Risk prediction is an important task to ensuring the driving safety of railway trams. Although data-driven intelligent methods are proved to be effective for driving risk prediction, accuracy is still a top concern for the challenges of data quality which mainly represent as the unbalanced datasets. This study focuses on applying feature extraction and data augmentation methods to achieve effective risk prediction for railway trams, and proposes an approach based on a self-adaptive K-means clustering algorithm and the least squares deep convolution generative adversarial network(LS-DCGAN). The data preprocessing methods are proposed, which include the K-means algorithm to cluster the locations of trams and the extreme gradient boosting recursive feature elimination based feature selection algorithm to retain the key features. The LS-DCGAN model is designed for sparse sample expansion, aiming to address the sample category distribution imbalance problem. The experiments implemented with the public and real datasets show that the proposed approach can reach a high accuracy of 90.69%,which can greatly enhances the tram driving safety.

In recent years, limited photocatalysis efficiency and wide band gap have hindered the application of TiO_(2) in the field of photocatalysis. A leading star in photocatalysis has been revealed as lead-free Cs_(2)AgBiBr_(6) double halide perovskite nanocrystals, owing to its strong visible light absorption and tunable band gap. In this work, this photocatalytic process was facilitated by a unique TiO_(2)/Cs_(2)AgBiBr_(6) composite, which was identified as an S-cheme heterojunction. TiO_(2)/Cs_(2)AgBiBr_(6) composite was investigated for its structure and photocatalytic behavior. The results showed that when the perovskite dosage is 40%, the photocatalytic rate of TiO_(2) could be boosted to 0.1369 min^(-1). This paper discusses and proposes the band gap matching, carrier separation, and photocatalytic mechanism of TiO_(2)/Cs_(2)AgBiBr_(6) composites, which will facilitate the generation of new ideas for improving TiO_(2)’s photocatalytic performance.

In the fields of intelligent transportation and multi-task cooperation, many practical problems can be modeled by colored traveling salesman problem(CTSP). When solving large-scale CTSP with a scale of more than 1000dimensions, their convergence speed and the quality of their solutions are limited. This paper proposes a new hybrid IT?(HIT?) algorithm, which integrates two new strategies, crossover operator and mutation strategy, into the standard IT?. In the iteration process of HIT?, the feasible solution of CTSP is represented by the double chromosome coding, and the random drift and wave operators are used to explore and develop new unknown regions. In this process, the drift operator is executed by the improved crossover operator, and the wave operator is performed by the optimized mutation strategy. Experiments show that HIT? is superior to the known comparison algorithms in terms of the quality solution.
