Automatic positioning system for big crane-form pipeline is mainly to achieve the precise positioning of circular opening and big crane-form pipeline, and it's also the auxiliary system of achieving automatic loading. In order to speed up the positioning and improve its precision, the system is designed to use a combined method of infrared and machine vision;infra-red is used to quickly positioning, while template matching and circle center detection are used to precise positioning. The system transmits the data of position of circular opening to PLC through serial port. And then, the big crane-form pipeline is controlled to backward, forward, lower and transport oil by PLC. The positioning of the system is precise and express.

A new active traffic signal control priority strategy was proposed based on the traffic signal control and bus rapid transit(BRT) priority investigation of which combined with optimized fixed-timing, green extension-red truncation and phase skipping. Multi-modes control was used according to the study of signal controlled isolated intersection BRT priority passage control methods. Phase skipping control mode was used in the light traffic flow. While Green extension-red truncation control mode was used in the moderate traffic flow and optimized fixed-timing control mode was used in the heavy traffic flow. For based on the condition of normal traffic is not influenced, the proposed method can effectively reduce the delay time of intersection average person of BRT, per BRT delay time and BRT stopped time. © Copyright.

Integrated method of detection and estimation for the traffic flow based on Kalman filtering was proposed by introducing the new traffic detection technology-radio frequency identification devices(RFID). With the demands of traffic information collection in CVIS (cooperative vehicle infrastructure systems), the detection technique and data processing method become more and more important in the period of the internet of things (IOT). Compared with the traditional traffic information collecting technology, the RFID technology has many advantages such as: higher accuracy, lower interference and it can achieve the real-time traffic flow data collection reliably with lower cost. Based on the test data of Qingyang road in Lanzhou, the vehicle with RFID card was simulated by VISSIM(a microscopic traffic flow simulation system developed by PTV company in Germany) and the model is verified to conduct the traffic flow detection and estimate effectively. © Copyright.

Combat multiple access interference(MAI) and near-far effect, to some degree, BP neural network can be better suppression interference, because of its use of the least squares method, prone to local minimum. In this paper, instead of using the MMSE algorithm for least squares and the addition of a new kind of constraints, and gain iterative formula of BP neural network blind multiuser detection algorithm, to achieve the blind multi-user detection, Simulation results indicate: with constraints BP-MMSE algorithm has better convergence properties and lower bit-error ration, to some extent, Certain limits on the effective suppression of multiple access interference, also has an effective capability against near-far effect. © 2010 IEEE.

The optimal control for CooPerative control of multi-motor drive system is considered. A multi-motor drive model with disturbances is presented. Firstly, the Mathematical model of the cooPerative control of multi-motor drive system is formulated. Then, the finite horizontal feedforward and feedback optimal active control law are designed by introducing a disturbance compensation term, which can be obtained by solving matrix Riccati equation and special matrix equation. The control design method is easy to implement. © 2010 IEEE.

We consider an optimal control problem of MIMO systems affected by external disturbances with known dynamic characteristics but unknown initial conditions based on stability degree constraint. The objective is to find an optimal control , by which the cost function minimum and the state with the optimal control having a higher mean-square convergence rate can be obtained. A feedforward and feedback optimal control law is derived from a Riccati equation and a Matrix equation. We give the existence and uniqueness conditions of the feedforward and feedback optimal control law, and present an actualizing algorithm of solving the optimal control law. Finally, a practical example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the theory. © 2010 IEEE.

Wireless channel capacity is an important indicator for a measure of mobile communications network to accommodate the largest number of users. The analysis and study on MIMO channels capacity is benifit to network's construction and optimization. This paper gives three kinds of channel capacity equation when different power allocation is adopted, especially deduces approximate expression of MIMO channel capacity in low SNR. Theory of wireless communication and matrix is applied to deducing conclusion. Channel capacity can be improved and complexity of computing is reduced in different situations. © 2010 IEEE.

The transmission eigenvalue problem has important applications in inverse scattering theory. In this paper, based on the series solutions for the Hemholtz equation, we derived the solutions for the Maxwell's transmission eigenproblem using the spherical Bessel functions on balls. Numerical results are presented for the lowest several transmission eigenvalues. The result provides valuable insight and can be used as a benchmark problem for numerical computation on more general domains. ©2010 IEEE.

Waveguides are structures consisting of geometrically identical subdomains, usually called periodic cells which have many practical applications, for example, optical communications, filters, lasers, and microwaves. Finite element based approaches for infinite periodic structures have one fundamental restriction. The finite element mesh on opposite sides of the cell must be exactly the same, i.e., a periodic mesh. In this paper, we consider a novel finite element meshing method for calculation of waveguide band structures. In particular, we propose a simple mapping scheme to generate periodic mesh. We first map the periodic cell to a closed domain such that the periodic cell are glued together in the new domain. Then we can apply mesh generation schemes to obtain a regular triangular mesh. This mesh is mapped back to the periodic cell such that the nodes and edges on the periodic boundaries are matched. ©2010 IEEE.

Multi-components Linear Frequency-Modulated (LFM) signal of emitter recognition is everywhere in signal environments in practice, it is important to recognize it for electronic intelligence. To effectively detect and recognize multi-component LFM emitter signals, a new emitter signal analysis method based on the complex Independent Component Analysis(ICA), second-order time moments and Wigner-Hough transform(WHT) (ISW) was proposed. The idea which was adopted to this method was the time-domain separation, the LFM signal and noise discrimination and time-frequency analysis. In the low SNR cases, the problem which is generally plagued by noised of feature extraction of multi-component LFM signal based on Wigner-Hough transform is overcome. Compared to the traditional method of time-frequency analysis, the computer simulation results show that the proposed method for the multi-component LFM signal separation and feature extraction was better. © 2010 Crown.
