In order to solve the implementation efficiency problem of the network information system security policy, an improved object-oriented Rete algorithm and network structure model are proposed. The control methods of the nodes and tokens in the matching algorithm with the pattern join order are studied, that core idea is to use the separate matches to construct matching tree dynamically based on content for achieving significantly reduce the computational results. The improved object-oriented Rete optimize network structure based on the extended Rete class structure is proposed. Result shows that the algorithm and network structure can effectively improve the efficiency of system implementation.

The approximation design problem of linear quadratic composite control for singularly perturbed time-delay system is considered. Based on the slow-fast decomposition theory of singular perturbation, the original optimal control problem is decomposed into a fast subproblem without time-delay and a slow time-delay subproblem. To obtain the numerical solution of optimal control law of the slow subproblem, the two-point boundary value problem is first transformed into a new one formulated by state and delay compensation vectors, and then the shooting method is used to solve the problem. Further, the composite control law of the original problem is obtained. Numerical example is presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

This paper considers the optimal output feedback control problem for MIMO (Multiple Input Multiple Output) systems affected byexternal disturbances. The optimal disturbance rejection control law in finite-time and infinite horizon form are first proposed by using the solutions of a Riccati equation and a Sylvester equation. We give the existence and uniqueness conditions of the optimal output law, and construct an observer to estimate the state variables x(t), by using the signal of input variables u(t) and output variablesy(t). Then we achieve the optimal disturbances rejection control law by using the estimated value of state variable for feedforward and feedback control. Finally, a practical example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the theory.

This paper presents a new video compression technique which is based on adaptive vector quantization of multiwavelet coefficients. Three types of redundancies that are common in video sequences are spatial, temporal and psycho visual redundancies. In this work, the spatial redundancy is minimized using Multiwavelet transform, temporal redundancy is minimized using Kite Cross Diamond Search motion estimation algorithm, and the psycho visual redundancy is minimized using adaptive vector quantization technique. The objective of the paper is to develop a low bit rate video coder with acceptable visual quality. The performance of the proposed scheme is compared with wavelet based video coder. Simulation results show that multiwavelet based adaptive vector quantization gives better coding performance than wavelet based adaptive vector quantization scheme.
