature fusion(AFF)module is designed to fuse the local and global features,thus driving the model to dynamically perceive the weights of different ***,we design a hierarchical mixed-scale unit-guided feature fusion(HMUFF)module to mine the key information in the features at different levels and fuse the differentiated information among them,thereby enhancing the model's multiscale perception ***,extensive experiments were conducted on the Al Challenger 2018 dataset and the self-collected corn disease(SCD)*** experimental results demonstrate that our proposed LGNet achieves state-of-the-art recognition performance on both the Al Challenger 2018 dataset and the SCD dataset,with accuracies of 88.74％and 99.08％,respectively.

With the benefits of reducing time and workforce,automated testing has been widely used for the quality assurance of mobile applications(APPs).Compared with automated testing,manual testing can achieve higher coverage in complex interactive *** the effectiveness of manual testing is highly dependent on the user operation process(UOP)of experienced *** on the UOP,we propose an iterative Android automated testing(IAAT)method that automatically records,extracts,and integrates UOPs to guide the test logic of the tool across the complex Activity *** feedback test results can train the UOPs to achieve higher coverage in each *** extracted 50 UOPs and conducted experiments on 10 popular mobile APPs to demonstrate IAAT’s effectiveness compared with Monkey and the initial automated *** experimental results show a noticeable improvement in the IAAT compared with the test logic without human *** the 60 minutes test time,the average code coverage is improved by 13.98%to 37.83%,higher than the 27.48%of Monkey under the same conditions.
