Voltage transformer as a substation important equipment, assuming the role of measurement, control and protection. Equipment in the operation process is susceptible to temperature and other factors that cause insulation defects, need to carry out regular insulation preventive testing. In this paper, we take 110 kV series-type voltage transformer as the research object, and use four different wiring methods to explore the changes of $\tan \delta$ value and capacitance under different ambient temperatures, insulating oil temperatures, and insulating oil moisture conditions, to verify the applicability and reasonableness of the relevant values in the Regulations, and to provide an effective basis for the series-type voltage transformer to determine the insulation faults of the equipment through the $\tan \delta$ value. The results show that the $\tan \delta$ value increases with the rise of temperature under different wiring methods, while the capacitance is basically unchanged; the end shielding method is the most sensitive to the moisture of insulating oil under different temperature conditions; when the insulation is normal, the conventional inverse wiring is more sensitive to the temperature change; when the insulation is faulty, the conventional positive wiring is more sensitive; to determine whether there are insulation defects of voltage transformers should be measured by the $\tan \delta$ value in lower temperature as the main criterion, and the Kegulations” will be used to determine whether there are insulation defects of the series type voltage transformer through the $\tan \delta$ value. Judgment of whether the voltage transformer insulation defects should be measured at lower temperatures $\tan \delta$ as the main criterion, Kegulations” in the relevant $\tan \delta$ value criterion should be adjusted in a timely manner.

As an important parameter characterizing the insulation performance of high-voltage equipment, $\tan\delta$ is commonly used in the regular maintenance and fault inspection of high-voltage equipment. During the $\tan\delta$ measurement of high-voltage equipment, it is found that the ambient humidity will affect the measurement results. In order to avoid this effect leading to the misjudgment of the insulation condition of the equipment. In this paper, a current transformer model LB6-110, which has been operated for more than 10 years, is taken as the test object, and the method of controlling the humidity change is adopted. Through five different test wiring methods to measure tanδ, summarize and analyze the effect of humidity on $\tan\delta$ under different test wiring, and put forward the optimal wiring method to avoid the effect of humidity.

In recent years, wildfires in the corridors of transmission and distribution lines have occurred frequently, posing a serious threat to the stable operation of the power grid. To study the influence of flame cluster number on the leakage current characteristics of gaps in 10 kV lines, experiments were conducted on the discharge characteristics of a 12 cm wire-board gap under different vegetation flame cluster conditions. The variations in leakage current amplitude under different capacitive current conditions were analyzed, clarifying two discharge forms under flaming conditions. The results indicate that the leakage current in single and multiple cluster vegetation flame conditions is inversely correlated with capacitive current and shows a negative correlation with the ash content of vegetation. Under capacitive currents of 1A and 5A, breakdown occurs in the gap under straw flame conditions, attributed to the highest ash and burning particle content in the straw. This demonstrates that temperature is not the primary factor affecting gap breakdown under straw flame conditions, with ash content being dominant. The findings provide technical references for using electrical signals from lines to warn of wildfires beneath and analyze the causes of incidents.

In recent years, forest fires caused by transmission line tree line faults occur frequently, transmission line tree line faults affect the safety and reliability of power grid operation, a serious threat to the safety of natural resources and people's property. In this paper, for the 35kV transmission line tree line faults caused by hill fire, built a 35kV line tree line fault experimental platform, in the capacitance current of 248 mA and 132 mA conditions, respectively, selected bamboo, pine and cedar three typical trees as a research sample, to carry out the three kinds of trees tree line fault fire time experiments. The burning phenomena, charring channels, and infrared images of different trees were recorded and analyzed, and the corresponding laws were drawn up to summarize the longest and shortest fire starting times of different capacitance currents and different trees. The research in this paper can provide technical reference for the development of measures to prevent fire caused by tree line faults in 35kV transmission lines.

There are numerous cases of forest fires caused by tree line faults in distribution lines, and it is of great significance to study the characteristic signals when tree line faults occur to prevent mountain fire accidents. In this paper, through theoretical analyses and the construction of real experimental platform, we studied the change rule of leakage current when single-phase tree line fault occurs in different trees. Through the single-phase tree line fault experiment, the relationship between leakage current and tree species, capacitive current to ground and water content when different trees touch the line is studied. The results of the study show that: the occurrence of single-phase tree line fault leakage current for the first time to reach the maximum value of time and tree species, the first time to reach the maximum value of the water content of trees and ground capacitance related.

Traditional blood pressure measurement methods are mostly contact, cumbersome and easy to bring discomfort to patients, and the measurement results are likely to be affected by psychological factors, which is inconvenient for home physiological health monitoring in the aging society. Based on the above problems, we use millimeter wave radar to collect the echo signals from the human chest and wrist veins, and then obtain the specific value of blood pressure through machine learning. This method collects and processes ECG and PPG signals and performs pre-processing, filtering, mathematical analysis and other operations on the signals to finally calculate systolic and diastolic blood pressure. The feasibility of non-contact blood pressure parameter measurement was verified by conducting experiments on 30 subjects and comparing the measurement results of the non-contact method with those of the traditional method, and the errors were within the controllable range [1]. © 2024 IEEE.

Image segmentation is a crucial task in computer vision that involves dividing an image into distinct regions, with each region containing pixels that share similar attributes. Traditional methods like Otsu, Sobel, and Canny often suffer from high computational complexity and sensitivity to parameters. To address these limitations, this paper proposes a lightweight image segmentation algorithm that integrates MobileNetv3-Small with a global context block attention mechanism. MobileNetv3 leverages depthwise separable convolutions and optimized architecture to significantly reduce computational load and parameter count. To further improve segmentation accuracy, a deformable convolutional network is employed during feature extraction, while the global context block attention mechanism enhances focus on target regions. The proposed algorithm not only improves segmentation performance but also offers a lightweight solution suitable for resource-constrained environments. © 2025 SPIE.

The paper investigates the practical prescribed-time fuzzy tracking control problem for a category of nonlinear system subject to time-varying actuator *** presence of unknown nonlinear dynamics and actuator faults makes achieving tracking control within a prescribed-time *** tackle this issue,we propose a novel practical prescribed-time fuzzy tracking control strategy,which is independent of the initial state of the system and does not rely on precise modeling of the system and *** apply the approximation capabilities of fuzzy logic systems to handle the unknown nonlinear functions and unidentified actuator faults in the *** piecewise controller and adaptive law constructed based on piecewise prescribed time-varying function and backstepping technique method establish the theoretical framework of practical prescribed-time tracking control,and extend the range of prescribed-time tracking control to *** of the initial conditions,the proposed control strategy can guarantee that all signals remain uniformly bounded within the practical prescribed time in the presence of unknown nonlinear item and time-varying actuator *** example is presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy.

To decrease the dependency of fuel-based resources in the shipping industry, the energy management problem is analyzed in this paper. Firstly, the development of shipboard energy system is reviewed from radiation pattern, ring pattern, two-end pattern to the ship-integrated energy system. Moreover, for ensuring the secure sailing, a multi-objective energy management model is established with the consideration of economic and environmental benefits. Meanwhile, the requirements of supply-demand balance, velocity, voltage security and so on are considered as well in the energy management. Then, a distributed energy management strategy based on ADMM algorithm is proposed. Finally, simulation results of a 5-node test system proves the effectiveness of the constructed energy management model and the distributed algorithm. © 2024 IEEE.

In this study,the theory of minimum detectable activity concentration(MDAC)for airborne gamma-ray spectrometry(AGS)was derived,and the relationship between the MDAC and the intrinsic effi-ciency of a scintillation counter,volume,and energy res-olution of scintillation crystals,and flight altitude of an aircraft was *** verify this theory,experi-mental devices based on NaI and CeBr 3 scintillation counters were prepared,and the potassium,uranium,and thorium contents in calibration pads obtained via the stripping ratio method and theory were *** MDACs of AGS under different conditions were calculated and analyzed using the proposed theory and the Monte Carlo *** relative errors found via a comparison of the experimental and theoretical results were less than 4%.The theory of MDAC can guide the work of AGS in probing areas with low radioactivity.
