Business model not only is the logical scheme for solving the requirements of users, also is the dependence and clue of Web services discovery and execution, so it is the key of services integration according to requirements. In order to construct business model from initial requirements of users, a design approach based on scenario is presented. This approach is to emphasize on the synthesis of explicit requirement and the experts knowledge efficiently. In the process of the approach the customization scenario is created and refined in interactive fashion with the support of design patterns, plug and ontology library, and becomes a business model with complete content and good structure to provide basis for integrating services and coordinating action. The paper also presents a strategy to allocate the quality requirements to software function blocks. Finally, a example is given to illustrate the application of the approach.

In order to adapt to the opening environment of Internet and the variable requirements of users, software systems should be able to adjust themselves dynamically. Dynamic evolution is required to facilitate service-oriented application system. So this paper proposes an architectural space based, dynamic evolution oriented software application model, SASM (Software Architecture Space based Model), which is constructed by reflection technology. Its meta-level RSAS is an architecture space with tree-like layers, between which there exist refinement relations, and its base-level is composed of physical components. The meta-level and base-level are associated in the form of cause and effect. Within RSAS, different layers of architecture provide views and management means at different abstraction levels to the users, which meet the variable requirement of various roles from management layer to operation layer. Through the observation of RSAS the information of structure and behavior of application system is acquired. The on-line adjustment for RSAS can modify base-level so as to evolve application system.

The study of job shop scheduling is of great significance in theory and realism. This paper presents novel data mining algorithms for the extraction of knowledge from a large set of job shop schedules. The purposes of this work is to apply data mining methodologies to explore the patterns in the data generated by a genetic algorithm performing a scheduling operation and to develop a rule set scheduler which approximates the genetic algorithm's scheduler. These rules can duplicate the genetic algorithm's performance on an identical problem and provide solutions that are generally superior to a simple dispatching rule for similar problems. At the end of this paper, the experimental results have shown that the proposed approach has good performance with respect to the quality of solution and the speed of computation.

A carbon/PVC-COOH/ferrocene composite electrode used for the determination of glucose has been prepared. The ferrocene acted as mediator was incorporated into the PVC-COOH polymer and the leakage could be prevented. The presence of carboxyl groups on the electrode surface allowed immobilizing enzyme via EDC and NHS. The ratio of PVC-COOH to graphite powder (w/w) has been studied. Amperometric determination of glucose has been performed at potential of 0.30 V vs SCE. The response time was 〈 15 s. The linear response range was of 0.1-20 mmol/L with a detection limit of 48μmol/L.

Taken the SLNET as a foundation, in view of the community information demand, based on then operation process of 440 service, the community 440 service system is designed and produced. Depending on the numerical test approach on a computer, the relationships among relevant parameters, eg branch number, node number, mesh number, computation accuracy, preliminary value of airflow rate, iteration number, computation time and convergence in a mine ventilation network analysis, were investigated based on 5 mine ventilation systems. The results show that a higher computation accuracy greatly influences the iteration number. When the accuracy reaches 10-6m3·s-1 for solving a complicated mine ventilation network, the running time is too long though a high-speed computer is used. The preliminary value of airflow rate in the range of 1100m3·s-1 has little effects the iteration number. The structure of network also has some effect on the iteration number.

It is beneficial for the safe and optimal operation of system and energy conservation to find out and eliminate the faults existing in HVAC systems in time. For a large-scale and complex HVAC system, an automatic fault detection and diagnosis system is needed to ensure it to operate safely and reliably. Principal component analysis (PCA) approach has been used to detect and recover sensor faults in central chilling system through simulation data. However, it is found that sensor validation index (SVI) of PCA cannot identify the flow meter fault in the system. This paper explains the phenomenon in terms of the collinearity among flow meters in central chilling system. A novel approach, wavelet transform, is presented to identify the faults of flow meter as a substitute for SVI of PCA. Because of the good property of wavelet in local time-frequency, the approach can detect various variations in a sensor signal, such as ramp, step, and discontinuity. Thus, it is capable to identify the faults of flow meter in central chilling system. Some examples are given to show its ability of fault isolation for flow meters.
