The use of Amazon Web Services is growing rapidly as more users are adopting the *** has various functionalities that can be used by large corporates and individuals as *** analysis is used to build an intelligent system that can study the opinions of the people and help to classify those related *** this research work,sentiment analysis is performed on the AWS Elastic Compute Cloud(EC2)through Twitter *** data is managed to the EC2 by using elastic load *** collected data is subjected to preprocessing approaches to clean the data,and then machine learning-based logistic regression is employed to categorize the sentiments into positive and negative *** accuracy of 94.17%is obtained through the proposed machine learning model which is higher than the other models that are developed using the existing algorithms.

Cyberbullying,a critical concern for digital safety,necessitates effective linguistic analysis tools that can navigate the complexities of language use in online *** tackle this challenge,our study introduces a new approach employing Bidirectional Encoder Representations from the Transformers(BERT)base model(cased),originally pretrained in *** model is uniquely adapted to recognize the intricate nuances of Arabic online communication,a key aspect often overlooked in conventional cyberbullying detection *** model is an end-to-end solution that has been fine-tuned on a diverse dataset of Arabic social media(SM)tweets showing a notable increase in detection accuracy and sensitivity compared to existing *** results on a diverse Arabic dataset collected from the‘X platform’demonstrate a notable increase in detection accuracy and sensitivity compared to existing methods.E-BERT shows a substantial improvement in performance,evidenced by an accuracy of 98.45%,precision of 99.17%,recall of 99.10%,and an F1 score of 99.14%.The proposed E-BERT not only addresses a critical gap in cyberbullying detection in Arabic online forums but also sets a precedent for applying cross-lingual pretrained models in regional language applications,offering a scalable and effective framework for enhancing online safety across Arabic-speaking communities.

The rapid development of 5G/6G and AI enables an environment of Internet of Everything(IoE)which can support millions of connected mobile devices and applications to operate smoothly at high speed and low ***,these massive devices will lead to explosive traffic growth,which in turn cause great burden for the data transmission and content *** challenge can be eased by sinking some critical content from cloud to *** this case,how to determine the critical content,where to sink and how to access the content correctly and efficiently become new *** work focuses on establishing a highly efficient content delivery framework in the IoE *** particular,the IoE environment is re-constructed as an end-edge-cloud collaborative system,in which the concept of digital twin is applied to promote the *** on the digital asset obtained by digital twin from end users,a content popularity prediction scheme is firstly proposed to decide the critical content by using the Temporal Pattern Attention(TPA)enabled Long Short-Term Memory(LSTM)***,the prediction results are input for the proposed caching scheme to decide where to sink the critical content by using the Reinforce Learning(RL)***,a collaborative routing scheme is proposed to determine the way to access the content with the objective of minimizing *** experimental results indicate that the proposed schemes outperform the state-of-the-art benchmarks in terms of the caching hit rate,the average throughput,the successful content delivery rate and the average routing overhead.

Multi-Task Chinese Speech Recognition Method Based on the Squeezeformer Model

End-to-end training has emerged as a prominent trend in speech recognition, with Conformer models effectively integrating Transformer and CNN architectures. However, their complexity and high computational cost pose deployment challenges. To address these issues, we propose a multi-task Chinese speech recognition method based on the Squeezeformer model. We replace the FMCF structure in Conformer with an MF/CF structure, leveraging the convolutional module as a local Multi- Head Attention (MHA) module to enhance efficiency. Multilevel down-sampling and up-sampling using a time-series U-Net further reduce computational costs. By eliminating redundant LayerNorm layers and employing depthwise separable convolutions, we streamline the model, reduce parameters, and lower deployment costs. An Adaptor Layer is integrated into the MHSA module to mitigate the vanishing gradient problem, and a ScaleVar Layer is added to enhance flexibility. Additionally, the RealFormer module is introduced on the decoding side to improve context understanding. Combining Connectionist Temporal Classification (CTC) with attention-based encoding and decoding models for multi-task learning improves performance and accuracy. Experimental results show that the proposed method reduces the parameters on AISHELL-1 dataset by 16% and reduces the character error rate to 5.50%. Flood forecasting methods based on deep learning rely on a large number of observational data, and are facing serious challenges in areas with scarce data. Aiming at the problems of flood inundated range prediction in areas with scarce data, this paper proposes a flood inundated range prediction method based on spatial reduction reconstruction (SRR) and improved deep attention neural network (Informer) to reduce the data requirements of the two core parts of water level simulation and spatial modeling. It alleviates the problem of insufficient observational data for flood inundation range prediction in areas with scarce data. This method obtains the dependency relationship of long time series data through Informer model, and inserts the built-in input selection layer to reduce the number of parameters in the model, reducing the data requirement of water level simulation. At the same time, the SRR algorithm is used to select the representative locations that are easy to be inundated in the basin, which reduces the number of locations required for spatial modeling of flood inundation range and the corresponding data requirements. The experimental results show that this method can improve the accuracy of flood inundation range prediction and speed up the efficiency of the model. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2025.

Hyperspectral images (HSIs) provide rich spectral information, but acquiring high-resolution data is costly and challenging, making spectral super-resolution essential. Inspired by the near-linear efficiency of state space models (SSM) in long-sequence tasks, we propose a spectral reconstruction method based on dual cross-scanning and cross-attention mechanisms (SR-CSCA). This novel network integrates Transformer and Mamba architectures, efficiently extracting multi-resolution contextual information and optimizing computational strategies to enhance spectral reconstruction performance. SR-CSCA method captures spectral and spatial details and dependencies by employing an optimized joint spatial-spectral dimensional scanning strategy. Furthermore, the cross-attention mechanism enhances feature fusion and information extraction. The efficacy of our approach is demonstrated through comparisons with multiple benchmark methods for spectral reconstruction. Experimental results indicate that SR-CSCA achieves state-of-the-art performance in spectral reconstruction while maintaining a low computational cost. © 2024 IEEE.

With the rapid development of intelligent systems, Multi-Agent Systems (MAS) have shown unique advantages in solving complex decision-making problems. Particularly in the field of Multi-Agent Reinforcement Learning (MARL), Multiple agents can decompose complex tasks, process information and make decisions in parallel, share experiences, accelerate the learning process, and significantly improve decision quality and efficiency. This paper explores the theoretical underpinnings of MARL and its application to collaborative decision-making and analyzes practical cases in areas such as transportation system management, automated manufacturing, and smart grids. Additionally, it addresses challenges in strategy coordination, handling dynamic environments, and improving learning efficiency. This paper proposes several optimization strategies and introduces reservoir group optimization experiments. By comparing with single-agent algorithms, it verifies that multi-agent systems can coordinate multiple reservoirs, enhance convergence speed, and achieve higher power generation efficiency, demonstrating better practical application prospects. Improving Code Summarization With Tree Transformer Enhanced by Position-Related Syntax Complement

Code summarization aims to generate natural language (NL) summaries automatically given the source code snippet, which aids developers in understanding source code faster and improves software maintenance. Recent approaches using NL techniques in code summarization fall short of adequately capturing the syntactic characteristics of programming languages (PLs), particularly the position-related syntax, from which the semantics of the source code can be extracted. In this article, we present Syntax transforMer (SyMer) based on the transformer architecture where we enhance it with position-related syntax complement (PSC) to better capture syntactic characteristics. PSC takes advantage of unambiguous relations among code tokens in abstract syntax tree (AST), as well as the gathered attention on crucial code tokens indicated by its syntactic structure. The experimental results demonstrate that SyMer outperforms state-of-the-art models by at least 2.4% bilingual evaluation understudy (BLEU), 1.0% metric for evaluation of translation with explicit ORdering (METEOR) on Java benchmark, and 4.8% (BLEU), 5.1% (METEOR), and 3.2% recall-oriented understudy for gisting evaluation - longest common subsequence (ROUGE-L) on Python benchmark. © 2020 IEEE.

Graph Convolutional Networks (GCNs) have attracted considerable attention in the realm of human action recognition. However, conventional GCNs-based methods typically struggle to construct adjacency matrices that capture diverse semantics, thus leading to performance limitations. To tackle this issue, we propose the Echo Graph as a set of adjacency matrices, which includes both hierarchical and global graphs. Specifically, our hierarchical graph exploits the hierarchical information based on the selected central broadcast nodes, aggregating joints dispersed across considerable physical distances into a unified semantic space. The global graph we construct transcends the limitations imposed by physically defined topological structures, delving into comprehensive information exchange among nodes. Additionally, we propose node activation and hierarchical activation model. These activations aim to prominently highlight crucial nodes and edges for specific samples. Finally, we incorporate Margin ReLU distillation to improve computational efficiency and design a four-stream integration using only the joint and bone data streams from two central broadcast nodes. Based on the aforementioned components, we propose EchoGCN, capable of extracting representative skeleton features. Experimental results on three datasets (NTU-RGB+D 60, NTU-RGB+D 120, and NW-UCLA) demonstrate that our model achieves state-of-the-art performance. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2025.

Due to the limitations of current spectral imaging equipment in acquiring high-resolution hyperspectral images (HR-HSIs), a common approach is to fuse low-resolution hyperspectral images (LR-HSIs) with high-resolution multispectral images (HR-MSIs). However, most existing methods have not fully taken into account the correlation and discrepancy in modality between hyperspectral images (HSIs) and multispectral images (MSIs). To address this limitation, we propose an innovative spectral modality-aware interactive fusion network (SMIF-NET) for comprehensive extraction of spectral information and seamless feature fusion. First, we introduce the spectral modality-aware transformer (SMAT) with a dual-attention mechanism to compute spectral self-similarity and cross-spectral correlation. Second, we apply the interactive spatial-spectral feature fusion (IS2F2) to fuse the acquired high-level spectral and spatial features. This fusion technique combines spatial-wise and channel-wise squeeze and excitation to achieve seamless integration of spatial-spectral information. Finally, the extensive experiments on three datasets demonstrate the superior performance of SMIF-NET in both visual and quantitative assessments compared to eight state-of-the-art (SOTA) fusion-based methods. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2025.
