Based on the features of the serious deformation of coal roadway,many random variables of the mechanics of the surrounding rocks and the influence of mining, the reliability analysis model of the support structure of coal roadway under the influence of mining is established,and the calculating formulas of reliability of the support structure is obtained with the engineering structure reliability theory. And the reliability is calculated based on the method of Monte Carlo to the coal roadway which is exampled on the influence of mining or not. The relationship between support parameters and reliability, the mining influence coefficients and reliability is established, which provides theory foundations for the design of the coal roadway bolt support.

On the basis of the analysis of human visual system characteristics, combined with Watson visual model, an improved information hiding algorithm based on image DCT (discrete cosine transform) domain is proposed. By experiments and comparisons, the improved algorithm can enhance the imperceptibility of hidden information. In order to improve the anti-JPEG compression property of stego image, according to image compression coding principle, an algorithm which can effectively improve the JPEG compression ratio of stego image is also put forward. The experimental results show that this algorithm has better effect on improving concealment of information hiding and ensuring robustness of hidden information.

A novel algorithm for solving nonlinear equations is proposed. The computation is carried out by simple gradient descent rule with adaptive variable step-size. In order to make the algorithm be absolutely convergent, its convergence theorem was presented and proved. The convergence theorem indicates the theory criterion selecting the magnitude of the learning rate ¿ . Some specific examples show the application of the method. The results illustrate the proposed method can solve effectively nonlinear equations at a very rapid convergence and very high accuracy. Furthermore, it has also the added advantage of being able to compute exactly nonlinear equations.

The image restoration is to recover the descending quality images to the original images, is a very important research field in the image processing. A general approach to the image restoration problem is presented on the basis of the method of least squares. Inverse filtering, minimum mean-square-error restoration, constrained least squares restoration, and the maximum a posteriori restoration with normally distributed errors of the pixel measurements are special cases of it. Some restoration methods based on the space domain and frequency domain have been brought forward since researchers have carried on a great deal of studies on the image restoration for many years. In order to reduce the complexity of calculation while processing large decreased image, an image restoration algorithm based on least squares has been developed. When putting it into implementation, a new method named ally-template has been proposed, which parrys transform of frequency domain. Its algorithm architecture is easily implemented. The experimental results demonstrate this approach is effective.

Data of 44 glacier systems in China used in this paper were obtained from Chinese Glacier Inventories and the meteorological data were got from Meteorological Atlas of Plateau of west China. Based on the statistical analysis and functional model simulation results of the 44 glacier systems in China, the glacier systems were divided into extremely-sensitive glacier system, semi-sensitive glacier system, extremely-steady glacier system and semi-steady glacier system in terms of glacier system's level of water-energy exchange, rising gradient of the equilibrium line altitudes and retreating rate of area to climate warming, their median size and vertical span distribution, and their runoff characteristics to climate warming. Furthermore the functional model of glacier system to climate warming was applied in this paper to predict the average variation trends of the 4 types of glacier systems, which indicate that different sensitivity types of glacier systems respond to the climate warming differently.
