With the development of modern hot-dip galvanizing technology, the automation technology is also improved daily and laser welder also become the developing trend in the future. In order to ensure continuous production, MCC hengtong cold rolled technology company has introduced the French's CLECIM LW 21 L laser welder. Through the field application and improvement, it indicates: the welding process is advanced, and it has high automation level. Meanwhile it can reduce the rate of parking effectively and reduce the cost of production.

Quality assessment of electrocardiogram (ECG) signals holds significant importance in reducing the high-frequency false alarms in automated arrhythmia diagnosis. Existing quality assessment methods primarily rely on empirical threshold setting or the calculation of relevant statistical values to formulate decision rules. However, the thresholds set in this manner are typically based on experience and knowledge, resulting in decision rules that lack flexibility and struggle to adapt to changes in the dataset. To address this issue, many researchers have turned to deep learning algorithms for ECG signal quality assessment. Nevertheless, most existing deep learning methods usually require large-scale and labeled ECG data for training, whose acquiring is typically challenging. Therefore, this paper proposes an efficient method for ECG signal quality assessment. First, we use a contrast learning framework to construct sample pairs through multilevel data augmentation. Second, a densely connected convolutional network (DenseNet) is used to improve the model's ability of extracting local features in ECG signals, and a Squeeze-and-Excitation attention module is introduced to make the model pay more attention to critical features. Finally, the feature representation is learned by minimizing the contextual contrast loss to bring similar samples closer and push dissimilar samples farther away. In this way, we can utilize the contrastive learning framework to extract temporal representations from unlabeled data and transfer them to downstream ECG signal quality assessment tasks. Extensive experiments on the Physionet/CinC Challenge 2011 dataset demonstrate that our approach outperforms most existing quality assessment methods. © 2023 IEEE.

In order to solve the problem that is difficult to establish the model of the huge data complex industrial production process. Propose fusion algorithm that based pn the topology of the Potential Field algorithm and fuzzy c mean algorithm, the result indicate: through fuse twice cluster algorithm, obtain the precise clustered number and the, determine the fuzzy neural network's structure, and according to that membership degree, construct the neural network model based on multi-criterion information fusion and the fuzzy technology, through the actual simulation on coal mining production process, the result confirms that the model is valid. This achievement has certain reference value and the guiding sense to the coal mining.

This paper takes advantage of the integration of subtraction clustering and fuzzy c-means clustering algorithm to obtain precise number of clusters and the degree of membership, and establishes the neural network model based on the multiple criterion information fusion and the fuzzy technology. Collecting a variety of data in actual underground mining process and integrating them as a whole, the simulations are performed. Experimental results indicate that the proposed method is valid.

Based on the finite element theory, air compressor plate drum is analyzed in the rotating and loading circumstances. The maximum displacement sum was regarded as a random output variable, when plate angular velocity the elastic modulus, Poisson's ratio density and equivalent centrifugal force were randomized, and were considered as a random input variable. Supposed all input variables are normal distribution. After Monto Carlo sampling is implemented one thousand times, the reliability and sensitivity of air compressor plate drum can be obtained.

The paper described a structure of three modules diagnosis system for detecting and identifying faults that occur in the sensor and actuator of control systems with input and output signals related to the component itself. The diagnosis algorithm consists of three steps; firstly, generalized morphological filter with multi-structure elements is designed to filter the random noise and impulse noise in sensor's and actuator's input and output signals. And secondly, wavelet transform, which has been proposed for sensor's fault diagnosis some years ago, is developed for control system (sensor and actuator). To effectively extract the abruptly fault characteristic, a wavelet transform was used to analyze the filtered signals in this paper. By the multi resolution analyzing (MRA), the faults can be detected accurately. Thirdly, according to calculating the Lipschitz exponent (LE) at the fault's point, the fault type can be identified. The super-heated temperature control system has been studied. The effectiveness of the proposed approach is demonstrated by the means of experimental results and simulations.

On‐line Measurement of Soot Concentration in Duct Using Scattering‐Transmission Method

A method for the soot concentration measurement based on Scattering integration and the Extinction theory is presented. The soot concentration can be determined by measuring the light intensity of forward small angel and transmission light. The method is related to the range of scattered light collection angel and parameters of measurement system, and is independent of the mean size and size distribution of soot particle. The numerical simulation results based on Mie scattering theory confirmed the validity of the method, and also gave its the measurement range of soot concentration. Additionally, the sample calibration equipment based on the Scattering‐Transmission method is also introduced. Experimental results show the method has advantages of good reliability and high solution.
