With the rapid development of modern industry, enterprises have an increasing demand for data monitoring and automated control of multiple production outlets and production lines. This paper first analyses the structure of the production line, completes the control system model design, establishes the network framework of the system, designs the human-machine interaction interface, gives the SFC flow chart of the workstations and the communication scheme of the PLC between each station, and finally realises the real-time interaction of the monitoring data in the industrial cloud platform. The research contributes new ideas to related research in this field. © 2022 SPIE.

X-ray fluorescence data are not only an important indicator in petroleum exploration, but they are also an advantage in lithology discrimination. From the perspective of the application of nuclear technology in drilling and exploration, in this paper, the X-ray fluorescence count rate of the core is used as the basic data for core logging, and the geology and multivariate statistical data are analyzed to analyze the lithology of the core. X-ray fluorescence analysis can provide the fluorescence count rates of 35 elements in a core sample. If there are n core samples, an n*35 matrix can be created. If 35 types of fluorescence count rates are used as the independent variables to directly identify the lithology, the dataset is very large, and some of the independent variables are not strongly correlated. Therefore, the discrimination effect is insufficient for achieving the purpose. Therefore, based on the diagenetic characteristics of sedimentary rocks and the main rock-forming elements and using multivariate statistical methods, in this paper, the count rates of five elements (i.e., Si, Fe, Al, K, and Ca) are selected as independent variables for the lithology discrimination. It is reasonably transformed to obtain the matrix coefficients before dimensionality reduction. The original five-dimensional dataset is reduced to two dimensions using matrix coefficients. Then, Fisher's discriminant method is applied to the dimensionally reduced data to discriminate and classify the lithology. Based on the discrimination results, the X-ray fluorescence count rate and mathematical statistics can be used to obtain a good effect in lithology discrimination. © 2024 SPIE.

As an efficient wave energy conversion technology, direct-drive wave energy converters (WECs) have attracted extensive attention. Due to the highly unstable and nonlinear nature of the wave energy environment, effectively capturing maximum power from the wave is crucial to improve system efficiency. In this paper, an adaptive perturbation observation (APO) method is proposed, which dynamically adjusts the perturbation step size by introducing adaptive strategy, so that the system can track the maximum power point more quickly and stably. Simulation results demonstrates that the algorithm not only improves the tracking speed, but also effectively reduces the oscillation and energy loss of the system.

STSR is an efficient and lightweight super-resolution model built upon the Swin Transformer architecture. By utilizing the hierarchical window-based self-attention mechanism of the Swin Transformer, STSR effectively captures global contextual information while ensuring high computational efficiency. To further enhance its performance and reduce model complexity, we incorporate lightweight design elements and residual structures. These improvements not only facilitate better gradient flow but also significantly boost the recovery of high-frequency details. Experimental results on the DIV2K dataset show that STSR delivers exceptional performance, significantly reducing both parameter count and computational costs.

Radon is the most important source of natural radiation to human beings and the second major causative agent of lung cancer other than smoking. In recent years, the hazards of human exposure to thoron (Rn-220), another isotope of radon, and its progeny have gained consensus. To accurately evaluate the dose level and hazards of Rn-220 and its progeny, a standard Rn-220 chamber with strong regulation ability for Rn-220 and its progeny needs to be established for the scale or calibration of measurement instruments. This paper describes the hazards, sources, behavioral characteristics of Rn-220 and its progeny, and some representative Rn-220 chambers established in various countries.

To perform an integral simulation of a pool-type reactor using CFD code,a multi-physics coupled code MPC-LBE for an LBE-cooled reactor was proposed by integrating a point kinetics model and a fuel pin heat transfer model into self-developed CFD *** code verification,a code-to-code comparison was employed to validate the CFD ***,a typical BT transient benchmark on the LBE-cooled XADS reactor was selected for verification in terms of the integral or system *** on the verification results,it was demonstrated that the MPC-LBE coupled code can perform thermal-hydraulics or safety analyses for analysis for processes involved in LBE-cooled pool-type reactors.

Separated Ionic-Electronic Conduction in Hydrophobic Conjugated Polymer/Hydrophilic Photocrosslinker Blends for Organic Electrochemical Transistors

Ionic-electronic coupling serves as the core process enabling the operation of organic mixed ionic-electronic(semi)conductors(OMIECs)based devices,for instance,organic electrochemical transistors(OECTs).Replacing hydrophobic side chains of conjugated polymers with hydrophilic ethylene glycol/ionic ones is a well-developed approach to enable transistor channels with coupled ionic and electronic ***,in contrast,we introduce a hydrophilic glycol chain-modified photocrosslinker(DtFGDA)for the direct photolithography process and blend it with various representative hydrophobic conjugated *** precise patterning of blended films by direct photolithography is achieved while tremendous enhancements of OECTs performance are attained,with maximum six orders of magnitude higher transconductance,significantly decreased hysteresis,and lower threshold *** spectroelectrochemical characterization,surprisingly,no obvious variations in polaron absorption peaks are observed in all conjugated polymer/crosslinker *** ionic-electronic separated conduction mechanism,which is never reported in OECTs before,is further proposed based on the characterization of the transmission electron microscope,wherein ions primarily migrate within the crosslinker while holes transport within the semiconducting *** work proposes an efficient strategy,which involves incorporating hydrophilic chains into the photocrosslinker necessary for direct photolithography and blending it with hydrophobic semiconducting polymers,achieving synergistic ionic-electronic transport in the blended film.

In the operation of nuclear power plants, the accurate prediction of power change trends is crucial for ensuring safety and stability. In this work, a ML-GRU-RS method, based on model-agnostic meta-learning (MAML), gate recurrent unit (GRU), and random search optimization, is proposed for the long-term prediction of key parameters of nuclear power plants. This method combines the fast adaptability of MAML, the time series data processing capability of GRU, and the optimization efficiency of random search to achieve high-precision predictions under varying power conditions. The results demonstrate that this method can effectively predict the future trends of key parameters in nuclear power plants. The ability of operators to anticipate these trends has been significantly enhanced, contributing to the overall safety of the nuclear power plants. © 2024 Xi'an Jiaotong University

Event-triggered predefined-time control for full-state constrained nonlinear systems: A novel command filtering error compensation method

In this paper, a command filter-based adaptive fuzzy predefined-time event-triggered tracking control problem is investigated for uncertain nonlinear systems with time-varying full-state constraints. By designing a sliding mode differentiator, the inherent computational complexity problem within the predefined-time backstepping framework is solved. Different from the existing command filter-based finite-time and fixed-time control strategies that the convergence time of the filtering error is adjusted through the system initial value or numerous parameters, a novel command filtering error compensation method is presented,which tunes one control parameter to make the filtering error converge in the predefined time, thereby reducing the complexity of design and analysis of processing the filtering error. Then, an improved event-triggered mechanism(ETM) that builds upon the switching threshold strategy, in which an inverse cotangent function is designed to replace the residual term of the ETM,is proposed to gradually release the controller's dependence on the residual term with increasing time. Furthermore, a tan-type nonlinear mapping technique is applied to tackle the time-varying full-state constraints problem. By the predefined-time stability theory, all signals in the uncertain nonlinear systems exhibit predefined-time stability. Finally, the feasibility of the proposed algorithm is substantiated through two simulation results.

In this research, droplets with a diameter on the order of 100μm are studied. Their movement in the vacuum arc is simulated with the help of dynamic meshing technology. During the movement, the droplets are heated and charged by the vacuum arc. On the other hand, the feedback of droplets to the vacuum arc is also considered, including evaporation process and the ionization process of the droplet vapor. The results show that with the increase of droplet diameter, the temperature increase and the velocity of droplets decrease. The influence of the vacuum arc on the droplets can be determined by the ablation cloud of the droplets. The ionization process of the droplet vapor leads to a lower electron temperature and higher atom density around the droplets. © 2024 IEEE.
