With the rapid development of computer vision and natural language processing, there is an increasing demand for cross-modal retrieval (CMR) from users. The domestic operating system, openKylin, plays a key role in promoting domestic operating systems. It enriches the operating system functions with secure and trusted operation technology as the core. It is of great practical significance to integrate the field of computer vision into the domestic operating system. A graph retrieval method based on OpenKylin is proposed to enhance the functionality of searching graphs using text. This paper begins with a review of relevant domestic and international research on this technology. It then provides details on the design and implementation process, and concludes by demonstrating the final implementation results. The actual operational results demonstrate that the method is characterized by both high performance and high accuracy. © 2023 IEEE.

Sorting algorithms are the most extensively researched topics in computer science and serve for numerous practical applications. Although various sorts have been proposed for efficiency, different architectures offer distinct flavors to the implementation of parallel sorting. In this paper, we propose a hybrid vectorized merge sort on ARM NEON, named NEON Merge Sort for short (NEON-MS). In detail, according to the granted register functions, we first identify the optimal register number to avoid the register-to-memory access, due to the write-back of intermediate outcomes. More importantly, following the generic merge sort framework that primarily uses sorting network for column sort and merging networks for three types of vectorized merge, we further improve their structures for high efficiency in an unified asymmetry way: 1) it makes the optimal sorting networks with few comparators become possible;2) hybrid implementation of both serial and vectorized merges incurs the pipeline with merge instructions highly interleaved. Experiments on a single FT2000+ core show that NEON-MS is 3.8 and 2.1 times faster than std::sort and boost::block_sort, respectively, on average. Additionally, as compared to the parallel version of the latter, NEON-MS gains an average speedup of 1.25. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2025.

Writing comprehensive commit messages is tedious yet important, because these messages describe changes of code, such as fixing bugs or adding new features. However, most existing methods focus on either only the changed lines or nearest context lines, without considering the effectiveness of selecting useful contexts. On the other hand, it is possible that introducing excessive contexts can lead to noise. To this end, we propose a code model COMMIT (Context-aware prOMpting based comMIt-message generaTion) in conjunction with a code dataset CODEC (COntext and metaData Enhanced Code dataset). Leveraging program slicing, CODEC consolidates code changes along with related contexts via property graph analysis. Further, utilizing CodeT5+ as the backbone model, we train COMMIT via context-aware prompt on CODEC. Experiments show that COMMIT can surpass all compared models including pre-trained language models for code (code-PLMs) such as CommitBART and large language models for code (code-LLMs) such as Code-LlaMa. Besides, we investigate several research questions (RQs), further verifying the effectiveness of our approach. In many computer-aided spinal imaging and disease diagnosis, automating the segmentation of the spine and cones from CT images is a challenging problem. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a triple channel expansion attention segmentation network based on U-Net for spinal CT images. We design a triple channel expansion attention to solve the problem of low accuracy caused by the loss of important feature information in the downsampling process of ordinary convolution, which uses different sizes of convolution set kernels to extract different features. Then through this attention, we output a feature image for each layer of the down-sampling, and finally skip connection with it during the up-sampling. Finally, many experimental results on VerSe 2019 and VerSe 2020 datasets show that our proposed network is superior to other prior art segmentation networks. © 2023 IEEE.

As the scale of the networks continually expands,the detection of distributed denial of service(DDoS)attacks has become increasingly *** propose an intelligent detection model named IGED by using improved generalized entropy and deep neural network(DNN).The initial detection is based on improved generalized entropy to filter out as much normal traffic as possible,thereby reducing data *** the fine detection is based on DNN to perform precise DDoS detection on the filtered suspicious traffic,enhancing the neural network’s generalization *** results show that the proposed method can efficiently distinguish normal traffic from DDoS *** with the benchmark methods,our method reaches 99.9%on low-rate DDoS(LDDoS),flooded DDoS and CICDDoS2019 datasets in terms of both accuracy and efficiency in identifying attack flows while reducing the time by 17%,31%and 8%.

Fisheye imaging technique plays an important role in various areas. However, fisheye lenses can cause severe image distortion, which requires distortion rectification for these images. However, after distortion rectification, the images will suffer from the problem of resolution reduction, and the degree of resolution reduction varies in different regions. This problem will directly affect the subsequent process of image content analysis. Therefore, it is needed to adopt a super-resolution reconstruction algorithm to enhance the resolution of the fisheye rectified image. This paper designs a multi-path cascaded deep network which performs super-resolution reconstruction of fisheye rectified images. Through the multi-path deep network structure, the features of the fisheye rectified image are learned from multiple aspects at the same time, and the residual learning approach is introduced to further diminish the difficulty of network training and improve the super-resolution results. The mean square error loss is used to supervise the training process of the proposed deep work. The super-resolution reconstruction model is obtained which takes the input low-resolution fisheye rectified image as input and generate the super-resolution result. The results of super-resolution reconstruction experiments demonstrate that the proposed multi-path cascaded deep network can effectively enhance the resolution of fisheye rectified images, and can provide higher quality images for fisheye image analysis. © 2023 IEEE.
