Biological evolution has deepened our understanding of nature. Since the advent of civilization, humans have continually explored ways to record what they see and hear, from cave sketches to camera photography, with clarity being a consistent goal. Image super-resolution technology has made significant progress, but early methods like interpolation and filtering couldn’t effectively restore details. Traditional convolution methods require high computational and storage resources, limiting their use in hardware-constrained scenarios. Therefore, finding a method that reduces computational resources while ensuring effectiveness is crucial. This paper proposes the Residual Swin Transformer Block based on the Swin Transformer and designs the SR-Swin deep learning model for super-resolution image processing. Experiments show it achieves an average PSNR value of 30.6 dB, indicating good performance.

As an important equipment in substations, 110kV current transformers play a role in measurement, control, and protection. Insulation defects are prone to occur during operation, and preventive tests should be conducted regularly on current transformers. By measuring the tan $\delta$ of 110kV current transformers under different temperature and humidity conditions, the existing temperature and humidity conversion comes from the former Soviet Union. Due to changes in equipment materials, structures, etc., the original conversion factor may not be applicable now. The experiment studied the problem of the influence of temperature and humidity on the current transformer $\tan \delta$ due to the lack of on-site measurement. The experimental results were statistically analyzed using data analysis software such as Matlab, and a method for correcting the influence of temperature and humidity on the measurement results was obtained through Gauss Newton iteration. This provides a reference for on-site judgment of the insulation condition of current transformers.

The development of nuclear energy and the application of nuclear technology is inseparable from the detection of radionuclides. Considering the incomplete utilization of ?-spectral information in traditional spectral analysis methods, the accuracy is not high. In this study, exponential smoothing is performed on the energy spectrum signal of length 1024 to eliminate the influence of the statistical fluctuation of the detector, and then it is used as the input of the neural network to realize the full spectrum analysis. The method avoids the complex feature extraction process and can identify a single radionuclide in real time. © 2022 IEEE.

Numerical analysis course has important guiding significance for data analysis ability of science and engineering graduate students. Based on BP neural network, we study the teaching influencing factors and teaching reform analysis of numerical analysis course. The teaching quality evaluation of numerical analysis is constructed based on BP neural network. The course of numerical analysis is evaluated from the aspects of classroom teaching, extracurricular development, students' knowledge reserve, and teaching results. 0.820675 is the related coefficient between the predicted value of the neural network and the actual value of questionnaire results, which shows that the constructed teaching quality evaluation model is reliable. Through the related coefficient analysis of the data, the main factors affecting the quality of teaching are obtained to provide new direction and orientation for teaching reform. © 2022 IEEE.

In recent years, at least 236,000 people die from drowning every year in the world, but the corresponding water rescue equipment is backward. In response to the above problems, this paper fully investigates the UCD (User-Centered Design) theory, applies the UCD theory to the product design framework of a water rescue system. And from theoretical assumptions to actual research and development, from the bracelet early warning to the rescue robot launching, it is committed to promoting the emergency product system design for water rescue. When the bracelet detects that the body temperature, heart rate and humidity are in an abnormal situation, the airbag of the 'Life Capsule' bracelet inflates to carry out preliminary self-rescue, while the bracelet sends relevant positioning information to the 'Black Box', which interacts with the bracelet and the 'Black Box' through the interaction with the 'Black Box'. The 'black box' interacts with the bracelet to obtain GPS data combined with inertial navigation algorithms to get the user's position estimate, and then sends the user's position to the early warning center, which receives the user's position and then sends out the surface rescue robot for rescue. This paper mainly focuses on the design of the bracelet of this system and its communication interaction with other parts. © 2023 IEEE.

Safe and efficient capturing of volatile radioiodine is of extremely important significance in the treatment of spent ***,the flake channels in gelatin-hydroxyapatite(HAP@Ge)cryogel with excellent flame retardant properties were constructed by immobilizing hydroxyapatite nanorods(HAP)on Gelatin(Ge)cryogel for enhancing the capturing of *** immobilization of HAP nanorods enhanced thermal stability,provided low rates of dynamic heat transfer and dissipation,and remarkably improved the flame retardant and smoke suppression properties of the Ge cryogel,which can effectively prevent the occurrence of safety incidents caused by further thermal degradation or combustion of this *** importantly,it was effective in improving the rapid enrichment of iodine,resulting in a high adsorption *** maximum adsorption capacity of HAP@Ge cryogel for iodine vapor reached 2693 mg/g at *** high adsorption capacity for iodine was attributed to the multi-scale porous structure in HAP@Ge cryogel,which offered effective channels for iodine diffusion,whereas the numerous complex and irregular flakes provided sufficient number of active sites for iodine *** adsorption process was chemical in nature and involved the-PO_(4)^(3-),-OH,-C=O,and-NHR groups on HAP@Ge ***,the complex porous structure of HAP@Ge cryogel enhanced the physical capturing of *** advantages,such as low-cost raw material,simple preparation method,good flame retardancy,and excellent capturing performance for iodine indicated that HAP@Ge cryogel is a potential candidate for the removal of radioactive iodine in the exhaust gas stream of post-treatment plants.

3D object detection technology is of great significance to realize intelligent perception and ensure the production safety of a workshop. Existing 3D object detection relies on large-scale, high-quality 3D annotation data and is unsuitable for actual workshop scenes’ perception. This paper proposes a multi-modal feature fusion 3D object detection method (MFF3D) for a production workshop. The design of MFF3D includes the following steps: (1) Improved YOLOv3 attains the 2D prior region of an object, and RGB-D saliency detection obtains the object image pixels in that region. (2) Depth image pixels corresponding to the object are projected to generate the object's frustum point cloud, and a multi-modal feature fusion strategy simplifies the object's frustum point cloud, so as to remove outlier points and reduce the number of point clouds. This can replace the 3D object reasoning process based on deep neural networks;(3) An axis-aligned bounding box algorithm is used to generate the object's 3D bounding box, and principal component analysis algorithm (PCA) is used to calculate the object's pose information. MFF3D is applied in the workshop, and experiments verify the feasibility and detection accuracy. We set up a production workshop object dataset (PWOD) for experimental evaluation. In the case of a small amount of 2D annotation data and no 3D annotation data, experimental results show that when the threshold value of intersection over union of 3D object (IoU3D) is 0.5, the mean average precision value of 3D object (mAP3D) reaches 60.31, and the detection speed reaches 3 FPS. MFF3D does not rely on 3D annotation data and can effectively detect objects of a production workshop. © 2021 Elsevier B.V.

The rotor of a large-capacity flywheel energy storage system will cause energy loss due to air and mechanical resistance during high-speed operation, and the traditional PID control cannot take into account the system robustness under the large-sized and heavy-loaded rotor of the electromagnetic bearing system. This paper takes the heavy-duty electromagnetic bearing system as the research object, builds a fractional-order PID controller suitable for this system, and compares and analyses the operating characteristics of the electromagnetic bearing with that of the electromagnetic bearing under traditional PID control. The study shows that for the large-capacity energy storage flywheel heavy-duty electromagnetic bearing system, the use of fractional-order PID control technology can provide better control performance and anti-jamming ability, and thus ensure the stability and safety of the energy storage flywheel system.

Utilizing cultivated land resources and choosing appropriate crop planting strategies are of crucial importance for rural economic development. This paper summarizes the production structure of 74,000 villages in Shandong Province. By taking the average values of the selling prices, production costs, and cultivated areas of each crop, it centrally reflects the production characteristics of this province. Based on previous years' planting data, a maximization objective function is established using linear programming + 0-1 programming to analyse three problems under different planting scenarios [1]. In problem one, the planting strategy that maximizes total revenue is sought. The linear programming + 0-1 programming method and three-dimensional arrays are used to discuss the limiting conditions. The 0-1 variable is used to control and prevent yield reduction and solve the difficulties in planting leguminous crops. The optimal planting strategies are obtained respectively under the two circumstances of overproduction leading to unsalable products and a 50% price reduction for sale. In problem two, a dynamic programming model is established through uncertainty analysis. Monte Carlo simulation is used to quantify the planting risk coefficient and obtain the optimal strategy under the influence of uncertain factors. In problem three, considering the substitutability, complementarity, and correlation of crops, by using Euclidean distance to calculate the similarity between various crops, the concepts of reward items and penalty items are introduced, and planning is carried out on the basis of the second problem. In general, this paper introduces new methods and considers multiple factors to make the strategy more practical and provide decision support for rural economic development. © 2024 Copyright held by the owner/author(s).

The first principles are utilized to calculate the phase transition, phonon spectra, thermodynamic properties, and elasticity of PuO2 under varying pressures. Under the compression condition, the anticipated pressure of phase transition from Fm-3m to Pnma is 26.0 GPa, from Pnma to Cmcm is 112.9 GPa, and from Cmcm to I4/mmm phase is 588.0 GPa. And under tensile conditions, the phase transition pressure of anticipating from Fm-3m phase to P42/mnm and Pnnm phase occur at -8.6 GPa and -8.5 GPa. The phonon spectra of these six structures show that all phases are dynamically stable under the selected pressure. Meanwhile, the verification results of the mechanical stability criterion show that Fm-3m, Pnma, Cmcm and I4/mmm of PuO2 are mechanically stable, nevertheless P42/mnm and Pnnm are unstable in high pressure. The thermodynamic properties were then calculated to further research the patterns of variation in the coefficient of thermal expansion, bulk modulus, Gibbs free energy, and heat capacity with temperature, and these were compared with experimental data. © 2024, The Authors.
