A miniature digital temperature sensor with the ZY cut quartz crystal tuning fork resonators was developed. The quartz crystal tuning fork resonators have the characteristic that the resonance frequency changes by the external temperature, which achieves high sensitivity and high-speed response and frequency stability by a sample structure. The quartz crystal tuning fork resonators are square cross section tuning forks whose arms are vibrating in flexure-mode with clamped-free boundary conditions. We designed and analyzed the thermo characteristics of the quartz crystal tuning fork resonator by theory and finite element method. The design and implement of a FPGA-based frequency measurement system for quartz crystal tuning fork temperature sensor is proposed. Using different design tech.ique a bandwidth of 40 MHz and a resolution of 0.02 Hz is achieved. The experimental results shown that a temperature accuracy of 0.05°C and a resolution of 0.02°C within temperature range from -10°C to 150°C. ©2010 IEEE.

The Si-surface of MEMS sensor based on Si is too smooth to combine with the sensitive material, making it difficult to produce the MEM gas sensor, in this paper, aimed at the problem, a method od porous Al2O3 modifing the Si-surface is proposed to solve this problem. A layer of aluminum film is formed on the Si-surface through the magnetron sputtering tech.ique, then porous microstructure Al2O3 ceramic film is fabricated by the electrochemical anodic oxidation, and the composite semiconductor gas-sensing material of polyaniline and hexadecachloro zinc phthalocyanine (ZnPcCl16) is permeated in the holes of the film by chemical synthesis. In this paper, the SEM morphologies of porous Al 2O3 ceramic film, the section of Si substrate and gas-sensing material permeated in the holes are analyzed, and the best tech.ological parameters are obtaned.

PANI/ZnPcCl_（16）（polyaniline doped with sulfosalicylic acid/hexadecachloro zinc phthalocyanine） powders were vacuum co-deposited onto Si substrates,where Pt interdigitated electrodes were made by *** PANI/ZnPcCl_（16） films were characterized and analyzed by SEM,and the influencing factors on its intrinsic performance were analyzed and sensitivities of the sensors were investigated by exposure to chlorine（Cl_2） *** results showed that powders prepared with a stoichiometric ratio of（ZnPcCl_（16））_（0.6）（PANI）_（0.4） had a preferential sensitivity to Cl_2 gas, superior to those prepared otherwise;the optimal vacuum co-deposition conditions for the films are a substrate temperature of 160℃,an evaporation temperature of 425℃and a film thickness of 75 nm;elevating the operation temperature （above 100℃） or increasing the gas concentration（over 100 ppm） would improve the response characteristics,but there should be upper levels for ***,the gas sensing mechanism of PANI/ZnPcCl_（16） films was also discussed.

The analysis and study on MIMO channels capacity is benifit to 4G network's construction and optimization in the future. On the condition of invariable coefficient of channels, MIMO channel capacity and its approximate expression in low SNR was deduced when equal transmit energy scheme was adopted. When waterfilling power algorithm was applied capacacity was also given in detail with CSI at the transmitter. The above two power allocation schemes were compared in the same enviroment by simulation: In the instance of power not being added, waterfilling algorithm is optimal but it is too complex on the operation;If the channel was Rayleigh i.i.d approximatively MIMO channel limit capacity expression was deduced. The tendency of change on ergodic capacity and outage capacity was simulated in various antenna configurations: ergodic capacity and outage capacity improved with rising number of transmit antennas and receive antennas.

Rapid promotion of wind power generation makes the generator being more and more concerns about reliable in working. The vibration is one of the functioning indicators of generator, at the same time it can be used in judging the cause of fault and locating the fault position in generator and providing the reference for balancing the rotor. In this paper, wavelet analysis is used in separating the vibration signal on the generator, available or fault signals can be pick-up from many interfere signals effectively. MATLAB simulation proves the validity and applicability of this method.

Waveguides are structures consisting of geometrically identical subdomains, usually called periodic cells which have many practical applications, for example, optical communications, filters, lasers, and microwaves. Finite element based approaches for infinite periodic structures have one fundamental restriction. The finite element mesh on opposite sides of the cell must be exactly the same, i.e., a periodic mesh. In this paper, we consider a novel finite element meshing method for calculation of waveguide band structures. In particular, we propose a simple mapping scheme to generate periodic mesh. We first map the periodic cell to a closed domain such that the periodic cell are glued together in the new domain. Then we can apply mesh generation schemes to obtain a regular triangular mesh. This mesh is mapped back to the periodic cell such that the nodes and edges on the periodic boundaries are matched.

Wireless channel capacity is an important indicator for a measure of mobile communications network to accommodate the largest number of users. The analysis and study on MIMO channels capacity is benifit to network's construction and optimization. This paper gives three kinds of channel capacity equation when different power allocation is adopted, especially deduces approximate expression of MIMO channel capacity in low SNR. Theory of wireless communication and matrix is applied to deducing conclusion. Channel capacity can be improved and complexity of computing is reduced in different situations.

An 3D measurement scheme by combining Gray code with Trapezoidal phase-shift is presented. The scheme computes the relative intensity ratios in a Trapezoidal phase-shift period using Trapezoidal phase-shift pattern. Combining the Trapezoidal phase-shift with Gray code corresponding to sampling point, and the absolute intensity ratio of sampling point is determined. Then, 3D measurement is realized using projection geometry matrix model. Encoding and decoding principles by combining Gray code with Trapezoidal phase-shift are presented;period dislocation between Gray code and Trapezoidal phase-shift in course of decoding is analyzed, which could be corrected by judging the consistency between Gray code value increasing and phase mutation of adjacent pixels. Finally, simulation and real system were experimented. The experimental results indicate that relative measurement error of simulation system is about 0.0325% and that of real system is less than 4.0329%.

A new approach for decreasing the amplitude characteristic deviation of Guassian filter in surface roughness measurements is presented in this paper. According to Central Limit Theorem, many different Guassian approximation filters could be constructed. By using first-order Butterworth filter and moving average filter to approximate Guassian filter, their directions of amplitude deviation are opposite, and their locations of extreme value are close. So the linear combination of them could reduce the amplitude deviation greatly. The maximum amplitude deviation is only about 0.11% through paralleling them. The algorithm of this new method is simple and its efficiency is high. © 2008 SPIE.

Luminance deficiency of road lighting is one of the primary reasons for night-driving risk. The randomness and uncertainty of accidents caused by luminance deficiency have increased due to vehicle liquidity, and it causes difficult in accident analysing and preventing. In order to ensure lighting safety for night-driving vehicles, according to relevance between lighting intensity and visibility and streetlamp location principle, MATLAB was used to optimize road lighting evenness model. Compared with optimization model analytical data, night luminance of forty-two main roads in Harbin was measured actually by TES-1336A digit luminance acquisition system. The model can effectively design parameters selection of road lighting. The standpoint that luminance evenness is one of the indirect reasons for traffic accident is provided in this paper. Then theoretical basis of streetlamps modification projects for visibility deficiency roads and night-driving accident analyse was established. Copyright ASCE 2007.
