Background: The motorized spindle preload tech.ology is one of the motorized spindle key tech.ologies, and adjusting the preload according to the working conditions can effectively improve the dynamic performance of the motorized spindle and enhance the machining accuracy. Objectives: Review the preload mechanism development, introduce various preload mechanisms, and show research status in recent years. Then to explore and predict the future development of preload tech.ology through the analysis of the overall preload mechanism. Methods: Search for different kinds of patents and literature about spindle preload structure in recent years. Through structural research and comparison with the traditional preload mechanism, to review the structure principle of various preload mechanisms at the present stage, then shown the advantages and disadvantages of each structure. Result: According to the patents and research of the preload mechanism in recent years, classification introduced the piezoelectric ceramic preload device, electromagnetic preload device, and hydraulic preload device, and so on. Introduce their advantages and existing problems in detail, then comprehensively compare the advantages and disadvantages of various mechanisms in control and mechanism. Finally, discuss the prospects and development directions of preload tech.ology. Conclusion: With the further development of tech.ology, high-precision products have higher requirements for machine tools, such as low latency, low heat generation, high efficiency, and long life. People use electromagnetic force, air pressure, hydraulic pressure, and other methods, to control the magnitude of the preload, maintain the performance of the motorized spindle at a high level. Compared with the traditional quantitative preload, their applicable working conditions are more extensive and accuracy is higher. However, various new preload methods still have certain shortcomings and need further improvement. © 2021 Bentham Sci

The particularity of the prison decides the importance of its security system, and how to improve the accuracy of personnel positioning for prison monitoring system is the problem to be solved to realize intelligent prison monitoring management. RFID positioning tech.ology with non line-of-sight transmission and large transmission range is widely applied in the personnel positioning system. RFID tech.ology is used to design the monitoring and management system of prison in this paper. The Trilateral Ranging Method was adopted to realize personnel positioning. RSSI positioning algorithm its tech.ology is relatively simple was adopted when calculating the trilateral distance and correcting the errors in order to improve the positioning precision. Simulation test results show that the positioning precision for the distance between a single reader and the tag is increased by 2.17% on average, up to 4.54% after the error correction. The personnel location coordinates, X direction average error is 2.96%, average error is 3.12%, Y direction, and meeting the requirements of the system design. © 2016 SERSC.

In order to achieve aims of rapid real-time monitoring iron grade during sales process or mineral processing for the iron ores, a quick detection approach to magnetic iron grade of magnetite based on electromagnetic induction is explored in the paper. Information acquisition head is focused on an iron grade sensor, and the iron grade sensor is made up of coil-windings with magnetite core. Information acquisition circuits are given adapting mode of the transformer bridge type rectifier, and construction of the head is designed and machined. Testing mechanism is analyzed from the angle of magnetic field analysis, and the magnetic field model is also built up. Furthermore, magnetic iron grade of some testing samples are measured by the detection device above. It is showed that when the grade range of the magnetic iron of magnetite is varied from 20% to 65.3%, deviation is lower than 1.0%. By research above, it is shown that the detection method of iron grade based on electromagnetic induction is feasible, and it is also significant for improving the total testing level of mineral processing fields. © (2014) Trans tech.Publications, Switzerland.

In order to solve the difficulties existing in course of complex system reliability modeling, a novel method was proposed in this paper. According to the analysis sequence, from FMEA to FTA to BN, a BN can be constructed by making full use of the helpful information in the results of FMEA and FTA. The reliability of complex system can be analyzed based on uncertainty-expression ability and bidirectional-reasoning ability of BN. For demonstrating the effectiveness of this method, aim at the failures of gears in wind turbine gearbox, a BN for system reliability analysis was constructed. © (2014) Trans tech.Publications, Switzerland.

The scheduling method of real-time information is one of the important factors which affect the real-time property of industrial control network. According to the generated characteristics of information in industrial real-time system, an arrival process which generated time spacing between adjacent information shall not be less than a constant has been presented. For the polling system, each node generates real-time information and non-real-time information, the concept of virtual node has been introduced. To apply the multiple vacations queuing theory, each virtual node has been as an M/G/1 queue system with multiple vacations, the real-time information scheduling method based on queuing theory has been presented (abbreviation: RSQT), and computational formula of real-time information waiting time has been deduced. Using MATLAB simulation experiments verify the influence of the information arrival rate to information transmission delay time, and giving theoretical reference for parameter optimization of RSQT method. Simulation results show that the information waiting time increases with the increase of information arrival rate. When information arrival rate increases to 9.5, the waiting time has increased by 8.53% than when information arrival rate is 5.0. When the system load is greater than 70%, the waiting time is increasing at a rate of about 73%. © 2013 IEEE.

In order to meet the measurement requirements of the two-dimensional flow field in small-scale space, a new hot film wind speed and direction sensor based on Pt film is designed in this paper. The figure of array sensor is formed by magnetron sputtering and mechanical mask, whose process is simple and has good consistensy;the insulation groove is formed by micromachining tech.ology, which can reduce the interaction between the heating elements and thermosensitive elements, so the power consumption is reduced, and the sensitivity is improved, the measurement of low wind speed is achieved. © 2011 IEEE.

For 3D measurement system using color Gray code with stripe dividing, the detection accuracy of color stripe center is the key for system measurement precision. Based on the Gray gravity method, this paper proposes a color component gravity method to detect color stripe center with sub-pixel accuracy. Green stripe centers of coded structured light are detected by color component gravity method. Furthermore in order to avoid the influences of object surface, ambient light and viewpoint, the color stripes images are normalized by normalized color rgb. Experimental results show that the max relative measurement error is less than 0.01%, reconstruction object surface corresponds with the real object even the detail feature. © 2011 IEEE.

Wireless channel capacity is an important indicator for a measure of mobile communications network to accommodate the largest number of users. The analysis and study on MIMO channels capacity is benifit to network's construction and optimization. This paper gives three kinds of channel capacity equation when different power allocation is adopted, especially deduces approximate expression of MIMO channel capacity in low SNR. Theory of wireless communication and matrix is applied to deducing conclusion. Channel capacity can be improved and complexity of computing is reduced in different situations. © 2010 IEEE.
