In recent years, with the continuous expansion of network communication scale, the types of niche protocols and various proprietary communication protocols are increasing day by day, but botnet and various network attacks have also emerged in endlessly. However, most of the commonly used network protocol recognition software uses a single method, and can only identify specific network data packets or data streams, the degree of automation is low, and the recognition accuracy is not high. In view of the above situation, this paper takes the bit flow protocol data frame as the research object, takes the multi-protocol recognition as the goal, and carries on the protocol feature recognition by comparing the data flow characteristics and the evaluation index. The features of the protocol to be detected are compared with the existing protocol features of the feature base, and the similarity between each protocol is judged. The extracted composite features are digitalized to generate 0-1 matrix, and clustering analysis is completed. The frame vector quantification algorithm of message data is designed and implemented to improve the clustering efficiency. The experimental results show that, compared with the traditional algorithm, the protocol eigenvector algorithm improves the accuracy by 15%, which can make the unknown protocol format be generated faster.

Due to advancements in imaging technique, artificial intelligence requires less human intervention for binary and multi-class decision making, which is suited for the availability of medical data. Furthermore, the precision of prediction and autonomous decision-making are valued. As a result, the focus of this review is on the use of AI in radiological decision-making. The theory underpinning imaging internal body components and their use for disease diagnosis is first introduced, followed by numerous radiological procedures.

Objective Secure communication based on chaotic lasers has gained significant attention in recent years due to its high speed and compatibility with existing fiber-optic networks. Vertical-cavity surface-emitting lasers (VCSELs) are promising candidates, offering a compact structure and low power consumption. However, VCSELs are constrained by chaotic bandwidth limitations induced by relaxation oscillations, which reduce the secure transmission rate. Existing methods for broadening the chaos bandwidth often rely on complex external perturbations, which may hinder system synchronization. We propose a simplified method for generating broadband chaos by utilizing the relaxation-oscillation-free polarization mode of VCSELs. Methods We present a novel approach for generating broadband chaos by utilizing the relaxation-oscillation-free polarization mode of VCSELs. The experimental setup (Fig. 1) employs a custom single-mode VCSEL with a wavelength of 1550 nm and no internal isolator. The laser is powered by a low-noise current source and is equipped with precise temperature control to ensure stable operation. Optical feedback is provided via a fiber mirror, with its intensity regulated by a variable optical attenuator. Polarization controllers are used to align the feedback polarization, directing X mode feedback to the X mode and Y mode feedback to the Y mode. The output signals are separated into X+Y, X, and Y modes using polarization beam splitters. The spectral, temporal, and dynamic properties of the VCSEL are analyzed using an optical spectrum analyzer, a high-speed oscilloscope, and an electrical spectrum analyzer. Key parameters, including bias current and feedback strength, are systematically varied and optimized to investigate their effects on chaos generation, with the aim of identifying the optimal conditions for achieving broadband chaos with the desired characteristics. This paper investigates the construction of QAM Golay complementary sequence pairs (CSPs) based on standard binary Golay–Davis–Jedwab (GDJ) CSPs. In order to guarantee that the proposed construction produces QAM Golay CSPs, a sufficient condition that the coefficients of offsets should satisfy is developed, which is fit for finding all the coefficients by a computer. In particular, all the coefficients of offsets over the 64- and 256-QAM constellations are given. The proposed construction includes Zeng’s and Ma et al.’s ones as special cases. The inputs of resultant sequence pairs are binary signals rather than quaternary ones, which means that the resulting sequences are fit for such QAM systems that merely depend on binary inputs. The obtained QAM Golay CSPs can be applied to orthogonal frequency division multiplexing systems so as to reduce peak envelope power of their signals.

Based on the coupling scattering mechanism between the ship and sea surface, a scattering signature modeling method of sea-surface target for bi-static imaging radar is proposed, considering the modulation effects of sea-surface forcing to ship targets. The bi-static scattering signature signal for sea-surface target is modeled, in conjunction with high frequency asymptotic techniques for electromagnetic (EM) scattering calculation, the multi-path EM scattering model, the time-evolving complex reflection coefficient model and the ship motion dynamics. The time-varying scattering signatures for a typical ship on time-evolving sea-surface are simulated and analyzed. © 2019 IEEE.

B397 of the good concealment, the application of DSSS signals are more and more attractive in underwater acoustic (UWA) communication. While for UWA communication countermeasure system, blind detection of non-cooperative UWA DSSS signals is the first and essential step. A software for non-cooperative UWA DSSS signals detection is developed based on LabVIEW, which integrates power spectrum method, cepstrum method, autocorrelation method and corresponding improved methods. With the help of acquisition card and acoustic transducer, many functions can be implemented such as real-time acquisition and storage, detection processing and the results display for the received signals. What's more, different detection methods can be independently or jointly used by arbitrarily adjusting the display and control interface in real time. © 2018 IEEE.

T400 conventional underwater acoustic (UWA) wakeup signals detection methods for both underwater cooperative nodes and non-cooperative nodes are FFT based signal detection and matched-filtered based signal detection. While there is a big performance degradation of these conventional frequency-offset sensitive methods due to the relative motion between nodes, complex underwater noise environment, channel time-varying and other interference sources. This paper proposes a dynamic time warping (DTW) algorithm to detect the wake-up signal in UWA communication networks, which is frequency-offset insensitive and performs better than the conventional methods in severe frequency-offset environment by simulations based on the true UWA channel measured from sea trial. © 2018 IEEE.

The wargame deduction is the application of wargame. It refers to the use of boards and wargame pieces representing the battlefield and its military power, or based on the virtual battlefield environment and force of the computer, based on military rules and probability theory, simulating war confrontation. The process deduction and evaluation optimization of the combat plan is an activity that uses wargame to simulate war and is a tool for combat simulation. In this paper, the actual or assumed situation is used to simulate the military actions of two or more opposing parties. The deep reinforcement learning and exploration strategy is used to improve the realistic function of the wargame simulation and the deductive pushability function, and systematically study the wargame technology. Advancing operational decision-making and military training has certain practical and strategic significance.

W399 the development of underwater acoustic communications (UWAC), jamming methods for UWAC becomes much more attentive in communication countermeasure system. Direct sequence spread spectrum (DSSS) signal as a way of reliable covert communications is widely used for UWA channels. In this paper, single-tone jamming, narrowband jamming and correlated jamming based on PN code PSK modulation for UWA DSSS communication system are compared under different signal-to-noise ratio first, which assumes that the jammer knows perfect parameters in DSSS signal. Besides, performance of the above three jamming methods are compared by simulations under the blind estimates of carrier frequency, chip length, period of PN code and PN code itself, which demonstrates the influence of the estimation error on these jamming methods. © 2018 IEEE.

Wargame can effectively improve the fidelity and efficiency of combat deduction, and has the ability to solve complex military problems. It is theoretical and military significance to carry out the research on the development and application of computer wargame system. In this paper, the method of knowledge representation and reasoning of fuzzy Petri nets is applied to the strategy of wargame deduction. The characteristics of the graphs are used to represent different variables with different symbols, which can form a concise PN map. This PN map can be used for the force representation and reasoning strategy in the wargame system. The results show that the Petri net-based knowledge representation and reasoning algorithm is very effective for the wargame strategy.
