A rolling bearing fault diagnosis method based on the federated feature transfer learning is proposed for the low accuracy of the diagnosis model in the presence of large differences in data distribution under different working conditions, difficulty in obtaining labeled data and non-sharing of data among different users. This method performs wavelet transformation on the time domain vibration data of rolling bearings to obtain a time-frequency diagram. The priori labeled public data and the multi-user island private data are regarded as the source domain and the target domain. The multi-representation feature extraction structure is introduced to improve the original residual network. Based on an improved residual network and multi-representation features in the source domain and the target domain, every local model and a federated global model are constructed. Through verification of bearing data, the proposed method can establish an effective fault diagnosis model with high fault diagnosis accuracy. It can integrate the knowledge of isolated island data without sharing data among multiple users. © 2022 IEEE.

New pollutant pharmaceutical and personal care products(PPCPs),especially antiviral drugs,have received increasing attention not only due to their increase in usage after the outbreak of COVID-19 epidemics but also due to their adverse impacts on water ecological ***-Fenton technology is an effective method to remove PPCPs from *** particle electrodes(MMT/rGO/Fe_(3)O_(4))were synthesized by depositing Fe3O4 nanoparticles on reduced graphene oxide modified montmorillonite and acted as catalysts to promote oxidation performance in a three-dimensional electro-Fenton(3D-EF)*** electrodes combined the catalytic property of Fe3O4,hydrophilicity of montmorillonite and electrical conductivity of graphene oxides,and applied for the degradation of Acyclovir(ACV)with high efficiency and ease of *** optimal condition,the degradation rate of ACV reached 100%within 120 min,and the applicable pH range could be 3 to 11 in the 3D-EF *** stability and reusability of MMT/rGO/Fe_(3)O_(4)particle electrodes were also studied,the removal rate of ACV remained at 92%after 10 cycles,which was just slightly lower than that of the first *** degradation mechanisms were also proposed by methanol quenching tests and FT-ICR-MS.

In this article, the tunable Zn-doped Ga2O3 films were obtained by introducing ZnO intercalation during the film deposition using plasma-enhanced atomic layer deposition (PEALD). The effect of the ZnO cycle ratio on the performance of solar-blind photodetectors (PDs) was first analyzed. Compared to the pure Ga2O3, an obviously enhanced performance of Zn-doped Ga2O3 films PDs was observed by the introduction of Zn dopants, especially photocurrent or responsivity, even if the light intensity is low. A high sensitivity of Zn-doped Ga2O3 PD has been achieved with superior photoelectric characteristics for an extremely low dark current of 2.22 × 10-13 A, an ultrahigh light ON/ OFF current ratio of 2.89 × 106, and a satisfactory responsivity of 104 mA/W when the ZnO cycle ratio is 5%. The above excellent results imply that the Zn-doped Ga2O3 PD can be greatly beneficial to the application in deep-ultraviolet (DUV) detection. © 1963-2012 IEEE.

To accurately obtain the state parameters during vehicle driving, this paper designs an adaptive nonlinear observer for vehicle state parameters to mitigate the influence of measurement noise within the framework of extended Kalman filtering. Based on the vehicle nonlinear three degree of freedom, a dead zone observer was designed to accurately estimate the sideslip angle, yaw rate, and longitudinal velocity of the vehicle in answer to the problem of significant noise in lateral acceleration. According to the output variable error, determine the dead zone boundary of the observed state variables at each time based on observation errors, limiting the estimation error within the dead zone boundary and improving noise suppression performance. The validity of this method is validated through a variety of different simulation conditions and by comparison to the EKF algorithm. Results demonstrate that the improved algorithm significantly enhances the estimation precision compared to Extended Kalman Filter algorithm. © 2023 IEEE.

In this paper, we introduce a polar coded orthogonal frequency division multiplexing with code-frequency index modulation (PC-CFIM) scheme, designed to enhance spectral efficiency (SE) while improving error performance. At the transmitter, PC-CFIM divides the information bits into two subsets. One subset is utilized for selecting the spreading code index, and the other is utilized for polar coded OFDM with index modulation (PC-OFDM-IM). In the proposed PC-CFIM framework, the polar-coded sequence is spread using the indices from code domain index modulation. At the receiver, the system employs code index selection coupled with polar decoding to ensure accurate retrieval of information bits. The integration of polar code with hybrid index modulation significantly improves interference resilience, thereby reducing bit error rates (BER). Moreover, the transmission of additional bits via the spreading code index further enhances the system's SE. Simulation results show that compared to the conventional PC-OFDM-IM, the proposed PC-CFIM significantly improves the BER performance with enhanced SE. © 2024 IEEE.

This paper proposes a three-layer unmanned combat aerial vehicle (UCAV) dogfight frame where Deep reinforcement learning (DRL) is responsible for high-level maneuver decision. A four-channel low-level control law is firstly constructed, followed by a library containing eight basic flight maneuvers (BFMs). Double deep Q network (DDQN) is applied for BFM selection in UCAV dogfight, where the opponent strategy during the training process is constructed with DT. Our simulation result shows that, the agent can achieve a win rate of 85.75% against the DT strategy, and positive results when facing various unseen opponents. Based on the proposed frame, interpretability of the DRL-based dogfight is significantly improved. The agent performs yo-yo to adjust its turn rate and gain higher maneuverability. Emergence of 'Dive and Chase' behavior also indicates the agent can generate a novel tactic that utilizes the drawback of its opponent. © 2024 IEEE.

As the space environment of information transmission becomes more and more complex, the accuracy of communication becomes a new challenge. In order to study the anti-jamming performance of code shift keying (CSK), this paper mainly simulates the performance of CSK and binary phase shift keying (BPSK) under 5 signal interferences, and discusses it according to the bit error rates (BER) obtained by simulation. In the face of different forms of signal interference, CSK has better anti-jamming performance than BPSK. Under various forms of signal interference, CSK has the strongest anti-interference ability to multi-tone interference, and its anti-interference ability to pulse interference, 50% narrowband interference, single-tone interference and channel noise decreases successively. © 2022 IEEE.
