The Mie series has very important applications in electromagnetics(including optics).We employ a formulation for the Mie series which relies more on the derivatives of Legendre polynomials than Bessel *** formulas for derivatives related to Legendre polynomials are derived to realize the Mie series conveniently and to avoid treating special angles.

Precise instrument and high-precision machining require increasingly higher measurement precision. At present, the precision of grating Moir fringes measurement is not high. In this article, based on the original theory of signal subdivision, parallel measurement of coarse subdivision and fine subdivision was used to study signal subdivision tech.ology of grating sensor. Compared with traditional methods, it has high resolution and fast response time. By constructing a tangent function, fine subdivision solved the problem of non-linear output signal, and finally completed the 1024 subdivision of the signal of grating sensor. Therefore, the research has practical reference value in improving subdivision times and resolution of the signal of the grating sensor. © 2011 IEEE.

this paper introduces a method of image encryption algorithm which was improved. Chaotic sequence is generated by the Logistic chaos mapping [1. Image encryption is realized by gray value of substitutes and pixel position scrambling. Encryption algorithm and decryption algorithm use Matlab to simulate image. The results proved the feasibility of the proposed algorithm. © 2011 IEEE.

In this paper, a numeral recognition algorithm based on certain characteristic invariants is presented. The invariant feature is represented here by projective invariant. Corrections are not needed during extraction and calculation of this projective invariants. Reconstruction can be carried out directly on two-dimensional images. The images need to be pre-processed. Feature points are then extracted. Using the coplanar five-point cross-ratio, we can then calculate the invariant features. When compared with the template databases, the distance between the invariance sequences are calculated. If the distance is no more than 0.08, we will then accept the result as a correct recognation. Experimental results show that this method can effectively overcome the deformation ambiguity caused by tilted numerals so that these numerals can be correctly recognized. © 2011 IEEE.

In this paper, a new type of fiber Bragg grating (FBG) sensor matching demodulation system based on piezoelectric ceramic (PZT) is designed. Through the micro displacement of phase-sensitive detector (PSD)'s displacement feedback signal counterproductive in PZT, a closed-loop control system can be formed, with the function of driving, detecting and compensating. This system effectively solves some influences on the control precision of micro-displacement produced by the hysteresis nonlinearity and creep properties of PZT, and improves the demodulating accuracy of the demodulating system greatly. © 2011 IEEE.

PTS algorithm is an effective method to reduce the peak-to-average power ratio of OFDM system. However, it needs a special channel to transmit side information. So, grouped phase control method based on PTS tech.ology has been proposed to improve it. In order to replace the PTS side information, the new algorithm inserted phase control coding sequences into grouped sub-carries at the transmitter, and at the same time it used pseudorandom sequence mapping method to group these subcarriers. At the receiver, phase rotation factors of every subcarrier were correctly recognized by the inserted phase control information. The new method simplified PTS-OFDM system construction, saved frequency resource and reduced bit error rate. Simulation results showed that new algorithm could not only enhance the reliability of the system, but also could improve peak-to-average power ratio performance. © 2011 IEEE.

An important issue in the classification of electromyography signals is the classifier design. For surface electromyography signals in the acquisition process of serious interference by the noise, in particular frequency electrical interference, we use the zero mean of the electromyography signals and the whole cycle of filtering, obtain effective extraction of the electromyography signals characteristics. we compared the whole period of Electromyography signals filtering and f non-whole period filtering for hand acting, obtains the whole period of electromyography signals filtering to suppress interference is a very effective method. The way of electromyography signals feature extraction provides a simple, fast and practical method and lay the foundation for follow-up electromyography signals multi-action recognition. © 2011 IEEE.

The real time property of fieldbus network is very important to industrial control system, and the scheduling method of real-time information is an important factor that influences the real time property of fieldbus network. According to industrial real-time applications, a node produces a variety of information which have different requirements for real-time characteristics, the mixed service strategies scheduling method has been presented. This method makes the information scheduling process have the real-time property and without losing its flexibility. The results of simulation show that, compared with the traditional way of using a single service rule, the mixed service rule makes the transmission delay time of real-time information reduced by 50.00%53.75%. © 2011 IEEE.

The real time property of fieldbus is very important to industrial control system. The transmission time delay is an important factor that influences the real time property of fieldbus. Starting from the medium access control mechanism of PROFIBUS, the PROFIBUS simplified transmission time delay formulas were given, and one of the important factors that influence message transmission time delay message block time, has been deeply analyzed. According to the relation of the address of the node which tries to send message with the node which owns the token, PROFIBUS message block time mathematical model was proposed, and the correctness of the mathematical model has been validated by the simulation. The conclusion of this paper will provide the theoretic reference basis for the further study on the real time property of PROFIBUS. © 2011 IEEE.

This paper deals with the method of simulating sea wave for decreasing its disturbance in the watercraft navigating. Firstly the ITTC two-parameter spectrum is selected as the power spectrum of sea wave to be simulated. Secondly the selected power spectrum is approximated by the rational spectrum and its coefficients are calculated by least squares method. Finally the shaping filter is concluded and the simulated sea wave is obtained by inputting white noise to the shaping filter. The spectrum analysis by Welch verifies the simulated sea wave. Without loss of generality, this method is practical in engineering and important for the operating parameters of watercraft prediction and filtering, the forcast of sea wave and marine dynamic positioning. © 2011 IEEE.
