In this research, an approach is described that emphasized using visualization to teach synthetically experiment course. This research discusses the multi-lessons and synthetically education, the way the visualization experiment course overcome the difficulties in organizing teaching contents is used true research items stemmed from teachers. This approach includes allowing the students to select their own choice of accomplishing circuit board manufacture, teaching all signal collection, data acquisition, signal process with the help of conceptual visualization based on Matlab, making the students to come up with hand drawn mathematical result before they start simulation, motivating student searching for new algorithms leading to the creation of the system.

To measure protein coagulation process in soybean curd making, studied light side scatter and transmission responses, and designed a detecting system which was used to test by optic fiber. It was made up of LED light source, optic fiber, sample cell, light density measurement circuit and appropriate computer system. Firstly, used optic fiber to collect the weak reflection light density, and amplified the weak light density signal by circuit, then processed and analyzed it by computer. The experiment shows that the optical correlation of protein coagulation could be developed and obtain stable and reliable repeatability test results.

Light scattering approach and optical measuring instrument are the most popular system in the protein aggregation detection, especially in the therapeutic and diagnostic protein industry. Microsoft windows based software written in Matlab was developed as a teaching/research tool for designing light particle instrument and detection systems. This software incorporates information for lots of optical parameters, formulas and methods. There is a choice among 3 light scattering system design style. The software output includes advising parameter of light particle instrument and detection system, intensity of light scattering at some angle, characteristic curves of light scattering style. The software also provides the capability of visualizing the design layout and performs numerical computation to analyze the experimental data.

In cooperative spectrum sensing, more secondary user makes more opportunity for detecting the vacant spectrums, which resulting the spectrum utilization improved, however much bandwidth would be occupied for sending the local observation results, inducing the reduced secondary throughput. In this paper, an adaptive algorithm for selecting detection threshold was proposed, where the maximized secondary throughput can always be achieved while assuring sufficient protection to primary user, regardless of the number of sensing users in cognitive radio networks. Theoretical analysis and simulation results validate the proposed scheme.

Spectrum sensing is one of the key issues in cognitive radio networks. Most of previous work concenates on sensing the spectrum in a single spectrum band. In this paper, we propose a spectrum sensing sequence prediction scheme for cognitive radio networks with multiple spectrum bands to decrease the spectrum sensing time and increase the throughput of secondary users. The scheme is based on recent advances in computational learning theory, which has shown that prediction is synonymous with data compression. A Ziv-Lempel data compression algorithm is used to design our spectrum sensing sequence prediction scheme. The spectrum band usage history is used for the prediction in our proposed scheme. Simulation results show that the proposed scheme can reduce the average sensing time and improve the system throughput significantly.
