Background: The motorized spindle preload tech.ology is one of the motorized spindle key tech.ologies, and adjusting the preload according to the working conditions can effectively improve the dynamic performance of the motorized spindle and enhance the machining accuracy. Objectives: Review the preload mechanism development, introduce various preload mechanisms, and show research status in recent years. Then to explore and predict the future development of preload tech.ology through the analysis of the overall preload mechanism. Methods: Search for different kinds of patents and literature about spindle preload structure in recent years. Through structural research and comparison with the traditional preload mechanism, to review the structure principle of various preload mechanisms at the present stage, then shown the advantages and disadvantages of each structure. Result: According to the patents and research of the preload mechanism in recent years, classification introduced the piezoelectric ceramic preload device, electromagnetic preload device, and hydraulic preload device, and so on. Introduce their advantages and existing problems in detail, then comprehensively compare the advantages and disadvantages of various mechanisms in control and mechanism. Finally, discuss the prospects and development directions of preload tech.ology. Conclusion: With the further development of tech.ology, high-precision products have higher requirements for machine tools, such as low latency, low heat generation, high efficiency, and long life. People use electromagnetic force, air pressure, hydraulic pressure, and other methods, to control the magnitude of the preload, maintain the performance of the motorized spindle at a high level. Compared with the traditional quantitative preload, their applicable working conditions are more extensive and accuracy is higher. Aiming at effectively identifyingthe different particle sizes of single particlesof the same kind and eliminating the interference of redundant and noise components in the light scatteringsignals, this paper puts forward a single particle size detection method by processing the light scatteringsignalsof particleswith blind source *** shown in the test results, the research object, a single-spherical PTFEpellet(4μm in particle size), contains noise and redundant angular intensity scattering signals. The scattering signals are decomposed into by empirical mode 8 components, which respectively serve as the virtual multi-source signals for blind source *** redundant noises in different channels are removed by the ICA algorithm to produce the noiseless and non-redundant light scattering signals. Such signals bear the information on the type of particles, and provide a reliable signal source for further, accurate measurement of particle size. It is demonstrated in the simulation experiment and the engineering example that the blind source separation method not only applies to identification of signal source, but also reduces the noise, improves the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of the signal, and suppresses the interference in the light scattering signals from redundant and nose components.

Personnel localization algorithm of prison supervision system based on RFID

The particularity of the prison decides the importance of its security system, and how to improve the accuracy of personnel positioning for prison monitoring system is the problem to be solved to realize intelligent prison monitoring management. RFID positioning tech.ology with non line-of-sight transmission and large transmission range is widely applied in the personnel positioning system. RFID tech.ology is used to design the monitoring and management system of prison in this paper. The Trilateral Ranging Method was adopted to realize personnel positioning. RSSI positioning algorithm its tech.ology is relatively simple was adopted when calculating the trilateral distance and correcting the errors in order to improve the positioning precision. Simulation test results show that the positioning precision for the distance between a single reader and the tag is increased by 2.17% on average, up to 4.54% after the error correction. The personnel location coordinates, X direction average error is 2.96%, average error is 3.12%, Y direction, and meeting the requirements of the system design. © 2016 SERSC.

From perspective of magnetite iron core inductive sensor, iron grade’s quick detecting method for magnetite is given. Sensing mechanism of the sensor is analyzed. Magnetic field model is built, and numerical analytic expressions are given among magnetic induction intensity, inductance value and induced electromotive force of the iron core inductive sensor. By using the finite element energy method, numerical model of inductance of cylindrical solenoid iron core winding is solved. Boundary conditions are set according to geometric characteristics of the winding, and adopting ANSYS finite element analysis software, simulation models for windings of the iron grade sensor are built;influence regulations of changing of self-inductance coefficients of the winding on output inductance value of the sensor are gotten, furthermore, optimal combination of self-inductance coefficients of structure of the magnetite core inductance sensor is determined. The research lays foundation for ultimate realization of real-time monitoring of iron grade for the magnetite. © 2015 Taylor & Francis Group, London.

Fundamental frequency tracking of distorted power signal based on the improved EKF algorithm

To reduce the impacts of harmonics and noises on frequency measurements, a novel method of frequency tracking is presented based on improved EKF algorithm and wavelet transform. Firstly, the power signal was preprocessed to extract the fundamental wave by wavelet filtering. Then, an improved Extended Kalman Filter was introduced to achieve fast and accurate frequency tracking. By adding a robust factor and modifying the covariance matrix in real time, it enhanced the stability for detecting distorted signals. The proposed tracking algorithm can effectively solve the problems of traditional Extended Kalman Filter such as lack of adaptability, instability and divergence. And it improved the tracking speed and accuracy. Finally, Detailed simulations on several typical models of power signals have been carried out and the Simulation results shown that the new algorithm increases the speed, convergence and accuracy. It effectively suppresses the impacts of harmonics and noises on the frequency tracking results. © 2015 SERSC.

For the problem of electrical energy measurement could not be united under the condition of non-stationary distortion signals, in the paper, the functionals series was used to modeling the signals. Firstly, the Wiener kernel of nonlinear load was acquired;the output signal of nonlinear load was expressed using functionals series under the condition of sinusoidal excitation;and then, we used the wavelet transform to processed and acquired component of fundamental and distortion;and though the acquisition component of voltage and current, we analyzed the power flow of nonlinear load, and according the result of power flow, we proposed a new method of active power measurement. The simulation result shows that the result of theoretical analysis is the same as the new method, and the new method of electric energy measurement based on the functional series can achieve the reasonable electrical energy measurement. © 2015 SERSC.

At present,the process of detecting the sample of the lactose detection method is very complicated due to the strict operation condition,long operation time and expensive *** the nature of lactose that can rotate the plane of polarization of plane-polarized,a lactose concentration detecting device is *** device consists of an experiment platform,a photoelectric receiving and converting module,a data processing module,and a LCD ***,polarizer,detector tube,analyzer and photocell are placed on the experiment *** test results show that the performance of the detection device is stable and the error is less than 10% through multiple measure on different solutions at different *** advantage of the device is mainly manifested in its low cost,compact structure,light weight,small volume,fast response speed,and the convenient operation.

The current test system for electrical parameters of relay, mainly with the 51 series MCU as the central processing unit, peripheral components are various, running speed is limited, and judging the failure of relay only rely on testing the contact resistance exceeds the standard or not, testing parameter is single. Foreign tech.ology on research and development of test system for relay's electrical parameters is mature, but the cost is higher. Thus, in this paper, we study a kind of test system for relay's electrical parameters with STM32 MCU as the central processing unit, which can realize to test the relay's electrical parameters such as coil resistance, contact resistance, suction voltage, release voltage, suction time, release time, arc time and so on. This paper mainly discusses the design principle and hardware structure, finally obtained test data by the experiment, the data show that the test system has the advantages of fast running, stable performance, simple design, and has a certain market value.

In OFDM system, error correction coding is essential to ensure the effective and reliable transmission in channels of various types of data. This paper mainly focus on cascading coding of RS codes, interweaving and QC-LDPC codes, using this encoding with OFDM system to construct new COFDM system. The paper also research about the structure of COFDM system and the performance of the concatenated code. Using Matlab to simulate the result from several aspects such as encoding, length of code, bit rate, decoding mode and different channels. The result has shown the promotion of the new concatenated coding in COFDM system compared with the traditional coding system. © 2015 SERSC.

The verification of physiological model of SEMG based on wavelet decomposition

The decomposition methods of surface electromyogram (SEMG) signals are mainly based on independent component analysis, blind source separation and the neural network. Because actual signals are the decomposition faced to single-guide signals, so the neural network decomposition method has more advantage. In this paper, we improve the composition of neural network based on the generation principle and decomposition significance of SEMG, and use this network to decompose the signal and to obtain a higher accuracy through the experimental data above. Beside, under medium-low shrinkage level the decomposition algorithm can successfully extract the dissemination information of motor unit action potentials in SEMG. © 2015 SERSC.
