In recent years,aquaculture has developed rapidly,especially in coastal and open ocean *** practice,water quality prediction is of critical ***,traditional water quality prediction models face limitations in handling complex spatiotemporal *** address this challenge,a prediction model was proposed for water quality,namely an adaptive multi-channel temporal graph convolutional network(AMTGCN).The AMTGCN integrates adaptive graph construction,multi-channel spatiotemporal graph convolutional network,and fusion layers,and can comprehensively capture the spatial relationships and spatiotemporal patterns in aquaculture water quality *** aquaculture water quality data and the metrics MAE,RMSE,MAPE,and R^(2) were collected to validate the *** results show that the AMTGCN presents an average improvement of 34.01%,34.59%,36.05%,and 17.71%compared to LSTM,respectively;an average improvement of 64.84%,56.78%,64.82%,and 153.16%compared to the STGCN,respectively;an average improvement of 55.25%,48.67%,57.01%,and 209.00%compared to GCN-LSTM,respectively;and an average improvement of 7.05%,5.66%,7.42%,and 2.47%compared to TCN,*** indicates that the AMTGCN,integrating the innovative structure of adaptive graph construction and multi-channel spatiotemporal graph convolutional network,could provide an efficient solution for water quality prediction in aquaculture.

The rapid development of the Internet has led to the widespread dissemination of manipulated facial images, significantly impacting people's daily lives. With the continuous advancement of Deepfake technology, the generated counterfeit facial images have become increasingly challenging to distinguish. There is an urgent need for a more robust and convincing detection method. Current detection methods mainly operate in the spatial domain and transform the spatial domain into other domains for analysis. With the emergence of transformers, some researchers have also combined traditional convolutional networks with transformers for detection. This paper explores the artifacts left by Deepfakes in various domains and, based on this exploration, proposes a detection method that utilizes the steganalysis rich model to extract high-frequency noise to complement spatial features. We have designed two main modules to fully leverage the interaction between these two aspects based on traditional convolutional neural networks. The first is the multi-scale mixed feature attention module, which introduces artifacts from high-frequency noise into spatial textures, thereby enhancing the model's learning of spatial texture features. The second is the multi-scale channel attention module, which reduces the impact of background noise by weighting the features. Our proposed method was experimentally evaluated on mainstream datasets, and a significant amount of experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of our approach in detecting Deepfake forged faces, outperforming the majority of existing methods.

We present a novel attention-based mechanism to learn enhanced point features for point cloud processing tasks, e.g., classification and segmentation. Unlike prior studies, which were trained to optimize the weights of a pre-selected set of attention points, our approach learns to locate the best attention points to maximize the performance of a specific task, e.g., point cloud classification. Importantly, we advocate the use of single attention point to facilitate semantic understanding in point feature learning. Specifically,we formulate a new and simple convolution, which combines convolutional features from an input point and its corresponding learned attention point(LAP). Our attention mechanism can be easily incorporated into state-of-the-art point cloud classification and segmentation networks. Extensive experiments on common benchmarks, such as Model Net40, Shape Net Part, and S3DIS, all demonstrate that our LAP-enabled networks consistently outperform the respective original networks, as well as other competitive alternatives, which employ multiple attention points, either pre-selected or learned under our LAP framework.

Current emergency response systems are facing several challenges, including complex emergency network structure definition and inefficient emergency scheduling. For these problems, the paper analyzes the characteristics of emergency networks, and abstracts them into multiple interconnected, interdependent and interactive networks according to the characteristics of hierarchy, attribute and function, and then proposes a hypernetwork based model and its constraint conditions. Furthermore, the paper proposes an emergency scheduling method. This method fully considers the psychological factors of people and the rescue cost factors in disasters in order to balance the interests among different levels of network during rescue. The experiment results show that the model and the method proposed in this paper can not only better reveal the composition and structure of emergency response system, but also effectively balance the cost and the satisfaction in rescue.
