Antibiotics play an important role in aquaculture. However, abuse will leave a high residue of high levels of antibiotic residues that can endanger the environment by spreading of water to neighboring ponds and lakes. Therefore, it is important to control the residues of antibiotics in the water environment, especially on the water surface. For that we must have a system to collect and monitor residues of antibiotics in the environment. This paper proposes a simulation model to track antibiotic residues along the river with aquaculture sites based on the cellular automata theory. The results are based on data on antibiotic residues collected in Hau River, O Mon district, Can Tho City.

As an important issue in signal processing field, filter design is essentially a multiple-parameter optimization problem. Because the searching process of pure simulated annealing is rather long, and pure genetic is easy to be premature convergent, combining the probabilistic jumping search ability of simulated annealing with genetic fast converge to some local minimum of the search space, this paper proposes an effective and easy-to-be implemented parallel annealing-genetic strategy for soft morphological filters design. According to the empirical results as well as comparison with conventional genetic and simulated annealing algorithms, the effective and global optimization ability of the proposed strategy are verified.

Stack filters are a class of nonlinear digital filters that satisfy a weak superposition property known as the threshold decomposition and stacking property. They have good performances of suppressing noises and preserving details. Their design is formulated as a course of optimizing PBF. This paper presents an ant colony-clonal selection algorithm for stack filters' optimizing. Under the MMAE criterion, the capability of the stack filters optimized by this method has been proven through simulation. And the results prove its advancing compared with the stack filters optimized by genetic algorithm, particle swarm algorithm and clonal selection algorithm.
