One of the important factors effect of detection result is temperature. To improve the accuracy and efficiency of coal and gas outburst prediction, the principal component analysis was combined with radial basis function neural network for the prediction of the situation of coal and gas outburst in this paper. The impact factors of coal and gas outburst in a coal mine are the object of the study. Principal component analysis method was used to extract the principal component factors, and then the large contribution of three principal components was selected to replace the original nine factors, with the main ingredient as an input parameter radial basis function neural network. Coal and gas outburst is divided into four levels to build predictive models of coal and gas outburst. 16 outstanding groups of typical samples of the neural network prediction model were selected for training, and three groups of testing samples were tested with trained neural network prediction model, with results showing that projections are consistent with the actual situation.

The conventional Mie-scattering calculation has been widely used for spherical particles existed in a vacuum and homogeneous nonabsorbing medium. The paper investigates the radiative properties of particles existed in absorbing medium, including light absorption, extinction efficiencies, scattering efficiencies and so on. This study presents milk fat globule in ethyl acetate solution (EAS) and monoethanolamine (MEA) solution including their complex refractive index. The complex refractive index of milk fat globules at 20 °C was measured at 633 nm and was calculated to be 1.46+0.000005i, the complex refractive of EAS was measured at 633nm and was separately calculated to be 1.476 + 0.0005583169i. We considered the calculation difference of the efficiency factors by comparing results from inherent efficiencies and apparent efficiencies of milk fat globule in absorbing medium by simulation in MATALAB. By simulation it is proved that the light scattering by globules is affected by absorbing medium, so modifying Mie scattering calculation is necessary.

This paper jointly investigates the problem of duty cycle adjustment and the slot allocation in the time division multiple access (TDMA)- based wireless sensor network systems. In this proposed Markov Fuzzy Medium Access control (MaFuMAC) protocol, the duty cycles of the nodes are adjusted by the hidden Markov model, and the slots in the TDMA channel are assigned to the nodes in the cluster, based on the fuzzy slot priority (FSP) function. The FSP function is computed by using the parameters such as weighting function, queue length and delay factor of the individual nodes for achieving the conflict-free scheduling. The simulation results of the proposed approach significantly improve the life time of the nodes in the network with less energy utilization and delay.
