Based on the analysis of the diesel engine post-processing technology line, a DOC-DPF tail gas treatment device is proposed. The exhaust system of marine diesel engine is reformed, the particulate matter purification test is carried out in the exhaust system installation DOC-DPF tail gas treatment device, and the exhaust particulate matter of the marine diesel engine is detected by the automatic smoke tester and other instruments. The results show that the new ship exhaust particulate disposal device can effectively reduce particulate emissions from ship exhaust and is suitable for ships.

This paper introduces the classifications of bolted joints of prefabricated concrete shear wall structures. Then it summarizes the latest developments of such joints in foreign countries, and the current research status in China. At the same time, this paper will give a comprehensive evaluation from the perspective of safety and cost. Indoor air humidity (IAH) is one of the most important factors in the determination of in-door environmental conditions and thermal comfort. However, during the heating period in cold climates it has been reported that indoor relative humidity is often lower than 30%. This paper focused on indoor low air humidity and explored the solution to solve the issue based on a simple experiment. It was found that natural evaporation of water from the vertically wetted fiber fabric could effectively improve IAH. Both evaporation rate and evaporation quantity of water from wetted porous fiber fabric had significant influences on attainable maximum value of IAH. In addition, it was worth noting that the entire regulating process did not need to consume energy.

In describing the flow behaviors of ferrite and martensite phases in dual phase steels, a dislocation-based flow model without considering microstructure features was discussed and developed. The model indicates that the flow stress of individual phase was influenced by contents of chemical elements (e.g. Mn, P, Si, Cu, Ni, Cr, Mo, N ss and C) and ferrite grain size ( d α ). To verify the inhomogeneous flow behavior in microstructure, the flow curves of ferrite and martensite phases in multiple regions of DP600 steel were predicted. It was found that the flow behavior of individual phase varied significantly in microstructure and the difference was attributed to various microstructure variables (e.g. martensite volume fraction, carbon content and grain size). To achieve a precise description of the inhomogeneous flow behavior in microstructure, flow models of ferrite and martensite grains were proposed by considering microstructure variables. According to measured indentation yield strengths of different ferrite grains, their flow curves were obtained from the proposed model. The results indicate that different grains differed significantly in the flow curve and the difference was associated with grain features referring to grain size, grain shape and martensite distribution around ferrite grain.

Understanding the regional climate is an important part of architectural design. It contributes to make the concept of passive design that enables effective use of natural energy. It is especially necessary for the early stage of the design. It is essential from the viewpoint of the environmental concerns and the energy saving. In this paper, the characteristic of the climate is classified by the passive climate chart of 842 points in Japan. Moreover, it is examined that the relationship between the passive climate chart and passive design method. This study reveals that the passive climate chart is useful for passive design.
