In order to improve color PCB image segmentation problem, research a threshold segmentation based on color features. In the RGB color space by analyzing PCB image of the RGB color features, select a color feature or a combination of components as the color features which distinct foreground from background of PCB image. In the transmission of real-time video compressed streams, error concealment method is to restore the damaged or lost data packets. This paper improves the existing spatial error concealment algorithm based on SUSAN detection operator. On the one hand, as recovering the error, the detection pixels were reduced by considering the relationship of nearby pixels. On the other hand, more associated pixels were fully considered. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm enhances the Peak Signal to Noise Ratio in the case of reducing 4%-8% computational complexity, and is more beneficial to real-time application.

Because of the requirements of high precision and low encoding complexity, H.264 video coding standard used UMHexagonS algorithm as a viable implementation plan for Block Motion Estimation. This paper has made the improvement to the UMHexagonS algorithm, reflected in two aspects: In the search process of this algorithm has added the adaptive threshold value and played a role ahead of deadline in the search process, saving the search time;Its has turned into five steps search and increase the step rectangle search, reducing the search time. The experimental results show that the proposed method can not only guarantee the coding effect of UMHexagonS algorithm, improve the speed of motion estimation, but also saving the coding time, and improve the overall coding rate.

The data packets are easily damaged or lost when video streams of high compression ratio are transmitted, and error concealment technique can recover by the lost or damaged macro-blocks using temporal and spatial correlations of images. The paper proposed a spatial error concealment algorithm based on FAST algorithm. First, the proposed algorithm determines the situation of edges in the lost macro-blocks according to detecting the relationship of gray values of pixels around the detected pixels. Then, the information of the lost macro-blocks is recovered by the division of edges. The experimental results showed that under the premise of ensuring the peak signal to noise ratio of the reconstructed images, the proposed algorithm saves running time 0.15 s-0.37 s in comparison with the traditional error concealment algorithm.

This paper introduces an auto-discharging system for jigging machine based on switched reluctance motor (SRM). In this system, SRM is used to replace the traditional asynchronous motor. The hardware system, controller and software design methods are discussed in this paper. AT89C51 is taken as the core component of the speed regulation controller for SMR and works with other peripheral circuits to realize effective control on motor. The experiment shows that auto-discharging system for jigging machine based on SRM is feasible and can play an important role in stabilizing clean coal ash content, reducing clean coal loss, improving product quality and separation efficiency.
