With the rapid development and maturity of core technologies such as environmental perception, multi-sensor fusion, intelligent decision-making, control and execution systems, high-precision maps and positioning, autonomous vehicles have moved from the laboratory to the stage of open road field testing and commercial demonstration. The automated guided vehicle (AGV) used in complex conditions is a key factor of factory practical application. The electric car designed in this paper is mainly equipped with STM32 CPU, infrared sensor and DC motor. By studying the motion process of electric car climbing at a uniform speed under different slopes, the actual motion state of electric car under different slopes is analyzed. Based on the design of the ramp driving car, the concept of constant speed climbing, PID control algorithm and slope applicability are extended to the factory AGV, so as to provide a reasonable optimization design for its practical engineering application in complex conditions. © 2022 ACM.

As the critical transmission mechanism of mountain trains, gear-rack transmission systems are utilized in intricate and unpredictable mountain environments. The fatigue life of the tooth root in this system plays a crucial role in ensuring the smoothness and safety of mountain train operations. In this paper, a simulation method for measuring the fatigue life of tooth root bending of the gear-rack transmission mechanism is proposed. Firstly, the load conditions of the gear-rack were determined for different working conditions through the application of multi-body dynamics. Subsequently, a quantitative analysis model was developed for the tooth root bending fatigue life of the gear-rack transmission mechanism using the finite element method and stress fatigue theory. The model was used to simulate the gear-rack under different working conditions, analyze the stress distribution and cyclic fatigue life of the transmission system, and investigate the impact of different working conditions on the fatigue life of the gear-rack transmission system. Finally, the structural parameters of the gear-rack transmission mechanism were optimized using the fatigue analysis model of tooth root bending. The findings provide theoretical support for optimizing the transmission system of mountain trains and have significant practical value. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2024.

The no-load test of the transformer is an important item of the power transformer insulation preventive test, but due to the limitation of the test conditions, the field test cannot reach the rated voltage. Usually, the no-load test data measured at low voltage is converted into the no-load loss under the rated voltage. Determine the transformer condition. In this paper, the no-load test of S7-50/35 three-phase oil-immersed power transformer through five different wiring methods, the no-load loss measured under low voltage is converted to the no-load loss under rated voltage, and the experimental research and analysis are carried out. The measurement error of no-load loss under six wiring methods is discussed, and the influence of different wiring methods on the conversion result of no-load loss is discussed. The research results show that the test is carried out under the rated voltage of 22.5%~32.5%, and when the wiring method is not connected to the neutral point or only connected to the neutral point of the power supply side, the no-load loss conversion error is the smallest, and the maximum error is 3%. © 2022 IEEE.

In the experimental research on the impact of 10-35kV wildfire and tree line faults on transmission lines, it was found that are grounding overvoltage were generated. This paper studies and analyzes the mechanism of overvoltage generation. The research analyzes the three-phase voltage and zero sequence voltage caused by overvoltage. Variation characteristics, when resonance occurs, the random voltage of one phase is less than the voltage of the other two phases, and the magnitude of this voltage is determined by the neutral point displacement voltage;the moment of arc overvoltage will cause the amplitude of the zero sequence voltage and the non-fault phase voltage to be rapid within 0.6ms, the fault phase voltage is lower than the rated voltage, and presents a power frequency cycle change trend. Modeling and simulation were carried out by PSCAD/EMPTC simulation software, and the variation characteristics of arc overvoltage between metal and high resistance grounding were verified. © 2022 IEEE.

In this research, droplets with a diameter on the order of 100μm are studied. Their movement in the vacuum arc is simulated with the help of dynamic meshing technology. During the movement, the droplets are heated and charged by the vacuum arc. On the other hand, the feedback of droplets to the vacuum arc is also considered, including evaporation process and the ionization process of the droplet vapor. The results show that with the increase of droplet diameter, the temperature increase and the velocity of droplets decrease. The influence of the vacuum arc on the droplets can be determined by the ablation cloud of the droplets. The ionization process of the droplet vapor leads to a lower electron temperature and higher atom density around the droplets. © 2024 IEEE.

Event-triggered predefined-time control for full-state constrained nonlinear systems: A novel command filtering error compensation method

In this paper, a command filter-based adaptive fuzzy predefined-time event-triggered tracking control problem is investigated for uncertain nonlinear systems with time-varying full-state constraints. By designing a sliding mode differentiator, the inherent computational complexity problem within the predefined-time backstepping framework is solved. Different from the existing command filter-based finite-time and fixed-time control strategies that the convergence time of the filtering error is adjusted through the system initial value or numerous parameters, a novel command filtering error compensation method is presented,which tunes one control parameter to make the filtering error converge in the predefined time, thereby reducing the complexity of design and analysis of processing the filtering error. Then, an improved event-triggered mechanism(ETM) that builds upon the switching threshold strategy, in which an inverse cotangent function is designed to replace the residual term of the ETM,is proposed to gradually release the controller's dependence on the residual term with increasing time. Furthermore, a tan-type nonlinear mapping technique is applied to tackle the time-varying full-state constraints problem. By the predefined-time stability theory, all signals in the uncertain nonlinear systems exhibit predefined-time stability. Finally, the feasibility of the proposed algorithm is substantiated through two simulation results.

Safe and efficient capturing of volatile radioiodine is of extremely important significance in the treatment of spent ***,the flake channels in gelatin-hydroxyapatite(HAP@Ge)cryogel with excellent flame retardant properties were constructed by immobilizing hydroxyapatite nanorods(HAP)on Gelatin(Ge)cryogel for enhancing the capturing of *** immobilization of HAP nanorods enhanced thermal stability,provided low rates of dynamic heat transfer and dissipation,and remarkably improved the flame retardant and smoke suppression properties of the Ge cryogel,which can effectively prevent the occurrence of safety incidents caused by further thermal degradation or combustion of this *** importantly,it was effective in improving the rapid enrichment of iodine,resulting in a high adsorption *** maximum adsorption capacity of HAP@Ge cryogel for iodine vapor reached 2693 mg/g at *** high adsorption capacity for iodine was attributed to the multi-scale porous structure in HAP@Ge cryogel,which offered effective channels for iodine diffusion,whereas the numerous complex and irregular flakes provided sufficient number of active sites for iodine *** adsorption process was chemical in nature and involved the-PO_(4)^(3-),-OH,-C=O,and-NHR groups on HAP@Ge ***,the complex porous structure of HAP@Ge cryogel enhanced the physical capturing of *** advantages,such as low-cost raw material,simple preparation method,good flame retardancy,and excellent capturing performance for iodine indicated that HAP@Ge cryogel is a potential candidate for the removal of radioactive iodine in the exhaust gas stream of post-treatment plants.

To perform an integral simulation of a pool-type reactor using CFD code,a multi-physics coupled code MPC-LBE for an LBE-cooled reactor was proposed by integrating a point kinetics model and a fuel pin heat transfer model into self-developed CFD *** code verification,a code-to-code comparison was employed to validate the CFD ***,a typical BT transient benchmark on the LBE-cooled XADS reactor was selected for verification in terms of the integral or system *** on the verification results,it was demonstrated that the MPC-LBE coupled code can perform thermal-hydraulics or safety analyses for analysis for processes involved in LBE-cooled pool-type reactors.

At present, the research institute has developed a three-layer low-temperature protection composite material. Low-temperature protective materials are mainly used for short-term low-temperature protection, effectively reducing the harm of the external environment to the human body. In this paper, considering that the heat release capacity of the phase change layer is different at different temperatures, according to the data of heat release capacity and temperature of protective materials, the change of heat release capacity Q and field temperature T is fitted by Fourier function, and the functional relationship of material heat release is obtained. Therefore, the model is divided into three stages and calculated separately. In the first stage, there is no self-heating or internal heat source in the three-layer materials, so according to the law of conservation of energy and Fourier law, the unsteady heat conduction formula is deduced and solved. In the second stage, the phase change layer begins to release heat, and the first stage model is added to each layer's heat conduction control equation with heat release capability. The third stage is similar to the first stage. With the help of the explicit difference method, the model is discretized, and the cooling model of materials is solved to effectively evaluate the protective ability of low-temperature protective composites. © 2022 IEEE.
