Long-term multivariate time series forecasting is an important task in engineering applications. It helps grasp the future development trend of data in real-time, which is of great significance for a wide variety of fields. Due to the non-linear and unstable characteristics of multivariate time series, the existing methods encounter difficulties in analyzing complex high-dimensional data and capturing latent relationships between multivariates in time series, thus affecting the performance of long-term prediction. In this paper, we propose a novel time series forecasting model based on multilayer perceptron that combines spatio-temporal decomposition and doubly residual stacking, namely Spatio-Temporal Decomposition Neural Network (STDNet). We decompose the originally complex and unstable time series into two parts, temporal term and spatial term. We design temporal module based on auto-correlation mechanism to discover temporal dependencies at the sub-series level, and spatial module based on convolutional neural network and self-attention mechanism to integrate multivariate information from two dimensions, global and local, respectively. Then we integrate the results obtained from the different modules to get the final forecast. Extensive experiments on four real-world datasets show that STDNet significantly outperforms other state-of-the-art methods, which provides an effective solution for long-term time series forecasting.

Aluminum-air batteries(AABs)are considered the most promising candidates in advanced clean energy conversion and storage due to their low density,high specific energy,and abundant aluminum resources;however,the development of AABs is constrained by inevitable parasitic side reactions and anodic surface passivation film *** present work introduced an innovative hybrid corrosion inhibitor consisting of potassium stannate,decyl glucoside,and 1,10-decanedithiol to regulate solid-liquid interface reactions in alkaline *** findings indicated that the optimal hybrid corrosion inhibitor could reduce the hydrogen evolution rate from 0.2095 to 0.0406 mL cm^(-2)min^(-1),achieving an inhibition efficiency of 80.62%.The surface analysis discussed in detail the evolution process of the solid-liquid interface after the introduction of the hybrid corrosion inhibitor into the *** and theoretical calculations revealed that decyl glucoside enhanced the adsorption and coverage efficiency of the hybrid corrosion inhibitor through the“micelle solubilization”effect and optimized the structure and properties of the solid-liquid *** study also contributed valuable insights into the corrosion inhibition mechanism at the solid-liquid interface of alkaline AABs.

A refractory high entropy alloy Ti_(62)Nb_(12)Mo_(12)Ta_(12)W_(2)was prepared by mechanical alloying and spark plasma *** microstructure and mechanical properties of the Ti_(62)Nb_(12)Mo_(12)Ta_(12)W_(2)alloy were *** experimental results show that the microstructure of the alloy is composed of two BCC phases,an FCC precipitated phase,and the precipitated phase which is a mixture of TiC,TiN and *** alloy exhibits good room temperature compressive *** plasticity of the sample sintered at 1550℃can reach 10.8%,and for the sample sintered at 1600℃,the yield strength can be up to 2032 MPa,in the meantime the plasticity is 9.4%.The alloy also shows high strength at elevated *** yield strength of the alloy exceeds 420 MPa at 900℃,and value of which is still above 200 MPa when the test temperature reaches 1000℃.Finally,the compressive yield strength model at room temperature is *** prediction error of the model ranges from−7.9%to−12.4%,expressing fair performance.

Low alloy steels are widely used in bridges,construction,chemical and various equipment and metal components due to their low cost and excellent mechanical *** in the literature related to the preparation,advantages and disadvantages,and applications along with research progress of various types of protective coatings suitable for low-alloy steel surfaces is reviewed,while a conclusive and comparative analysis is also afforded to the numerous factors influencing the protective ability of *** characteristics of coatings drawn from the latest published literature are discussed and suggest that the modification of traditional metal coatings and the development of new organic coatings under the consideration of environmental protection,low cost,simplicity and large-scale industrial application are simultaneously proceeding,which holds promise for improving the understanding of corrosion protection in related fields and helps to address some of the limitations identified with more conventional coating techniques.
