In this paper,the real-time measurement method of the moisture content of iron concentrate is studied,and the realtime monitoring of the water content of iron concentrate is realized by using the *** moisture sensing mechanism of capacitive moisture sensor is discussed,and the scheme of measuring moisture content based on MPS430 microcontroller is *** this basis,the mathematical model of the relationship between the water and moisture content of iron concentrate is set up by the sample configuration,experimental data collecting,analysis and *** feasibility of the method of measuring the water content of iron concentrate by using the AM2305 is demonstrated.

According to the status measurement method of fine iron powder,we design an improved detection method to test grade of fine iron *** implement the function of on-line detection for fine iron *** method adopts the principle of balancing coil detection *** design and debug sensor and test circuit of the grade of fine iron *** realizes the different grade of fine iron powder is corresponding different response voltage *** through the amplifying circuit and rectifying filter circuit we can get the signal of DC voltage,so as to complete the information acquisition the iron grade of the fine iron powder.

In order to achieve aims of rapid real-time monitoring iron grade during sales process or mineral processing for the iron ores, a quick detection approach to magnetic iron grade of magnetite based on electromagnetic induction is explored in the paper. Information acquisition head is focused on an iron grade sensor, and the iron grade sensor is made up of coil-windings with magnetite core. Information acquisition circuits are given adapting mode of the transformer bridge type rectifier, and construction of the head is designed and machined. Testing mechanism is analyzed from the angle of magnetic field analysis, and the magnetic field model is also built up. Furthermore, magnetic iron grade of some testing samples are measured by the detection device above. It is showed that when the grade range of the magnetic iron of magnetite is varied from 20% to 65.3%, deviation is lower than 1.0%. By research above, it is shown that the detection method of iron grade based on electromagnetic induction is feasible, and it is also significant for improving the total testing level of mineral processing fields. © (2014) Trans tech.Publications, Switzerland.

There are advantages such as real time, quick, multi-constituents simultaneous measurement, green and no pollution, and so on, of using near infrared spectral method to detect concentration information of dairy products constituents. From time domain and frequency domain, near infrared spectral data mining methods based on orthogonality were separately researched to realize noise filtering and useful information extracting. For milk spectrum, methods in the time domain including Orthogonal Signal Correction and Direct Orthogonalization, Wavelet Transform de-noising method in the frequency domain, were separately explored and used in spectral preprocessing, PLS method was used to build calibration model, and processing effect of different data mining methods was compared with and analyzed. It is showed that in the time domain, using the orthogonality methods to make data mining for milk spectrum, the complex interfering signal and noise information uncorrelated with the measured constituents can be can reduced effectively, and the correlated information with the measured constituents is reserved in maximal limitation, prediction capability of calibration model is improved, furthermore, the Orthogonal Signal Correction method is better than the Direct Orthogonalization method, moreover, in the frequency domain, wavelet de-noising is better than the orthogonality methods within the time domain. © (2014) Trans tech.Publications, Switzerland.

In order to realize the online monitoring for iron grade of the magnetite during the dressing process, an iron grade fast measurement method based on electromagnetic induction is given, critical segment of the method is to make the iron grade information acquisition by adopting an iron ore core inductance sensor. Magnetic field analysis for iron ore core inductors of the sensor is explored in the paper. Taking a magnetite in certain regions of Liaoning as the test typical sample examples, physicochemical properties of its raw ore are analyzed, the iron ore samples are prepared and made, and the dressing process are completed. Ferromagnetics features of the magnetite samples above is analyzed, magnetic field distribution of the iron ore core inductor is analyzed, and analytic calculation formula of the magnetic fields is derived. Theory of solving the inductance of iron ore core inductor adopting finite element method of energy is discussed. Furthermore, total finite element design for the iron ore core inductor is made;distribution of electromagnetic field is analyzed. Influence regulations of self-inductance coefficients of the inductor are obtained, thus, the optimal combination of structural parameters of the inductor are designed. There is important practical significance to realize the iron grade testing automation for magnetite and other iron ores of the thesis research above. © (2014) Trans tech.Publications, Switzerland.

One of the important factors effect of detection result is temperature. This article will explore the detection process temperature affect the test results and the fuzzy PID tech.ology to achieve a milk protein detection process of constant temperature, in order to improve detection accuracy.

To improve the accuracy and efficiency of coal and gas outburst prediction, the principal component analysis was combined with radial basis function neural network for the prediction of the situation of coal and gas outburst in this paper. The impact factors of coal and gas outburst in a coal mine are the object of the study. Principal component analysis method was used to extract the principal component factors, and then the large contribution of three principal components was selected to replace the original nine factors, with the main ingredient as an input parameter radial basis function neural network. Coal and gas outburst is divided into four levels to build predictive models of coal and gas outburst. 16 outstanding groups of typical samples of the neural network prediction model were selected for training, and three groups of testing samples were tested with trained neural network prediction model, with results showing that projections are consistent with the actual situation.

In order to solve the difficulties existing in course of complex system reliability modeling, a novel method was proposed in this paper. According to the analysis sequence, from FMEA to FTA to BN, a BN can be constructed by making full use of the helpful information in the results of FMEA and FTA. The reliability of complex system can be analyzed based on uncertainty-expression ability and bidirectional-reasoning ability of BN. For demonstrating the effectiveness of this method, aim at the failures of gears in wind turbine gearbox, a BN for system reliability analysis was constructed. © (2014) Trans tech.Publications, Switzerland.

Dynamic cutting force will induce vibrations in hardened steel precision turning process. The dynamic cutting force in the process of turning was studied, and the dynamic cutting force model of hardened steel precision turning system was set;Based on DEFORM-3D software, a three-dimensional model of hardened steel turning was established by pre-set some fluctuations workpiece geometry;the turning test of hardened steel GCr15 in CAK6150DI lathe by using PCBN cutting tools, simulation and experimental results show that the high-speed precision turning will produce strip and sawtooth chip morphology;the maximum cutting force of hardened steel precision turning is the radial cutting force, which is greater than the main cutting force;cutting forces have a larger amount of fluctuation, which can reach 30% -55%. This research will provide a theoretical basis for related study on the vibration of the hardened steel turning process. © (2014) Trans tech.Publications, Switzerland.
