In recent years, customer churn prediction in subscription based-business is more essential for improving retention policies. Moreover, various traditional methods are failed to address difficulties such as data quality and struggled to understand customer behavior dynamics. To resolve these issues Embedding Language Model with Chi Square Test (ELMo-CST) is proposed to predict customer churns in subscription based-business. Initially, data imputation and z-score normalization techniques are used to preprocess data for improving the performance of the model. Further, Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) is employed to extract Call Detail Record (CDR) features by estimating the important terms in the customer feedback. Then, the proposed ELMo-CST is used for predicting the customer churns effectively where ELMo is used to create feature embeddings for contextual representation by capturing sematic meanings on the basis of context. Moreover, CST is utilized for evaluating the relationships among CDR features and churn status by assessing the difference among the categorical variables for efficient prediction. From the results, proposed ELMo-CST established better results including accuracy (ACC) of 98.52%, precision (PR) of 93.86%, recall (RE) of 90.15% and F1-score of 0.93 respectively than existing Random Forest (RF). © 2025 IEEE.

In recent years, methods based on heterogeneous graph neural networks (HGNNs) have been widely used for embedding heterogeneous graphs (HGs) due to their ability to effectively encode the rich information from HGs into low-dimensional node embeddings. Existing HGNNs focus on neighbor aggregation and semantic fusion while neglecting the HG structure and learning paradigms. However, the original data in the HG might lack node features, which may not be effectively accounted for by existing models. Additionally, exclusively relying on a single supervised learning approach may only partially leverage the invariant information in graph data. To address these challenges, we introduce the Contrastive Auxiliary Learning Model for Heterogeneous Graphs (CALHG), which combines edge perturbation and graph diffusion to enhance graph data, allowing it to capture the inherent structural information within heterogeneous graphs fully. Additionally, we employ a category-guided multi-view contrastive learning optimizing strategy, which does not rely on positive and negative samples for model training, enabling us to capture the intrinsic invariances in heterogeneous graph data. Extensive experiments and analyses on five benchmark datasets without node features and three benchmark datasets with node features validate the effectiveness and efficiency of our novel method compared with several state-of-the-art methods. Search engines are essential for getting information from web sites in the internet age. They use a variety of ranking algorithms, depending on content-based information extraction techniques or statistical searching strategies, to organise the retrieved results. It is still difficult, nevertheless, to comprehend the underlying information on each web page without opening each one individually. This challenge motivates the concept and implementation of an object-attribute-value (O-A-V) information extraction system as a web model. To help with future searches, this model functions as a user dictionary by helping to filter search terms in queries. To evaluate the first model, natural language processing (NLP) and semantic web (SW) queries in the form of English phrases are employed. Similar to this, content-based picture information extraction and retrieval against user queries is used by image search engines like Google Images. Using picture descriptions, a domain ontology is constructed in order to close the semantic gap between user expectations and image retrieval outcomes. The second suggested model looks at subject-predicate-object (S-P-O) interactions by analysing natural language user queries using an NLP parser algorithm. This extraction builds upon the O-A-V web model, which is ontology-based. The article presents a SPARQL auto-query generation module to auto-generate SPARQL questions by utilising S-P-O extraction and taking into account the intricacy of creating SPARQL queries from the standpoint of a user. The auto-generated SPARQL query is used to obtain photos after these queries are placed on the ontologies. Systems for retrieving documents and images were developed and evaluated against industry standards in order to provide answers to these problems. The outcomes show improvements over baseline systems. © 2024 IEEE.

Aiming at low-contrast fundus images directly captured by fundus instrument, a fundus image registration method based on improved feature description was proposed to improve the accuracy and efficiency of registration. First, pixel-level feature points were detected, and the sub-pixel position was calculated by Zernike Matrix. Then, an improved multi-disk mask feature description technique based on the FREAK algorithm is introduced to describe the feature points. Finally, the Euclidean distance combined with random sampling consistency algorithm is used to purify the matching points and calculate the transformation matrix to carry out the final image registration. The experimental results show that the proposed registration method can be used in fundus screening image database, especially in low-contrast fundus images. Compared with SIFT (Scale-invariant Feature Transform), SURF (Speeded-Up Robust Features) and FREAK (Fast Retina Keypoint) algorithms, the new method has more advantages in registration effect, efficiency and speed. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

This study presents an application of Aspect-Based Sentiment Analysis (ABSA) on a dataset of car reviews collected from the CarDekho website. The dataset comprises reviews for four distinct car models of four popular brands. Our objective was to extract and analyze sentiments related to ten different aspects of the cars, including performance, build quality, price, etc. We employed five different machine learning and deep learning models, namely Logistic Regression, Naive Bayes, Support Vector Machine (SVM), a simple Neural Network (NN), and the Recurrent Neural Network-Long Short-Term Memory (RNN-LSTM). Each model was trained and tested separately on the split dataset for each aspect, and its performance was evaluated based on its ability to accurately classify the sentiment of the reviews at an aspect level. The results of this study provide insights into the effectiveness of different models in performing ABSA on car reviews. This could potentially assist both consumers in making informed purchasing decisions and manufacturers in gaining a nuanced understanding of customer feedback. © 2024 ACM.

Inspired by the safe landing of cats falling from high altitudes,a bionic flexible rubber bushing structure is proposed and its motion characteristics are systematically studied to explore its potential application in the suppression of *** convex hull structure on the bushing surface is abstracted from the cat’s claw pad,and the hyper-viscoelastic model is selected as the constitutive model of the rubber *** addition,the design with the best vibration damping effect is finally obtained by reasonably adjusting the amount of radial compression and distribution of bionic ***,under the same conditions,the test results of the dynamic characteristics of the bushing verify the accuracy of the simulation *** results show that the convex hull bionic structure designed in this paper can effectively change the motion characteristics of the rubber bushing under various working conditions,which provides new inspiration or potential possibility for the design of rubber bushing in the future.

The most valuable resource on the planet is no longer oil,but *** transmission of this data securely over the internet is another challenge that comes with its ever-increasing *** order to transmit sensitive information securely,researchers are combining robust cryptography and steganographic *** objective of this research is to introduce a more secure method of video steganography by using Deoxyribonucleic acid(DNA)for embedding encrypted data and an intelligent frame selection algorithm to improve video *** the previous approach,DNA was used only for frame *** this DNA is compromised,then our frames with the hidden and unencrypted data will be *** the frame selected in this way were random frames,and no consideration was made to the contents of *** data in this way introduces visible artifacts in *** the proposed approach rather than using DNA for frame selection we have created a fakeDNA out of our data and then embedded it in a video file on intelligently selected frames called the complex *** chaotic maps and linear congruential generators,a unique pixel set is selected each time only from the identified complex frames,and encrypted data is embedded in these random *** results demonstrate that the proposed technique shows minimum degradation of the stenographic video hence reducing the very first chances of visual ***,the selection of complex frames for embedding and creation of a fake DNA as proposed in this research have higher peak signal-to-noise ratio(PSNR)and reduced mean squared error(MSE)values that indicate improved *** proposed methodology has been implemented in Matlab.

Data volumes are increasing due to the growth of technologies such as IoT, Cloud Computing, and mobile internet. Data encryption is the solution, which protects data privacy by giving specific access to encrypted data can be better understood using Attribute-based (ABE) encryption. When patients use web-based commercial systems to store their personal health data, the privacy of personal health records (PHRs) can be a major problem. When it comes to establishing policies to control access and protect data confidentiality, common access control systems, such as Work-Based Access Control, have major limitations. In this research work a novel healthcare application has been developed based on the ABE scheme approach. Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) algorithm and Secure Hash Algorithm (SHA) are used for the encryption and decryption processes in the ABE scheme. This allows only designated authorized personnel, such as a patient or their respective doctors, to access personal data recorded in medical records, with a vision to improve the privacy and security of user details. © 2022 IEEE

The purpose of the study is to address the essential need for a more efficient and objective technique for detecting language disorders in children, overcoming the constraints of standard manual evaluation systems. Existing systems, which utilize subjective evaluations and manual scoring, frequently result in lengthy processes and possible errors. To solve these issues, the proposed system automates the identification process by combining Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning (ML). The system achieves a breakthrough in accuracy by normalizing text and extracting a comprehensive collection of linguistic features using advanced NLP techniques. The implementation involves difficult data preprocessing, extensive feature extraction, and the application of a cutting-edge Support Vector Machine (SVM) classifier. The proposed system achieves a 15% increase in accuracy, a 12% increase in precision, a 10% increase in recall, and an 11% increase in F1 score over existing systems. The confusion matrices show improved prediction skills, while accuracy across varied linguistic samples demonstrates the system's adaptability. Finally, the proposed system not only speeds up the detection of language disorders but also provides the groundwork for deeper insights into linguistic development, with revolutionary potential in educational and therapeutic settings. © 2024 IEEE.
