Coal gangue is applicable to roadbed filling and base course of road engineering after breaking up, thus producing a large number of coal gangue sand. The in-situ stacking mode has caused serious damage to the ecological environment because it occupies extensive land resources. Reasonable disposal of coal gangue sand has important significance to the ecological environment. ATB-25 gradation was adopted to discuss the pavement performance of asphalt mixture prepared by replacing machine-made sand completely with coal gangue sand. Five test groups of non-mixture, fullmixture,full-mixture + 0.3% anti-rut agent, full-mixture + 0.4% anti-rut agent, and full-mixture + 0.5% anti-rut agent were designed. The Marshall stability test, Marshall residual stability test, freeze-thaw splitting test, and high-temperature rutting test under 60 ℃ were carried out. The effects of fine aggregate type and anti-rut agent content on the pavement performance of asphalt mixture were studied. The action mechanism of anti-rut agent on the coal gangue sand–asphalt mixture (CGS) was analyzed in combination with pavement performance test results. According to test results, the fine aggregate type can influence the performance of asphalt mixture, and the optimal asphalt content (OAC) of the CGS is increased significantly. The Marshall stability (MS) increases from 7.80 kN to 8.87 kN. After the machine-made sand is completely replaced by gangue sand, the water damage resistance and high-temperature deformation resistance of asphalt mixture decline significantly. With the increase in anti-rut agent content, the high-temperature deformation resistance of asphalt mixture increases gradually, but the water damage resistance of the mixture is not improved effectively. Due to the presence of ice and unfrozen water in pores of frozen rock,the rock fracture behaviors are susceptible to *** this study,the potential thawing-induced softening effects on the fracture behaviors of frozen rock is evaluated by testing the tension fracture toughness(KIC)of frozen rock at different temperatures(i.e.-20℃,-15℃,-12℃,-10℃,-8℃,-6℃,-4℃,-2℃,and 0℃).Acoustic emission(AE)and digital image correlation(DIC)methods are utilized to analyze the microcrack propagation during *** melting of pore ice is measured using nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)*** results indicate that:(1)The KIC of frozen rock decreases moderately between-20℃ and-4℃,and rapidly between-4℃ and 0℃.(2)At-20℃ to-4℃,the fracturing process,deduced from the DIC results at the notch tip,exhibits three stages:elastic deformation,microcrack propagation and microcrack ***,at-4℃e0℃,only the latter two stages are observed.(3)At-4℃e0℃,the AE activities during fracturing are less than that at-20℃ to-4℃,while more small events are reported.(4)The NMR results demonstrate a reverse variation trend in pore ice content with increasing temperature,that is,a moderate decrease is followed by a sharp decrease and-4℃ is exactly the critical ***,we interpret the thawing-induced softening effect by linking the evolution in microscopic structure of frozen rock with its macroscopic fracture behaviors as follow:from-20℃ to-4℃,the thickening of the unfrozen water film diminishes the cementation strength between ice and rock skeleton,leading to the decrease in fracture ***-4℃ to 0℃,the cementation effect of ice almost vanishes,and the filling effect of pore ice is reduced significantly,which facilitates microcrack propagation and thus the easier fracture of frozen rocks.

To reinforce compatibility with the thermophysical and mechanical properties of SiC/Al composites for electronic packaging to improve the stability and reduce fatigue failure of electronic integrated devices,a novel 3D SiC reinforced framework with interpenetrated plate-like a-SiC grains was synthesized.A small amount of doped a-SiC was seeded to induce the transformation of b-SiC to plate-like a-SiC at 2,300℃,forming a high-purity a-SiC strongly bonded ***/gas pressure infiltration of Al alloy was subsequently used to manufacture the 3D interpenetrated network structure SiC/Al(SiC3D/Al)*** results showed that 15%(in mass)seeds provided the composite with the optimal comprehensive performance,including a low coefficient of thermal expansion(CTE)of 5.54×10^(-6)K^(-1),a high thermal conductivity(l)of 239.08 W·m^(-1)·K^(-1),the highest flexural strength of 326.84 MPa,and a low thermal deformation parameter(TDP)of ***-purity plate-like grains enhanced the purity of the framework promoting a significant improvement in *** the seed content increased to 20%(in mass),both CTE and l reached optimal values of 5.22×10^(-6)K^(-1)and 243.14 W·m^(-1)·K^(-1),but the mechanical properties declined by 10.30%.The synergistic effect of the well-bonded interface and the high-purity 3D SiC framework balanced excellent mechanical properties and multiple thermal functions.
